De inrichting is wat gedateerd maar dat maakt niet uit want het is allemaal erg schoon. Het is gunstig gelegen tov het dorpscentrum, alles op loopafstand Het ruikt wat muf als er niet goed geventileerd wordt

Ubicación perfecta cerca del pueblo, pero sin estar en la bulla. Con aparcamiento privado. Muy bien equipado y cómodo Un poco ruidosos los vecinos del apartamento en el piso superio

• emma (8/5): The apartment could be fabulous. It's spacious and attractive but could do with some updating. - The location was great and the free car parking space was a big bonus. Nice views and quiet location. The apartment smelled of drains. The sofas were a bit old and the spa bath didn't work.
• Claudia (8/5): Apartamento en sintonia con el entorno. - Apartamento de dimensiones comodas, en sintonia con la arquitectura de la zona; muy buena ubicacion. La sra que nos recibio y nos entrego las llaves correcta y amable. Relacion precio calidad, averiguando un poco mas, supe que no fue conveniente. No investigue lo suficiente al momento de contratarlo. Faltan detalles minimos esperables (no obligatorios desde ya) como dejar al menos una botella de agua mineral, algunas capsulas de cafe, algo para que el huesped llegue a un destino casi sin comercios en la zona y tenga algo para beber. Detalle que, por la categoria del alojamiento y el precio abonado, seria de esperar. Lo mismo con los amenities, hay menos que lo basico.

Había un olor un tanto desagradable, no pienso que fuera desagüe sino más bien por la humedad, al ser un sitio antiguo. A veces el olor era molesto y teníamos que ventilar bien la casa. Una pena xq el lugar es precioso

• Amparo (6/5): - Un alojamiento muy bonito Las paredes entre las habitaciones eran como de papel, se escuchaba todo.. Y muy incómodo la entrada y salida del apartamento, con muchas puertas y un soló juego de llaves, por lo que todo el grupo teníamos que entrar y salir a la vez.

• Newton (10/5): Incredible location. Very clean. Jose was ready to answer any questions. Excellent! - Amazing location. Close to the UNESCO townsite but better because there was easy parking and less hassle. Amazing antique building with updated facilities.
• Paul (10/5): Old fashioned elegance on the edge of Santillana del Mar - Huge, old fashioned apartment but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything thought of from washing up liquid to extras in the bathrooms. Free parking, in the adjacent private courtyard, a huge bonus. Host on site should we have needed him. Property five minutes walk from the main tourist area so quiet. Supermarket just a few minutes up the road by car. But many restaurants to choose from in the old town should one wish to eat out.

• Jeremy (10/5): Very large apartment suitable for big family. - It was a beautiful, large 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It was large, clean, and had lots of space to put everything. Elevator is a big plus. It was the best place we stayed on our trip. One of the shower doors did not work. Needs immediate attention. You have use 3 keys to access apartment.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the host was very responsive. The Palaciondesantilla was in walking distance to the medieval town and was a perfect base for exploring the area.On-site parking was a real plus and the apartment was lovely and peaceful at night. Having to leave it- there was nothing we did not like
