• Anna (8/5): - Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war toll. Wir haben schnell eine Antwort und Hilfe erhalten. Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man so braucht. Es war teilweise ein bisschen laut wegen der Müllcontainer direkt vor der Tür oder anderer Gäste, die sich lautstark davor unterhalten haben.

• Kerstin (7/5): - Große Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung Der Boden war super dreckig und etwas klebrig. Wir mussten Socken darin tragen damit wir saubere Füße ins Bett gehen konnten
• Alexandra (5/5): Moderne aber laute, schmale und dunkle Wohnung - Die Wohnung ist modern, schön eingerichtet, und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist gut, Metro, Tram und Busstationen sind in der Nähe. Es sind etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Meer oder Ciuded de las Ciences. Unsere Wohnung Nr 7 war direkt neben dem Aufzug. Die Wand ist dünn und daher haben wir vA nachts immer gehört wenn er hoch und runter gefahren ist. Der Boiler war auch sehr laut. Vor unserem einzigen Fenster wurde viel Baumaterial gelagert und ist die ganze Woche nicht weniger geworden, siehe Foto dass ich hochgeladen habe. Bei der Waschmaschine wurde der Deckel entfernt damit sie in die Küche passt , sieht nicht professionel und sicher aus, siehe Foto. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr dunkel da es nur ganz am Ende ein Fenster gibt das zugestellt war. Die Wohnung ist wie ein langer schmaler Korridor und im Erdgeschoss. Gegenüber sind die Müllcontainer deren Leerung auch jeweils laut war. Ausserdem war die Kommunikation vor unserer Ankunft sehr kompliziert und mit Fehlern. Der grösste Fehler ist dass ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung für den gesamten Betrag des Aufenhalts mit einem Link von Travel Habitat bekommen habe obwohl der Gesamtbetrag bereits via booking.com beglichen war. Also passen Sie gut auf dass sie nicht doppelt bezahlen.

• Eduard (5/5): Lovely Valencia, but Apartment disappointed - Location Apartament doesn’t have window, Door of apartment directly opens on the street, you are sleeping and watching how people walking on the street, cars driving etc, Also lots of cockroaches, I multiple times involved booking support. In the kitchen carefully check each place if there are no cockroaches. Owners were aware about it.

• Vicente (7/5): Need an improvement on this property - I think the only thing that I liked in this property was the washing machine. It has a heat dryer. We stayed in a property no.6 with a disabled shower because we wanted a bigger space. However, we didn’t realise it was a bad idea as everything in the bathroom will be wet. Also, they should change the silicone in the toilet. There was no oven and dishwasher in the property. And horrible to find a parking space all the time.

• Ramyar (2/5): 0 - L’emplacement et rien d’autre. Le reste. Appartement très mal chauffé : un seul appareil à l’entrée pour toute la pièce qui est en longueur. La première nuit, j’ai dû dormir chez des amis tellement il faisait froid. Heureusement il a fait beau à partir de samedi. Après mon arrivée et 4 heures de galère, on m’a apporté deux chauffages supplémentaires, mais dès que je les ai allumés, le disjoncteur sautait. On m’a simplement répondu que « c’est normal, il ne faut pas augmenter la température ». Heureusement je ne fesais rien d’autre (cuisine, machine à laver,…). À cela s’ajoute un bruit constant 24h/24 dans l’immeuble (monte-charge ou ascenseur), rendant le séjour encore plus désagréable. Je souhaitais un appartement pour pouvoir cuisiner avant mon marathon, mais au final j’ai préféré manger dehors pour éviter de rester dans le logement, tant les conditions étaient inconfortables. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement. Points positifs : merci à Booking pour l’aide apportée.

• Mina (7/5): - Prostor je dobro rasporedjen i nije bilo osecaja guzve a bilo je 5 ljudi. Jako udobni kreveti Brza komunikacija sa osobljem Slab odvod u kupatilu, zadrzavanje vode u kadi i lavabou. Slabo dopire prirodno svetlo i dužna je prostorija pa je malo teže i provetriti prostoriju. Imali smo problem na kraju putovanja sa ključem pošto je brava sa automatskim zakljicavanjem, a nama je ključ ostao u bravi u smeštaju. Žurili smo na aerodrom pa mismo mogli da sačekamo ishod, samo smo ih obavestili i prva poruka je bila da nema problem imaju rezervni ključ. Medjutim, kasnije stiže poruka da su morali da razvale vrata i da su pretrpeli veliku štetu zbog toga. Verujem da treba da imaju bolje rešenje kada već imaju takve brave. Još jedan problem je bio na samom početku što se uplate tič. Poslali su link za uplatu kao poruku u okviru booking aplikacije, a ostalo je evidentirano kao neuplaćeno na samoj aplikaciji. Ispostavilo se da nije trebalo preko tog linka nego u okviru aplikacije da se uplati tako da su vratili novac na račun pa samo ponovo ozvršili uplatu. U suštini bespotrebna komplikavija.

Kein Vorzimmer sondern nur eine Glastüre trennt die Strasse und dein Appartement. Sehr unhygienisch, überall Käfer. Wasser in Dusche lief nicht ab. Keine Kissen in der Wohnung zum Schlafen.

Es de los pocos sitios q el secador del pelo tiene difusor. La conexión a internet cada dos por tres se iba y no tenía conexión para trabajar o la TV por la noche.

• Chernikova (8/5): - Апартаменты были достаточно большие с хорошо продуманными зонами для отдыха. Ремонт новый, постель чистая. Недалеко от моря, прогулочным шагом 15 минут. В плане размещения-всё было отлично! Сток в душе практически не работал, вода просто не уходила в сток. Нас было трое, так вот второй человек заходил в душ, и становился в лужу с водой чтобы помыться. Про третьего уже и не говорю. Да, и ещё был неприятный момент - это залог и анкета. Читайте внимательно при бронировании, вы должны будете заполнить анкету с предоставлением своих паспортных данных в МР3-формате, и оставить номер карты с CVV-кодом для залога. Я с таким столкнулась впервые, это было неприятным сюрпризом! Благо, что мой банк оказался надёжным и не пропустил списание денег с моей карты таким образом. Просто не понятно, в чьи руки могут попасть дальше ваши личные данные.
• Noémie (10/5): Alles perfect in orde, hygiënisch en goede ligging. - Goede ligging, dichtbije metro station en tram met als gevolg centrum en strand makkelijk bereikbaar. Zalige douche, genoeg ruimte, alles in orde. Modern, proper. Ook dichtbij vuilbakken. /
• Ignazio (9/5): Un'esperienza più che soddisfacente !! - Casa molto grande, con arredamento nuovo e con tutto il necessario per un pernottamento di altissimi livelli. La zona è molto tranquilla, sia di giorno che la sera, ed è comoda sia per raggiungere il mare in pullman (5 fermate) che per raggiungere il centro città in metro. Piccolo consiglio: avendo messo a disposizione una lavatrice, aggiungete uno stendino =) Il livello di pulizia della casa si può migliorare. Dotata di due ventilatori a soffitto, con sopra a vista d'occhio, due dita di polvere. Essendo messe sopra l'area notte e una di queste, sopra il letto matrimoniale, non è proprio il massimo. Prendetelo ovviamente come un consiglio per migliorare. Il resto della casa presentava uno stato di pulizia più che sufficiente.
• Camilla (8/5): Ottima esperienza - La struttura pulitissima e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, posizione molto comoda sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia che anche per la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, struttura moderna e ben tenuta. Durante il nostro alloggio abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con il divano letto, purtroppo era di dimensioni davvero risicate per le dimensioni della camera, infatti quando era aperto non si riusciva a passare, ma sopratutto il divano letto che ci é capitato in uno dei due appartamenti in cui abbiamo soggiornato non era presente in nessuna foto, però per il resto tutto perfetto.

• Oscar Limprich (9/5): - El alojamiento en sí y lo bien equipado que estaba, además de lo cómodo de tratar con los administradores, superaccesibles. Todo nos gustó. Además, nos resguardaron las maletas antes del check in y después del check out en las oficinas. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! La ubicación no fue la mejor, ¡pero no supuso ningún problema por los buses de alrededor, volvería al mismo alojamiento! El wifi no era nada estable, funcionaba por momentos y esto podría ser un problema para gente hospedándose que no cuenten con datos móviles, para nosotros no fue un problema tan grande.

• Albina (9/5): Everything was great and many thanks for apartment owners for support 24/7 - The place was really cozy and big. I traveled with my family and everyone was able to have personal space. A lot of supermarkets and metro station was close.
