- Rokya (3/5): Ce ne ressemble pas un hôtel 5 étoiles - Nous avons réservé 2 chambres pendant 7 jours au Sofitel Taksim, et malheureusement notre séjour a été très décevant. Les chambres étaient mal nettoyées, les lits king size composés de deux lits séparés se détachaient pendant la nuit, et les gels douche/shampoings n’étaient pas remplacés lorsqu’ils étaient finis. Le plus inacceptable a été de trouver un grand sac-poubelle rempli de déchets oublié dans ma chambre. De plus, le responsable de salle a eu un comportement irrespectueux envers moi en prenant ma tenue pour un pyjama devant plusieurs personnes, sans même s’excuser après avoir compris son erreur. Ayant déjà séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels Sofitel, cette expérience ne reflète absolument pas les standards d’un établissement 5 étoiles ni l’image de Sofitel. Je ne reviendrai malheureusement pas dans cet hôtel.

- shaker (1/5): The reception service was very poor, and the staff did not properly handle customer problems or provide suitable solutio - I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the reception service was not good, and I did not feel welcomed or supported during my stay. I sent a message asking for assistance regarding my room issue, but the problem was never solved. I was informed that my room would be changed, but this did not happen. Because of the poor handling of the situation and the lack of support, I decided to leave the hotel two days before my check-out date. In particular, the staff member Khadija treated me in a very bad and unprofessional manner, which made my experience even worse. I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve the way guests are treated in the future.

Roof top restaurant is only reservation for couples which was a shame as I did wanted to dine and try the food there but if your your couple you would have no problems getting in

The room size was very good, the view was ideal and the shower pressure was great 👍 The confusion over our spa treatments. I'd booked for the complete couple package Hamam, massage & facial but they messed it up and kept saying I had paid for some treatments when I hadn't very confusing,later found out they'd messed up my booking and payment and charged me for someone else's booking. Very frustrating to say the least and had to have the treatments over a couple of days.

Après plusieurs plaintes au niveau de réception il a fallu se facher pour que le problème soit résolu. De plus nous étions au 8eme étage de l hôtel et juste au dessus de notre chambre il y a avait un bar et la musique nous empêche de dormir jusqu’à environ 2h du matin. Vraiment une grande déception

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, vibrant, et mérite d'y séjourner, étant proche de lieux emblématiques comme la place Taksim et la rue Istiklal, aussi la proximité des attractions telles que le Palais de Dolmabahce et la Tour de Galata. Le spa était froid et le hammam ainsi que le sauna étaient fermés. Nous avons également été dérangés par les nuisances sonores extérieures, malgré notre chambre située au 8ᵉ étage, très mal insonorisée.

- ELIBOL (5/5): - L'emplacement est super et le personnel au top serviable et aimable. C'est dommage pour du standing Sofitel ça reste bien en dessous des attentes. Nous attendions un hôtel à la hauteur du prix demandé. Forcément au vu du prix demandé il manque des finitions des détails importants.

- Sina (9/5): - Very nice staff! Helped me with all my questions 😊 I got upgraded to a room with a bathtub, that was really great! They even give bath salt and bath foam, so I could enjoy a warm bath after an unfortunately cold and rainy day! 😊 I also really liked the smell in the Hotel and the room! The hotel is near to the metro and there's a Hafiz Mustafa cafe just a few steps away, I can recommend to have some delicious Baklava there! 😊 View over the city to the Bosporus is also very nice. Wish I could have stayed longer!
