Gre za težavo, ki jo gostje navajajo že več kot dve leti. Namestitev ima težavo s kopalnico iz katere se ves dan širi zelo neprijeten vonj po kanalizaciji. Gre za težavo, ki jo gostje navajajo že več kot dve leti. Težavo bi zlahka odpravil dober mojster, saj gre za napake v montaži odtokov ter slabo izvedbo. Morda bo ta komentar motivacija, da se končno reši ta problem. Namestitev bi drugače dobila oceno 9.

• Monzón Villalba (6/5): Bien - El piso era muy acogedor, con colchones cómodos, cocina equipada y una ubicación excelente. La atención y rapidez en responder del anfitrión fue impecable. El baño desprendía un olor de vez en cuando a cloaca. Tuvimos goteras en el salón y el sillón estaba empapado, aunque el dueño nos lo solucionó dándonos una habitación para dos con baño privado. Por último, una de las noches cerramos la puerta del salón por dentro y nos quedamos encerrados ya que el pomo estaba en malas condiciones. Tuvimos que desencajar unos de los cristales de la puerta para poder salir. Si esto se hubiese avisado con anterioridad nos habríamos ahorrado esa mala experiencia.

• Lorena Barron (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo lo imperdible de Sevilla, te permite llegar caminando a todos lados! Solo que es tercera planta y muchos escalones por subir y bajar con maletas

• Nuria (5/5): Estancia agridulce - La situación del apartamento es super céntrico. El apartamento está muy bien decorado y acondicionado. Es como sale en las fotos Los tres pisos sin ascensor. El mando de la tele no funcionaba. Se lo puse en un mensaje y me contestaron enseguida que lo sentían. En el cuarto de baño el primer día por la noche aparecieron 3 cucarachas enormes y el segundo día una. Yo creo que salían de la ducha. Estuvimos buscando algún mata cucarachas y no había.

• Judit (10/5): Spacious apartment in the center - The apartment is very central, spacious, has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining table, sofa and TV. The equipment was good enough for our 2 night stay. The center is just a few minutes by walk, everything you need to see in Seville is accessible by walk. There's a supermarket & El Corte Inglés in the same street. The host was very nice. We were very satisfied. There's a bar in front of the building which can be very noisy during early night hours.

• Gergana (9/5): Generously proportioned accommodation in the heart of Seville, all at reach. - Very spacious flat on entire floor of the building. All equipment is functional and comfortable. Location was great, no noise, yet close to all central landmarks. The owner was very punctual and promptly reacting. Minor lack in personality, can’t really complain.
• Natália (8/5): Very good - the owner was very nice and friendly there was an awful noise from the street all night long. there is some factory nearby and they work during the night and make the noise as hell. even ear plugs didn´t help. except this, everything was perfect
• Christopher (9/5): Lovely Apartment in Great Location. - Very spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. Host gave us excellent communication. Location was within walking distance of most tourist sites. Close to public transport so easy to get to and from train station. Apartment on the 3rd floor with no lift so if you have mobility issues or heavy baggage this could be an issue. Fortunately the host helped us up with our luggage.
• Cecilia (10/5): We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it. - What I really appreciated about this property was that it was very CLEAN (which is a huge factor for me), the location was excellent (located in the city center and about walking distance to the main attractions), and the owner Jose Maria was very kind and accommodating. The property also had a laundry washer and dryer which was a plus. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
