• Oleksandr (5/5): - En la habitación hay todo lo necesario para vivir, incluyendo una lavadora. Hay utensilios de cocina, una cocina y un hervidor. Todo corresponde a la descripción. Desde el balcón hay realmente una buena vista. Es necesario prestar atención a la limpieza de la habitación. Se requiere reparar los muebles (el armario está muy inestable) y las persianas. También es necesario sustituir el cristal de la ventana roto en el baño. El televisor solo muestra un canal y el calefactor no funciona en absoluto. Por favor, limpien las lámparas blancas sobre la mesa, ya que arruinan toda la impresión.
• Wintergoller (10/5): - Ich habe die Unterkunft Mega spontan gebucht und durfte trotzdem um 23 Uhr einchecken. Der Host war zum Glück erreichbar und hat mir bei Fragen super schnell geantwortet. Hatte ich so gut wie nie (Pluspunkt). Alles war gut in der Unterkunft. Richtig schön sauber, der Fernseher ist auch groß und die Lage ist super. Zusätzlich gab’s noch eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Tisch. Hat mir um diese Uhrzeit echt das Leben gerettet hahah. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen:)

It was practically a fraud to get booking-money. ---- It was practically impossible with the poorly documented information on the booking. There were only 4-digit number with this sentence "The keys were hidden in a secret location". Up on arrival, there was no sign of hotel/LUX/property-for-booking at all. It was an (really-really-old-and-dirty) apartment building which have more apartments with pinlock spreading on 3 floors ( and mostly without name). When we came, the neighboor seems to notice us, opened the door and looked and just shut the door. I knocked the door and wanted to ask if they know the property owner or property-for-booking, but they didn't open the door or answered ( i guess it may be this "guy" ). ---- There are no name-labelling on most of the apartments. The building is creepy. The phone number does not exist, whatsapp as they mentioned in description is not working. The communication via booking message system yield no answer at all. ----- I dont understand why booking still let this kind of property be available ( after so many reviews )

Total verdreckt, Eingangstür defekt, Fenster im Bad kaputt und mit Pappe abgedichtet, Herd verdreckt, verkrustet, Spülmaschine ohne Frontplatte, vertrocknete Pflanzen Keine Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters zur Klärung des kaputt und verschmutzten Apartements,. Unzumutbar und eine Frechheit, dass das über booking angeboten wird. Das ist Betrug, da das Geld sofort abgebucht wird

• Elisabeth (1/5): Schmutzige Wohnung mit Zigarettenrauchambiente - Wir kamen problemlos in die Wohnung mit einer Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, es roch nach Rauch und wir haben nicht dort übernachten wollen. Vermieter reagierte nicht mehr auf Nachrichten. Das Gebäude bist insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen und Nachts möchte ich dort nicht unterwegs sein.

• Karin (5/5): Nicht nochmal .... - Lage war gut Gereinigt wurde die Wohnung mit Sicherheit nicht, bevor wir ankamen. Wir sind wirklich nicht empfindlich, aber wir mussten erst mal Putzmittel und einen Lappen kaufen um das Bad zu putzen, das war ekelhaft. Toilette, Dusche, Waschbecken, sogar die Ablageflächen waren verschmutzt. Auf der Fensterbank alles voll mit toten Fiegen, einmal drüber gewischt und der Lappen war fast schwarz. Ums Bett herum das selbe, mm-dick Staub drauf. Die Küche haben wir deshalb überhaupt nicht genutzt. Im Schrank war ein Fachboden rausgebrochen, aber egal, wir haben deshalb nicht mal ausgepackt. Schlafen, duschen, gehen - für 2 Nächte musste das funktionieren.

• Phil (5/5): Not worth the money. - Location was good, nice and quiet The room had smashed windows on the front door and bathroom, this had obviously been done by someone trying to gain access to the apartment. The windows were covered with cardboard, so easily accessed by anyone. The apartment wasn't very clean, we had to wash all the cups and glasses before using, the shower leaked water on the floor as the doors weren't sealed. Lights didn't work. Broken dishwasher Broken toilet seat Broken table, it comes away from the wall making it unsafe. Lots of fixtures & fittings are broken. No internet, this was needed to work, sent messages to the owner, no replies. This place is great for location, but it's far too expensively priced for one night, €86 is because of the location, not the apartment. Lots need sorting before you command these prices.

• Derin (1/5): Bad - Nothing The key was in the box, I took the key and i was struggling to open the door. Once I opened the door, the key got stuck inside the key hole and i was not able to take it. So basically I couldn't go out or keep the room locked. Once I went in and realised that the room is cold like ice. Heaters were in full but working very badly. I was trying to call and message the responsible person for couple of hours but there was no answer. Atlast I left to another place because of all this situation.once I said I am leaving then I got a reply. God knows if anybody came there. So please take some other option to stay for your well being.

Lack of communication on how to obtain the keys, Heater not functioning properly so super cold and uncomfortable night in winter, winter, No wifi access, TV remote control different from tv brand and not functioning, appartement not well cleaned. Dirty cleaning rag behind bathroom door. No shampoo. Need to really step up for such an expensive price!

• Kristine (8/5): Bright, spacious studio - Spacious studio, a 10 min walk from the station. Bright and airy. Easy check-in and communication with the owner. Towels were still damp upon arrival. Bathroom shelves were dusty and there was trash left in the bin.

• Rashmi (5/5): Well located, but needs to be cleaner! - Location Cleanliness needs to be better. There was a lot of dust in the apartment, especially under the bed! Facilities at the apartment could have been better. There were no racks or cupboards to keep our clothes. There were just two cooking utensils.There were no extra Towels, only 2 for 3 people for 4 days! The towels provided were also unusable as it smelled strongly of fabric conditioner. Luckily, we brought our own towels. There was no foot mat in the bathroom. This is the most basic item which was missing. Also, communication with the owner could have been better. We were not notified about the procedure for collecting (and returning) the keys for the apartment. Had to call the owner twice and then had to send a message on WhatsApp. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, we received an answer about the location of the keys to the apartment!

Do not go to this establishment, otherwise your day or days will be ruined. 😡 😠 Over all very bad experience for me.
• Marv (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment in nicely furnished. The shower has good pressure and the dental amenity were a nice touch. The apartment was not ready at the stated check-in time. The oven was not clean and the refrigerator is poorly installed so it is difficult to open the door. The apartment window was open and heating turned off so it was cold on arrival.

• Mhel1985 (9/5): Beautiful apartment. - Rooms and location...the host is also nice and very accomodating...kitchen is fully equipt with what you will need...the bed is so comfortable that i sleep really good.my hasband loves the chocolate and coffee machine.so thoughtful ..such a waste that we stay for just 1night.i could have stay more days if i had a chance but we are just passing by to see basel real quick...i can recommend this place for its close to transportation going to basel.. Nothing special..maybe the pillows are too soft..little bit dusty in the toilet.and some maybe spatula is missing that you can use when frying...🙈 Im just scared that i will scratch the frying pan.
• Shirley (10/5): Perfect stay! - Lovely studio apartment, very clean. It has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a good bed, rain shower. Super close to the highway and close to Bazel. Also the host is very helpful and kind It’s quite noisy, you can hear the neighbours talk and it’s in front of a school so if you are a light sleeper (like me) bring some earplugs.
