• Lai Keng (7/5): - Fortunately the staff took the initiative to place all 6 of us in the same room. We enjoy the togetherness. The shared kitchen is a bit messy.

• Tania (3/5): I highly not recommend to stay at this place at all for we had to complain as soon as got here and never got offered any - It was quiet The fact is that we had to complain about how dirty the room was we couldn't get a tv going people parking in my area how thin the walls are everyone can here you fart

• edge (5/5): it was a last minute booking so we didn't have the choice.. but if your on a budget, its not too bad - accessible to town and other nearby tourist spots, kitchen is available in the other building wherein you can cook your food.. it would be nice if the rooms are sound proof.. as our neighbour sleeps with a big bear on his side.. :/

• Eric (2/5): Ich würd nicht nochmal kommen - Check in war sehr einfach und es gab einen kleine. Balkon. Ist eigentlich ein reines Arbeiter Hostel. Da gibt es wenig bis keine Touristen. Die Zimmer sind extrem unaufgeräumt und teilweise auch dreckig. Betten stehen einfach mitten im Raum ohne jegliche Privatsphäre. Viel die dort übernachten machen nicht so einen Seriösen/vertrauenswürdigen Eindruck. Ich hab meine Wertsachen für die Nacht lieber im Auto gelassen.

• GERHARDUS (8/5): Prima. - Prima locatie. Alles in de buurt. Wel auto nodig. En fijn dat je een mooi zitje buiten hebt en een hordeur. En geen gedoe bij receptie. Het zitje buiten wordt niet schoon gemaakt en er staan vieze bloemetjes en asbakken op de tafels.

• Laure-Line (3/5): Pas terrible - Localisation au calme, lits confortables. Pas du tout d’isolation sonore des chambres, nous avons été réveillés par la chambre d’à côté à 5:30 du matin. Le devant des chambres est éclairé toute la nuit, les chambres ne sont donc pas très sombre pour dormir.

• Natasha (3/5): - Guess it was cheap but there's a reason it was cheap. Zero hot water for showers! There was a note saying on cold days run the hot tap first until the hot water comes through...what a waste of water and for nothing! After almost 10 mons the water was like ice. I left it running almost 15 mins in total because my son needed a shower but he had to jump in and jump out. We were freezing and it was raining and just wanted a warm shower. If it didnt get even warm after 15 mins of wasting water it wasn't going to happen. There were people behind our room which made us really uncomfortable although I think they were trying to check the hot water system which happened to be near us. Im guessing they had the same issue. There was also some sand in my bed so im wondering if the sheets were changed. The internet does not work there either. They do have WiFi but it does not connect.

• Dianne (8/5): - Location is great. Clean & had everything we needed. We had no hot water for about 12 hours. There had been an electricity outage which tripped the hot water system & it took 2 people & about 30 minutes to find out how to get it back on. It took over 3 hours before the water was hot & we needed to go out, so ended up having a cold shower. You asked to rate the staff. We would not have seen or heard from any staff had we not needed to report the cold water. The staff that attended were very pleasant. The bed slides away from the wall. When you sit up I bed & lean against the wall the bed slides forwards. We were not able to lie in bed & watch TV. We ended up bringing the outside chairs inside to pin the bed against the wall, which we then had to climb over to move around the room.

The bed was not very comfortable and the security light outside the room shone in the glass doors all night which made it hard to sleep.

• Bruce (8/5): The Gloucester Motel is a comfortable stay well located in the town of Pemberton and for the surroun - A clean and spacious room in an older but well maintained and up dated room with everything needed supplied. The bed was comfortable and everything worked ok, That the reception and restaurant were closed (I assume for renovations) so i was not able to thank my hosts. Despite no reception, my key was available as advised.
