• Vasyl (8/5): - Отлично оборудованные апартаменты. Хороший WiFi, кондиционер, кухня. Бесконтактное заселение, удобно. Грязный пол, старая грязная губка для посуды, кухонное полотенце в пятнах (чистое, но выглядит плохо). В целом, уборка должна быть тщательнее.

• Andres (8/5): Overall very good and something I’d repeat. - The room itself was clean, pretty, and hassle free to get into and out of. Didn’t feel the need to bother host for anything. There were some minor issues which I think the host could address with some very minor investments. On arrival there was no dishwashing soap left, and the body wash was on empty. Many units I’ve rented have a little of both as a courtesy. I also imagine bad actors can abuse this generosity, however I think the “risk” of spending 3-5 euros twice a month and having guests absconding with a bottle or use it up irresponsibly is low enough that they should bite the bullet and just do it. The ceiling lamp overhanging the bed was slumped over and seemed on the verge of falling off. It ended up being connected to the ceiling electrical infrastructure so there was never any danger that it fall, but it was held to the ceiling with cheap tape and this was kind of an eyesore. The tv looks nice but either batteries on remote are low or controller is old or tv needs a wipe because it’s drive is almost full or something because it was extremely unresponsive to attempts to navigate its menu with the controller. Again, very minor stuff. I wasn’t in Vienna to watch tv and everything else was fixable, but I think it’d be the smart business move to address this stuff.

• Markéta (9/5): Až na to nemilé překvapení při příjezdu se nám tam moc líbilo. Rádi přijedeme znova. - Hezké ubytování, blízko zastávek busu a tramvaje. Přesto tam bylo ticho. Okna jsou do dvora. Bohužel jsme přijeli (ve 13:30) a stále nebylo uklizeno. Majitel se pak omlouval, že uklizečka měla nějaké rodinné problémy. Přišla až v 19:45 a provedla rychloúklid. Kuchyňka pěkná, ale chtělo by to doplnit hrnky- byl tam jeden čtvrtlitrový a 2 malé kafáčky. Takže si muž vařil čaj do misky. A dcera naštěstí čaj nechtěla 🥴.

К сожалению в эту самую ночь, я практически не ночевала там, так как попала в больницу и до утра была в больнице. Когда мой выезд должен был состояться в 9:30 утра, я не смогла этого сделать , так как вещи были в апартаментах, а ключи со мной. Я написала хозяину апартаментов, что у меня проблемы и не мог ли бы он, дать мне больше времени. Хозяин ответил быстро и мы договорились о том, что я сдам номер к 11:00. Я арендовала номер с детьми, сдавать номер вынуждена была моя старшая дочь 15 лет. Она приехала забрала ключи и положила куда было нужно. Я хочу выразить огромную благодарность хозяину апартаментов, за то что он не подгонял нас. Пусть у вас всегда встречаются только хорошие люди. Если приеду в Вену, обязательно буду арендовать у Вас. Все отлично.
• Johanna (6/5): Für Anspruchslose und mobile Menschen - Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten mit Zahlenschloss. Die Lage der Wohnung war ruhig zum Innenhof. Gegenüber befand sich ein Bipa (Drogeriemarkt) sowie Spar und Billa für Lebensmittel. Zudem befand sich gegenüber die Bushaltestelle Hervicusgasse. Entlang der Hetzendorfer Straße befand sich am Schloss Hetzendorf auch einen Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ein Bäcker (Anker). Alles in allem ist man flexibel was die Start- und Rückkehrhaltestellen angeht und wenn man keine großen Erwartungen bzw. Ansprüche an die Unterkunft hat, ist diese hier passend. Der Wintergarten ist ganz nett, auch wenn die Lampe, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, defekt war. Zur Wahrheit gehört jedoch auch, dass die Wohnung nicht den Bildern entspricht und deutlich abgewohnt ist. Das Funier am Kühlschrank platz ab. Das Spülmittel war fast leer und der Schwamm schon alt. Von einem Sideboard fehlte die Tür. Insgesamt sind die Möbel eher aus dem Niedrigpreissegment. Die Flügeltür zum Bad verdient den Namen Tür nicht. Ein Vorhang hätte den selben Effekt. Die Handseife war leer und wir mussten eine neue kaufen. Die Dusche ist ein Alptraum aus Kalk und Schimmel. Das Bett ist seeeeeehr weich. Wir haben beide Rückenschmerzen bekommen, obwohl wir keine 60kg auf die Waage bringen. Die Batterien vom Fernsehr waren leer, weshalb wir neue kaufen musdten. Der Empfang per Internet war nicht sehr gut, aber glücklicherweise brauchten wir den TV nur am Tag der Anreise. Und wenn das Schloss Schönbrunn in der Anzeige angepriesen wird, sollte erwähnt werden, dass die 5 Min Entfernung per Pkw sind. Mit den Öffis dauert es im kürzesten Fall 25 Minuten inkl 15-minütigem Fußweg. Ansonsten dauert es mit den Öffentlichen in den günstigen Fällen zum Hauptbahnhof 22 Minuten zur Kettenbrückengasse 37 Minuten zum Schwedenplatz 39 Minuten zum Stephansplatz 42 Minuten zur Donauinsel 56 Minuten

• Kamil (7/5): - Dobra komunikacja, przystanek zlokalizowany blisko apartamentu, dobre wyposażenie Brak klarownej informacji o braku miejsca postojowego. Najbliższy parking dodatkowo płatny 10€/24h kilometr dalej.
• Beuter (7/5): - Angeboten und gebucht wurde eine Wohnung im Hause "Hetzendorfer Straße 110". Die Wohnung befand sich tatsächlich im Hause 112. Der Schlüsselkasten war am Hause 114 befestigt. Das geht sicherlich besser! Die Dusche ist eine Zumutung !!!!! Hier wird es höchste Zeit, diese zu erneuern. Die Duschabtrennung ist völlig verrostet und über der Dusche blüht der Schimmel. Die Folierung der Kühlschranktür läßt sich erneuern ohne das die Tür komplett erneuert werden muss. Es sieht so aus, als habe sich ein enttäuschter Bewohner der Wohnung mit einem Cuttermesser daran ausgelobt.
• María Inmaculada (9/5): - Apartamento muy agradable, muy bien climatizado, estaba muy calentito, las toallas y ropa de cama con un olor muy agradable. Justo enfrente tienes un supermercado y la parada de bus 63A para el centro, pero tienes que hacer transbordo. El tranvía n. 62 también va para el centro directo, hay 2 paradas cerca una hacia la izquierda y otra hacia la derecha. En general todo muy bien, lo recomiendo. El sofá cama es un poco incómodo.
• Marina (8/5): - It was good for its value, the owners were very nice and helped us.it had a tv , coffee machine , etc that helped us through our vacantion.The location isn’t the best bcs it’s like an hour from the centre but you get used to it and you don’t really feel it .The heat is amazing ! The bathroom need a renovation , or at least the shower needs to be changed , bcs its hard to use it and it’s not very clean.

Τα στρώματα πολυ μαλακά, ωστόσο άνετα. Η τοποθεσία ήσυχη, με όμορφα σπίτια γύρω. Ωστόσο αρκετά μακριά από το κέντρο της πόλης. Το λιγότερο 40' με το τραμ.

• Imre (10/5): Tökéletes! - Tökéletes volt minden! Október közepén töltöttünk itt néhány napot, és minden szempontból elégedettek voltunk. A szállás tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt, minden úgy volt, ahogy a képeken látszik. A környék csendes, semmilyen zaj nem hallatszott a szomszédból, így nyugodtan tudtunk pihenni. Rengeteg tévécsatorna elérhető, köztük magyar adások is, ami nagyon jól jött. A fürdő ajtaja sem hangos, csak egy kis odafigyelés kell, és semmi probléma nincs vele. Összességében szuper élmény volt, mindenkinek bátran ajánlom! Igazából semmi különösebb gond vagy észrevehető probléma nem volt, minden rendben működött és megfelelt az elvárásainknak. A szállás tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt, semmi olyat nem tapasztaltunk, ami negatívumként említést érdemelne. Összességében teljesen elégedettek voltunk mindennel.

• Jeanna (8/5): Mal was anderes, Interessant gebaut. Sauber, gut gelegen und ruhig. - Alles in allem eine nette Unterkunft, die ungewöhnliche Planung in der Wohnung, eine schöne Aussicht in den Hof, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Matratzen und die Kissen waren für unser Geschmack etwas zu weich. Auf den Kissen könnten wir leider nicht so gut schlafen. Das ist aber bekanntlich Geschmacksache und was für uns nicht so gut funktioniert hat, wird für jemanden vielleicht sogar gerade einen Plus-Punkt bedeuten. Die Dusche mit der Toilette sind ohne Fenster und haben eine schwache Luftung. Die Dusch-Kabine und die Kühlschranktür sind schon wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten bald gern ausgetauscht werden. Aber es ist noch nicht kritisch.

Labai nepatogi lova, trūko vietos dušo kabinoje. Tualeto durys barška, tarška, dėl to triukšminga, reikia palikti atidarytas. Kavos aparatas neveikė, nors buvo paliktos 3 kavos kapsulės.

• Yvonne (6/5): Für eine Nacht ausreichend - Die Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr einfach - Video hat alles genau erklärt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe und der Innenhof ist hübsch anzuschauen. Leider kein Rollo und kein Fliegengitter am Küchenfenster. Sehr warm. Mobiles Klimagerät funktioniert nicht wirklich gut. Alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• SONIA (8/5): - L'autobus est à côté de l'appartement et il y a aussi une épicerie à deux pas. La climatisation n'est pas du tout au point. Il faut connecter un tuyau et mettre une chaise pour qu'il tienne.
• Andreas (9/5): - Gerne darf den bisherigen Bewertungen Glauben geschenkt werden. Vom Checkin über die Ausstattung bis zur Lage stimmen diese auch mit der Beschreibung zu 100% überein. Absolutes Highlight ist die überdachte Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das hintere Grundstück. Gegenüber Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Supermarkt und eine Drogerie. Trotz verkehrsreicher Lage ist in der Wohnung davon nichts zu hören. Auch ein Lob an den Verwalter der Wohnung, antwortet sehr schnell, falls doch mal Fragen aufkommen. Für diese Preis-Leistung in guter Lage unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Für unsere Verhältnisse waren die Matratzen zu weich, ist aber Geschmackssache. Ansonsten wie beschrieben alles Top.
• Anna (7/5): Good - Location was great, kitchen and the flat was equipped with everything you needed. Unfortunately we couldn't figure out the coffee machine, but it didn't affect our stay. Bathroom could do with a new fan, and some deeper cleaning of the ceiling/paint as it has mould. And we really struggled with almost no existent privacy when using the toilet as you can hear every little sound everywhere in the flat. It might not be an issue for everyone, but it was for us.

• Khadiga (7/5): Nice apartment with a lot of light and very responsive host :) - The property was very well equipped. There was a coffee machine with two coffee tabs, wine for a charge (don’t forget to bring cash if you would like a bottle), towels, board games and full kitchen equipment. The property was clean and bright. The highlight of the property for me were the balcony which looked the same as in the photos as well as the common use garden. The host was very responsive and gave detailed and useful instructions. The bathroom seems to have mold on the ceiling above the shower. I noticed a muffy smell when I was in the bathroom and when I looked at the ceiling I indeed saw mold spots. Furthermore, I was unable to operate the little lamp in the balcony. I asked the host for instructions and they replied instantly however I was still unable to use it. That was a shame as I wanted to sit on the balcony in the late evening and there was no other light source. Maybe clearer instructions are needed or perhaps the light operator was broken. Other than that the property was great.

• Demir (6/5): Fine - The house was comfortable and clean but we wanted too see the center, old town and even with buses it takes 45 minutes. Also since it was our first time in Vienna it was hard for as to figure out the transportation. And bathroom needs more air flow.

• Anna (10/5): Cozy place, great facilities, nice location for visiting Vienna. - The flat is modern and clean. We found the place to be very cozy and warm, heating system works wonderfully which was great since we spent a week in Vienna in January and it was very cold outside. The staff was super kind, they answered all of our questions very fast and their instructions were very clear and simple to follow. It’s a one-room flat but it has everything one could need during a leisure trip (there was only two of us, maybe not the best place for more than two people, but I think they don’t even book it for more than two or three), the small terrace is very nice. The location is great, it is not exactly in the centre and the neighbourhood is rather residential than commercial or touristic but we really enjoyed this aspect. We had already purchased a transportation card for the whole week so we didn’t spend much to get to our destinations everyday, it takes about 30/40 minutes to reach midtown by taking the 62 tramway (there’s a train every ten minutes or so). Bus station and train stations are very near to the flat, we also could reach the airport easily using public transport. Overall, highly recommended. Nothing everything was great.

• Rose (8/5): Lovely studio, not a one bed apartment - The location was excellent for what we needed. We were attending a party at a local castle which was 400 m from the apartment and 100 m from my friend's house. The spar supermarket is directly across the road so very convenient. There is also another store and a bakery just down the road. It was very clean. Bed was comfy. The temperature in the apartment was also great. The apartment is advertised as a one-bedroom apartment. This is completely incorrect It is a studio apartment. We were expecting to have a separate bedroom from the living area but unfortunately it is just one large room and no separation. This wasn't ideal when I was traveling with my son. The other thing that would have made the stay better for us was to have a second key to the apartment. If you go to a hotel you get two keys. It meant when my son was arriving home at 4:00 a.m. he had to ring the doorbell in order to get into the apartment. This wasn't convenient.

(7/5): Overall, I like that the unit is spacious and accessible, though the bathroom door could use some improvement. - The place looks the same as in the pictures - it’s spacious and they have free coffee! It’s near SPAR and really close to the bus station. The photos of the building where the unit is located is quite misleading - it’s actually the old building beside the newer one. It’s very dark when you walk in the hallways at night (I had to use my phone as flashlight) and the neighborhood also feels a bit scary at night. The bathroom doors don’t have locks and could be really loud as it’s just acrylic with some metals and magnet.

• Karen (5/5): Nice apartment just too hot in summer 35 minutes walk to palace or zoo but pu lic transport needed for centre - Great kitchen area if self catering, Although we had an air con unit poking through the window which was okay if your stood in front of it, the rest of the apartment was so unbearable we had four sleepless nights trying to cope with the heat and lack of air. The little conservatory obviously got to extreme temps with the weather being so good but this didn’t help with the temp in the apartment. The small window wasn’t enough for airflow in the conservatory .This apartment would be lovely in the spring and fall but not good in hot weather. The whole Building is glad in corrugated plastic which probably does not help with temps The toilet /shower room is closed off with just a corrugated plastic door this didn’t feel discreet . The bed is in dyer need of a new mattress my husband had to sleep on the sofa because of back ache

I was doing Business in vienna and the Small glas Garden was perfect for doing some Business Meetings in Skype due to the wonderful background and very pleasent Appeal of the whole apartment. I loved it! The Host was very very friendly and answered all my questions about the checkin as Well as about vienna! Thank you! Everything was literally perfect!

• Andrea (9/5): Superb - Shops and public transport stops are super close. Thanks to the greatly designed balcony, we could enjoy the mornings and evenings there while we were protected from the cold weather. Super comfortable bed! + There are board games!
• Данил (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a quite place will groceries shop nearby. Apartment itself was set with everyting you could wish: microwave, coffee machine, plates etc. The coolest part of it is cozy balconny. I do recommend it for a rental :) It would be good to have a several packs of single-disposable shampoo and pair of slippers, for thoes who afraid to step on a bare foot.

• Ines (10/5): Everything was beautiful! See you again soon! - The sun room is a really perfect opportunity to enjoy your breakfast with sunlight even during cold winters. The bed was perfect for me and my partner and the host answered all our questions and even organized us tickets for a tour to Viennas most beautiful places. I loved that Castle Schönbrunn was literally 5 min away by car! Nothing at all. Everything was perfect!
