• Anna (8/5): Perfekt centralt läge - lägenhet med stora ytor och för många personer. - Vi kunde checka in tidigt vilket var toppen för oss som kom till Rom med ett tidigt plan. Stora ytor, ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa och ett runt större bord och två sovrum med dubbelsängar. Utöver detta ett mindre kök med två barstolar. Ac i alla rum, fläkt i wc-n. Ac var nog av äldre modell. Tv i sovrummen och vardagsrummet. Superbra läge bredvid Piazza Barberini och tunnelbana. Läget är det bästa med denna lägenhet. Det fanns också en liten trång hiss som klarar 250kg som åker upp långsamt. Funkar för bagage och dem som inte kan gå upp för trapporna. Utrymmena funkar bra för dig som är större - även toaletten. Bra med tvättmaskin och stor kyl och frys. Det var lite slitet i badrummet så där skulle det behövas en renovering. Allt funkade dock bra. Jag såg en långsprötad silverfisk i köket som jag dödade - men det var enda platsen vi såg detta på. Hoppas värden kan fixa det.
• Silvana (10/5): Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome. - Everything, location, spacious, all we needed including air conditioning clothes horse to dry clothes. Made me feel like home even though on the other side of the world. It just needs new remotes for the air conditioning as not all were working correctly and the cold water tap in the bathroom basin needs to be looked at as it didn’t always work plus shower drain may need to be unblocked as water took a little while to drain, but these are all minor things.

• Susan (8/5): Great place in Rome. - Location is great. Very clean. Nice beds and pillows. Roomy shower. Good linens. Spacious. Was good for our family of 4 including two elementary age kids. Comfortable. Shower drain couldn’t keep up. Water pooled in the shower. Someone else posted the same… there is a space under the stove that looks like a drawer but isn’t. If you pull it, the cover comes off and crashes to the floor. Would hurt it if hit your toes.

• Kwan (10/5): Had an amazing time in Rome and PGR Home was a bit part of the reason why. - The apartment was fantastic for a family of 5. It was clean and comfortable. We liked the layout as it gave people their own space. As well, the location was wonderful, very near Barberini station, but quiet and peaceful. There were cafe's and a mart nearby so we could eat out or have a simply breakfast at home. The wifi had good speed. There was even a small elevator which was much appreciated, since we had an older person (as well as luggage) that needed to go up to the 4th floor. Excellent stay.

• Gal (10/5): Excellet location, roomy, clean and comfy. lovely for families - locations is awesome, 1 min walk from Barberini which is a transport HUB. you can choose from many bus/metro lines and taxis, there's a lot going on on Via del Tritone which is a central street nearby, shops, food, cafes, open at all hours. Termini station is 2 stops away by bus and 7 min by taxi. The house is roomy and the rooms are nice, AC is working great you have 3 ACs for each room, and the kitchen was well stocked with utencils, and washing machine / dishwasher . we cooked some breakfast. roomy, and clean, with the location, we could not ask for more. the curtains are a bit too transparent so in summertime light gets in pretty early if that's a thing you have issues with. other than that, nothing.
• Scullion (9/5): Superb - We loved the location of the apartment. Waking distance to everything, restaurants, supermarket, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps. Fantastic cafe downstairs. The apartment itself was huge. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning in every room. Loved the old lift that took us up the four floors. We would recommend this apartment as it had everything you needed. Thanks for having us

Many restaurants/cafes within walking distance 3. Easy walk to Trevi fountain 4. Full kitchen and washing machine 5. Enough beds for entire family 6. Wonderful AC 7. Cute apartment 1. Street noise at night 2. No instructions for the apartment: where to find wifi, how to use AC/washing machine/oven - these are very different from US and simple guide would have been helpful 3. City tax in cash without a receipt: when we booked there was a statement that said city tax will be collected at property. As we prepared to leave (had a train to catch) I received a message that I needed to leave $76 in Euro on the table. I would have appreciated knowing that before in order to ensure I had that much euro and I would have appreciated handing the money to someone and getting a receipt to prove it was paid. I felt very uncomfortable leaving $ on a table and not getting an immediate receipt.
• Nicol (8/5): Very good - The location, first of all. The decor is quite hip and the space was big enough for 5 of us to not feel cramped. Kitchen was nice. Beds were comfortable for everyone, even the sofa bed! The bathroom is a bit on the older side. There was a faulty drawer/board that fell on my foot as I was checking the contents of each drawer. Hopefully that’s fixed for the next guest.
