• Maria (8/5): - Spacious apartment, beautifully decorated and great location. The AC is just a unit in the bedroom, it gets hot in the rest of the apartment during the summer. Only a small fan in the living room.
• Koutsouraki (1/5): Sos!!! Προσοχη πριν κανετε κρατηση! - Η περιοχη που ηταν ακριβως μεσα στα μαγαζια της Travestere. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΜΕΓΑΛΗ!!!Χαλια κτιριο. Παλιο μεσα κ πολυ βρωμικο. Απαραδεκτο για εισοδο διαμερισματων. Ηταν στο 2ο οροφο ΧΩΡΙΣ ανσασερ , που δεν αναφερεται καπου κ επισης υπαρχει Μονο ενα αιρκοντισιον εδαφους στο υπνοδωματιο κ αυτο δεν αναφερεται.!!!Ημασταν οικογενεια με 2 παιδια κ τα παιδια που κοιμοντουσαν στο σαλονι ηταν αδυνατον να κοιμηθουν με τοσο ζεστη!!! Υπηρχε ενας ανεμιστηρας που ηταν χαλασμενος κ 3 μερες μου ελεγαν θα φερουν νεο. Φτασαμε το τελευταιο βραδυ που εφευγα για να μου φερουν αλλο. Τα παιδια κανανε αερα με βενταλιες κ αναγκαστικα πηγαινοερχοντουσαν στο κρεβατι μου. ΑΠΑΙΣΙΑ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ. Ο ιδιοκτητης απαντουσε στα μηνυματα με καθυστερηση πολλων ωρων κ σε καποια δεν απαντουσε καθολου. Το διαμερισμα ειχε ανακαινισμενο μονο το μπανιο αν κ το ντουζ ειχε θεμα με την αποτομη αλλαγη νερου απο ζεστο στο κρυο. Κ η κουζινα ανακαινισμενη!Ολα τα αλλα ηταν επιπλα της γιαγιας. Μπριζες παλιες, τοιχοι λερωμενοι, πορτες χτυπημενες,ντουλαπι που ειχαν αφησει μεσα κατι σαν απλυτα μπουρνουζια. Και μετα απο ολα αυτα ο ιδιοκτητητηα ειπε θα μου στειλει μερικη επιστροφη χρηματων για την ταλαιπωρια κ για να μην κανω κριτικη οπου θα τον εβλαπτε. Εννοειται ποτε δεν επεστρεψε χρηματα.

• Filipov (9/5): Goeie locatie - Echt een perfecte locatie, een best ruime appartement, gratis parkeerplekken, conformtabele bedden en snelle internet. Wc-deur kan niet op slot.

• Nanette (10/5): Home away from home - Stayed at this apartment from 6/30-7/3, 2025. The apartment is excellent when it comes to cleanliness, the whole place is huge. Bed is big enough for the 4 of us. We didn’t use the sofa bed because there was no AC in the living area but bedroom has AC and able to cool down the area if you leave the bedroom door open. We are very satisfied with our stay. It made our vacation so much better and memorable. It is a home away from home. Thank you to the owner, we appreciate your promptness in assisting us with all our needs and inquiries. He even helped us to book a taxi coming out of our cruise straight to the flat. It was so much convenience for my family, well appreciated😊 The only issue here is, it has no elevator. Place is on the 2nd floor

• Ian (7/5): Great location, cosy apartment and perfect location - Clean, secure and comfortable, even the sofa bed. No noise, even given the location, we slept really well. The price was on the mark for us considering hotel options for the same price in the area. Everything was great although the owner was late with some reply’s to questions and didn’t reply to others.

• Archie (10/5): Fantastic - The living area was very spacious and the host was a accommodating. The highlight however was the location. It was perfect, right in the center of Trastevere. Very small thing, but the door was very hard to unlock. I suggest the host puts a little note in the pack about how to unlock the door with the key as it was quite tempremental.

• Daniella (8/5): Fantastic place to stay in Rome! - It was nice and cosy- and big enough for four persons. The location was fabulous. Unfortunately, the amazing location also meant that we could hear a lot of noise from the streets, all night long. Also the coffee machine didn’t work, which was a pitty.

Cozy nice flat, lovely view, everything u need in a five minutes walk away The flat is on the second floor with no elevator, it wasn’t mention on the reservation, only on the self check in instructions we learned it, a bit unexpected but wasn’t deal breaker
