Anonymous (7/5): Unit was lovely but requests were not met. - Location The bathroom was tiny and the sofa was not made up for my child to sleep on which was requested. Also there were not enough bath towel for the amount of guest requested.
Amanda (7/5): Not bad but Not perfect - It was well equipped with all self contained apartment needs.. Bed was comfortable. The patio looked out to a hideous brick wall and the bedroom air conditioning was noisy.

Kirsten (6/5): Pleasant - Great location on the Strand, walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. The bed was amazing felt like sleeping on a cloud. Due to excessive wet and humid weather unit has mould/mildew, however host dealt with issue promptly and offered alternative accommodation.
Janet (5/5): Passable - I liked that it was on The Strand. It had a washing machine in the unit and a laundry in the complex. The balcony door wouldn't lock. This was reported immediately and initial response was positive but nothing happened over the 4 night stay. I fashioned a door block to secure it. Bedroom fan and air con worked but were too noisy to sleep with. I loved that the unit is self contained but the washing machine had hair and old dried detergent in it that I needed to clean out before I used it. Two tea bags is not enough for a 4 night stay and a mat for the slippery bathroom floor should have been provided. I would have asked for these things but was out during office/cleaning hours. As the faulty balcony door lock got no response I didn't see the point in contacting the hosting service again. Won't stay here next time.
