• 全场 (10/5): - 房间整体比预期舒服。装修是温暖的木色和奶油色，晚上灯光打开后很有氛围，不会觉得冷清。床很大，床品干净柔软，睡起来比较安静，适合旅行几天后好好休息。房间里有投影，晚上回到酒店可以躺着看电影，这点很加分。沙发区、茶几和小书桌都很实用，不只是单纯睡觉的房间，待在房间里也挺放松。 卫生方面做得不错，地板、床单、洗手间都比较干净，没有明显异味。空调效果也可以，热水稳定。位置对游客来说还算方便，打车出行比较容易，周边吃东西也不麻烦。前台/管家回复比较及时，入住流程简单，对外国客人也比较友好。 整体来说性价比不错，房间设计有质感，适合情侣、朋友或者短住几晚的旅客。下次来这边还会考虑入住。

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, with shopping malls and Hema Supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. 2. It takes only about 10-15 minutes to walk from the apartment to the Donghua Xinying Farmers' Market, which is popular among locals. The market is rich in fresh and cheap fruits and offers a wide variety of snacks. There are also delicious and affordable coffee shops. 3. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, laundry detergent and a clothes drying rack. Dirty clothes can be washed and dried in time. 4. High cost performance. At this price, the functions of the apartment are sufficient 两个小建议：1.浴室内可挂浴帘把淋浴头与马桶隔开会更便于使用； 2.房间内可减少绿植或桌面/架子上的摆件，多些空间方便住客放零碎物品。 Two small suggestions: 1. Quick responses from the staff whenever we have questions or need some helps. A bit far from the subway station but once you get used to the route you will be able to walk within 15 mins. Since it is an apartment it would be great if a microwave or electric stove as well as basic cutlery are provided.

• Jill (8/5): Comfortable and spacious, clean and modern accommodation - The room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view over the city. It was quiet and clean. There was a washing machine, which was not expected and very useful, and space to hang one's washing to dry. The location was very good, close to a park and shops and a mall and many restaurants in walking distance. Given that it is an apartment, it would be useful to have a microwave to heat up meals. As a westerner, I like to drink coffee and there were only glasses, no cups. There was a problem with the shower in the bathroom but the receptionist tended to it immediately.

The staff is so helpful. If you don’t speak Chinese, you can communicate with them through WeChat messaging and easily translate each other’s messages.

• Mark (6/5): I stayed at Kunming Qicaimen Shangpin Apartment for a few nights and overall had a very pleasant stay but there were som - Let’s start with the positives: The apartment itself was really lovely. Super clean, stylish, and well-equipped. It felt modern and comfortable and was definitely one of the nicer places I stayed in China in terms of design and interior. The location was ok, close to a shopping mall and not far from the metro, though the area itself wasn’t particularly exciting. Unfortunately, the communication before check-in was very strange. I was contacted in advance and repeatedly asked to prepay via WeChat or Alipay, which I strictly refused, since I don’t use Chinese apps for privacy reasons. I offered to pay by bank transfer or in cash, but they kept insisting and even threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t comply. This was unnecessarily stressful. Sadly, this seems to be common in China – many places rely heavily on local payment apps, which is a big barrier for international travellers. Adding to that, no one at the property spoke English, not even basic words. Combined with the payment pressure and lack of communication channels, that made the whole process unnecessarily complicated. Also, the apartment was very hard to find, because the name listed on Booking.com doesn’t match the name on the actual building, which made check-in even more confusing. That said, once I was in, the apartment itself was fantastic and great value for the price. Overall: A beautiful and well-designed apartment that’s worth staying in – just be prepared for poor English communication, unusual payment demands, and a challenging check-in process.

• Adam (10/5): Great. - Everything you need is there. Place close to a shopping mall, subway is 20mins walk away, quiet neighborhood. Clean toilet. Plus a Marshall speaker to help you enjoy the stay better. A little bit dusty for me as I have skin condition.

It is a bit far from the city centre and the nearest attractions. Taxis cant find the location either when you put the address.

I thought we already arranged that my girlfriend could easily register and enter the hotel/room but then you contacted me again to verify, but not a big problem just a bit annoying to be fully honest
