- Nicola (9/5): Great accommodation, comfortable and a great find - Very comfortable and situated well for our weekend as a group - plenty to do!
- Roland (8/5): -
- Annette (9/5): Recommend for a family with teens - Super easy check in and everything suited us perfectly. Our family included 4 teens so was perfect for us. Only 5 mins to Earl’s Court station and same to Sainsbury’s. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Extremely helpful hosts although we really didn’t need anything from them.

- Olivier (8/5): -
- Krishnamurthy (7/5): Stay was comfortable . Response from property in charge very poor . None of the phone calls or messages were answered - Location and spacious property Noise of the moving vehicles from main road during night time Nothing can be done to avoid as windows need to kept open due to heat.
Installation of air conditioners only solution
- Fatmah (7/5): Good -
- Daniela (10/5): Perfect group house - Very comfortable
- Nicky (8/5): Lovely stay in this 2 bedroom apartment - Great location , 5 mins walk from Earl's Court tube station. Easy check in instructions from email and code sent in day for keysafe.
The appartment is big and very well equipped. Lots of kitchen equipment ie air-fryer, coffee machine, washing machine and basic food cupboard stuff ( herbs , seasonings , and tea coffee) which was helpful. Beds very comfy .
My husband and I and our Australian friend Sharon had a one night stay here and it was great. Not many plugs in all the rooms .
- Deanna (9/5): Wonderful hosts and comfortable apartment - The apartment was well located in So Kensington and an easy walk to Earls Court tube station (10 mins) - lots of restaurants close by and felt very safe. The hosts were so kind and responsive - we were celebrating a birthday and they left a birthday pennant, balloons, card and a lovely bottle of wine for us!! Lots of natural light streamed through the apartment and it was great to be able to see gardens outside. Thank you very much for making for making our visit to London wonderful - I would come back to stay!
- Neezika (8/5): Spacious apartment with an excellent location and working Wi-Fi. - The apartment is very spacious, with two large bedrooms, a roomy living room with a big dining table, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet and safe part of London. According to Google Maps, it is 750 meters from the apartment to Gloucester Road tube station and 850 meters to High Street Kensington tube station. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. near both stations. The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, which works very well.
The kitchen is well equipped, although we didn’t use it. We only used the coffee machine – capsules are provided and there are enough of them. Towels are also available in the apartment, and there are plenty of them. The apartment was generally quite clean. What bothered me were the furry carpets, which are in every room. In my opinion, these carpets can never be properly cleaned and therefore feel dirty. As a family, we are used to taking our shoes off in the apartment, so walking on those carpets was really unpleasant. Without them, the apartment would feel cleaner.
In the bathroom, I missed having hand soap. It could have been provided. There are three containers in the shower – soap, shampoo, and conditioner – but only one of them was full. I also missed having hooks in the bathroom where we could hang towels.
- Ais (10/5): Great location, super helpful hosts - Great location, super helpful host
- Barbara (8/5): Very good - Very spacious accommodation in a central location For such a large property there was very little in the way of electrical socket and being a group of 4 women this was a problem.
This was the only think though that we found fault with
- Melanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (8/5): Very good - Spacious, comfortable, clean Some minor issues on arrival that were quickly sorted by owner
- Hannes (9/5): Great value for money - Good location. Plenty of room
- Amanda (8/5): Great location - good for families with small children. - The location of this apartment is fantastic. very close to the train station which made it easy to get around - particularly if you have kids. It's also within walking distance to grocery shops, cafes and restaurants. It was very convenient having the 2nd bedroom with 2 large beds in it - this made it very easy travelling with 2 very young children. There was plenty of space for my family (3 adults & 2 children). We had difficulty with check in (was night time and dark and raining) we couldn't find the lock box and when we eventually did the code we were given was wrong. The host was responsive though and easily contacted to give us the right code. The beds were not super comfy. the main bedroom can also be quite noisy at night, the second bedroom is very quiet though.
- Tim (8/5): Comfortable place to stay with plenty of room - The place lived up to its description- this is an exceptionally spacious apartment which made staying there very enjoyable. Lots of nice little details like the coffee machine and pods, chocolate on arrival and a well equipped kitchen. This place was good. Not much. Older style apartment with the things that go along with older places but nothing too bad.
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - everything was as described and we also found extras for our convenance, so glad we chose to stop here.
- Gemma (6/5): Great location for stay in London but extremely noisy at night - Good location /close to the tube
Very clean and modern apartment
Washing machine and full kitchen
Towels provided but very small
Room for eight guests and all beds made up Not enough plug points so although fans provided you couldn’t use them in the bedrooms . Also we could not charge phones by beds. Would be nice to have USB plug points also.
Windows do not close so VERY noisy at night with traffic , ambulances (as very close to hospital) and foxes in the garden screaming
Shower pressure dropping
Wifi did not work at all
Lobby and hall areas very grubby and off-putting
- Caron (9/5): Family of 6 - 4 adults, 2 young ones. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would recommend. - Rooms were spacious. Kitchen was nicely furnished with spices, coffee, kitchen supplies, etc. Plenty of towels. View was very nice. Train station, grocery store were minute walk. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend. Washer/dryer was a bit difficult for us to navigate (couldn’t get clothes to dry - more of a personal problem than an equipment problem)
- Massimiliano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karey (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment had enough room and bedrooms were appropriate. Internet worked well. No issues accessing the apartment. The apartment had a smell which was poorly masked by 6 individual scented oil/ stick pods. The TV in the living room was broken and could not be used. We informed the owner who said she was recently notified. I see the previous renter also mentioned broken TV. However she stated she would refund some money for the inconvenience. That would be an appropriate fix.
- Thanh (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (9/5): Brilliant - Location was great, apartment was very clean and tidy, nice touches in kitchen with supplies Couldn’t get tv to work and bags of rubbish at front door were not great. That’s not hosts fault I understand that.
- Sara (9/5): Superb - The flat was very clean and luckily had multiple fans for use during our summer stay. The bathroom was clean and linens to use were of good quality. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.
- James (10/5): Excellent and very welcoming stay - The rooms were very clean and very well organised. Loved the big TV in the front room!
- Fielden (9/5): Superb -
- Celeste (10/5): Easy location to navigate to and from the city center and easy access to Heathrow. - No food was provided nor expected. The flat handled our family of 6 quite easily. There is a washer and dryer on site and this was one reason that we chose this flat. We definitely needed to do some laundry. The washer and dryer were very unfamiliar to us and some instruction would have been helpful.
- Rui (9/5): Very nice stay! - I liked the fact that the Hosts were available online, even on late hours. We didn't see the lockbox at first and they were both messaging to explain where it was.
The flat was extremely clean.
The back garden gives an extraordinary light to the flat. mattress too soft on one bed.
- Donna (8/5): Very good -
- Umberto (9/5): Superb -
- Bradley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Glyn (9/5): Comfortably accommodated four of us for a night in London. - Real homely feel to it, and in a decent location. Entrance is a bit shabby.
- Nhu (7/5): Good - Good location, close to Earl Court station. Restaurants and shops nearby. Spacious rooms and washer and dryer are a plus. Walkable to Kensington area. Be careful stepping in and out of tub, slippery even with bath mat. You may need to reset boiler if it runs out of hot water. Remember to close front door. There was a homeless person that slept in the lobby one night.
- Katie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ineta (10/5): Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Good location. -
- Sithy (8/5): Nice clean flat for a short stay. - Lovely clean flat. I had an issue of paying double but Nicholas sorted it so very pleased with the service. Only issue was parking but we kind of managed as its off peak season. Wish the price was a bit dearer. We stayed only a night 😊, chocolates was a lovely gesture as kids loved it x It’s by the busy road side and very noisy.
- Alicia (10/5): Apartment grade 1000 - Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarket, excellent beds, sofa and shower. I loved the welcome chocolates. No doubt I will stay again as soon as possible The only negative point is when leaving the bathtub it almost falls, attention always redoubled when entering and leaving.
- Beverley (8/5): Ideal for what our group wanted for an overnight stay - Good Location close to a tube station & bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.
Spacious rooms with a sitting area Some confusion over the code for the key locker as we arrived…. The number supplied wouldn’t open the locker. Fortunately the cleaners were there as we arrived & they gave us the correct code. It could have been a problem if we had arrived later.
- Jo (7/5): Comfortable and good value for money in the location - The location was fabulous, and the owners were very helpful with instructions. It was roomy and the kitchen was well appointed and stocked. It was very warm, too warm. It was overall very clean. We had to use the sofa bed, which unfortunately smelled of Fabreeze and did not allow a restful night. Also one of the pillow cases had a large bloody stain on it. The entrance and communal areas were somewhat shabby
- Ai (1/5): Bad -
- Roderick (8/5): Comfortable place to stay a short distance from Central London - The apartment was quite comfortable and had the space we needed. The kitchen was well furnished although we did not cook any meals there. Plenty of hot water for showers. Close to Earl's Court underground station which we used every day. I am not familiar with London but i had hoped the property was a little closer to the tourist areas. Also, i know it is not the owners fault, but the trash was overflowing from the trash receptacles right in front of the building which was not a great first impression.
- Andrea (5/5): Passable - The property is in fair condition. Don't want sound like I'm nit picking but there were a few things that were not so great about the property.
The property had piles and piles of rotting rubbish at the front door that was there for our entire stay. There were pillows with missing cases on the main bed and the pillow were yellow stained and old. TV in the master bedroom would not work either. Simple things that could be addressed to make someone's stay more.comfortable.
- Olumide (7/5): Good -
- Mario (8/5): Very good - Conveniently located near Earl's Court Station so easy to connect to any destination (airports, central London, etc)
The apartment was quite tidy and clean
The rooms are furnished with personality
We were a party of five adults and there was plenty of room for all, not sure how it could be for 7 adults The window fixtures are not sound-proof (nor thermal-proof BTW), so the room on Cromwell Road side is quite noisy at night.
Cutlery is quite poor (e.g., only 4 tea spoons and 5 forks for an apartment that fits 7).
The TV connects only to Netflix but there is no DTV or satellite available
- Lana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (7/5): Good - Great location, overall it’s nicely decorated, easy to access. No bedding provided for sofa bed. Poor finish in some areas. Very hot and could not turn down the bathroom radiator.
- Jane (9/5): Perfect location, great apartment, comfy clean and warm - It was clean, warm, beds really comfy! Good selection of coffee, nice decor A little noisy from the traffic on the main road, if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.
- Đurđica (10/5): We would come back again! - Everything was great, top location near subway and grocery shop, super pub near the street, washing machine and dryer is very helpful when you travel with children.
Recommendation for everyone..
- Angela (9/5): Modern, clean and comfortable apartment in good location - Modern decor with everything you need, like being in someone’s home. Comfortable beds, shower good and kitchen had plenty of coffee and tea etc.
Great location, not far from Earls Court tube station, surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Would stay again. There’s quite a few stairs to climb if that’s an issue but property itself, no issues.
- Sylveena (10/5): loved london- loved our location - bathroom was an issue. toilet didn't flush always- we had to pour water into the toilet to get it to flush at times.
- Gillian (9/5): Would definitely recommend! - This accommodation was great. Once through the door of the flat itself, it was lovely, spotlessly clean and the decor was very modern and stylish and every effort has been made to make it feel like a comfortable hotel, with complimentary coffee, chocolate treats, water and toiletries in the bathroom. The towels and linen were white, clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable and inviting with cushions etc. The bedrooms were spacious and there was more than enough room. Also the lounge had been made up with a double sofa bed too, so there was a double bed for each of my three children, plus our double bed in the main bedroom. My children were thrilled with this aswell as the chocolate treats!! The whole flat was clean and well equipped and In the email correspondence I had with the hosts they were helpful, immediately responsive and accommodating to my request to drop off bags instead of having to take them into the city with us. They frequently asked via email and booking.com if there was anything else I needed. The flat was in a great location - so close to the Earls court tube and close to High Street Kensington where we parked our car. I would definitely stay there again, despite my few 'what could be improved' comments below, which to be fair, I did not raise at the time but am sure, would have been addressed if I had. The flat was well thought out with washing machine and microwave and ample fridge freezer and the hot water was hot with an efficient boiler. The lounge on the back of the flat, overlooked a quiet garden. This was a great place to stay and having been so disappointed elsewhere last year, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with our choice. Thank you for a lovely stay. Despite there being a lovely coffee machine, which was a bonus, and being left with complementary tea bags, I was unable to find a kettle to make a cup of tea. It meant boiling a pan of water was necessary. Also, the accommodation was on a really main road, which meant the noise of the traffic was very loud in the main bedroom. Unfortunately, the windows did not close properly so the noise could not be shut out any further. (having said that, the flat was not cold at all during our stay because the heating was on and was very effective) One night I had to go and get in my daughter's double bed in the back bedroom because I could not sleep in the front bedroom due to the traffic noise but it may not affect you if you are not a light sleeper or have ear plugs! Also, there are two huge TVs in the flat but the terrestrial channels did not work - you could only watch Netflix etc which fortunately my son knew how to connect from his phone to a special box provided, because I had no idea! Although we did not come to London to watch the TV, after a long day of sightseeing it would have been nice to sit and watch the TV and catch up on the news etc. A plug in the kitchen sink would also have been really helpful so that we could wash up easily and look after the flat properly.
- Moya (10/5): Highly recommend this beautiful and spacious apartment in a great location. - This apartment was amazing. My girls and myself came here for a girls trip and loved it. The apartment was in a great location, only 5 minutes from Earls Court station. The room was spotless with great facilities, including a washing machine and dryer which was great tp wash towels. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The sitting room was lovely with a really comfortable couch. The apartment was decorated so nicely and it looked like the owners really care about the property- it was good enough to live in. The hosts had left chocolate for us and water in the fridge- such a lovely and personal touch. There was a hair dryer, extra towels and blankets and lots of mirrors located around. It felt very safe as there was more than one lock on the door and check in was very easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again. There was literally nothing to complain about, it was fabulous.
- Carol (8/5): Nice flat in good location - Important to note that the location is good - approximately 10 mins walk from Earls Court tube station. Lots of shops nearby.
The flat was spacious and clean - and quiet in terms of the street location.
The kitchen was well equipped: kettle, fridge, Plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses etc.
The bathroom met our needs.
There was plenty of clean towels.
We were welcomed with free gifts - chocolate !
The TV was huge - unnecessary for us but others might like that.
There was a good dining table with chairs. There wasn't enough wardrobe space for 6 adults. Some coathooks would be useful. Also the sofa in the sitting room was only comfortable for two people / 3 at a push. The sitting room would benefit from an additional two 'occasional' chairs / a more comfy sofa for larger number of people.
There was only one tea towel.
A dustpan and brush would be useful to clean up any small spillages.
- Jessica (10/5): Comfortable stay. Home away from home. Great location, a couple minutes walk to tube stop! - Spacious flat, both the bedrooms and the living area. Everything was clean and tidy, beautiful little touches like the rolled up towels with chocolate on arrival. Coffee pods available to use. I thought the bathroom needed a little TLC, but very minor. Also had trouble unlocking and locking the door but that could just be me!
- Jane (9/5): Great place for small group of family or friends. - Great space for the 5 of us when visiting London. Rooms were a good size, beds comfy enough, small kitchen has everything you need and room enough to eat take out and relax in the lounge / diner.
- Sanna (9/5): Enjoyable. - Lovely stay, nice apartment. The messages that were sent to us were automatic and no one responded to our questions. Other than everything was enjoyable
- Bertha (6/5): Flat has potential to be excellent. The only thing stopping me from staying again is the shower situation. - Location was very convenient in a nice neighborhood. Flat was very clean and mostly very well appointed. Kitchen was very nice with waters and coffee provided. Lovely view to a green space. Upon arrival the front stoop was covered in refuse. Bins were overflowing with large piles in front of them. Towels need replacing. They are thin and graying. Pillows need replacing. There is a shower mechanism, but it does not work. The flat description says there is a bath (vice shower), but bathing is very difficult given it is a very narrow, tall bathtub and there is no spray attachment at all. We had to use a coffee cup to pour water over ourselves. I also received no response to my question about how to use the shower. I had the distinct feeling the email communications were automated.
- Tom (9/5): Totally perfect Fraser House flat - Super friendly host. Massive effort on making each room interesting fresh and new looking. Great view of trees and gardens at the back of the flat. Quiet and comfortable for 7. And if you happen to particularly like mirrors you will not be dissappointed in the quntity and variety. Common corridor was a bit scruffy but not that bad just a bit lived in if you know what i mean. When you got to the flat it more than made up for it.
- Assaf (10/5): amazing flat the host: Danielle and Nicholas were very welcoming and helpful for me and my family - everything was more than amazing.
the location.
clean sheets
they also have a bidet “شطاف" nothing
- Holly (8/5): Great location. Eliminate the fragrance. Thanks. - Great location. There was an elevator in the building. A fan and a portable air conditioner were provided. Too much fragrance in sheets,. Air fresheners in rooms were overwhelming.
- Talyta (10/5): We will be back soon - Very good Only don’t have dishwasher
- James (7/5): Good -
- Susan (8/5): Great Location. - Location. Earls Court Station very handy. Few things missed. Kitchen sink plug. Clothes drying rack. Not enough toilet paper for our 5-night stay. Lift broke down twice.
- Filip (10/5): Perfect flat for family of 5 adults - Apartment hotel where I stayed with my family of 5 adults. It was well sized for our group, and well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, etc. It was very clean and in good condition. More than just a place to sleep, as it was also a pleasant flat to relax during the days when we were too tired to tour London.
- Deborah (9/5): Superb - The location was convenient for touring about London.
