• FLORES RODRÍGUEZ (8/5): - La facilidad de movimiento por la ciudad gracias a su ubicación. La comodidad de la cama y el equipamiento en general de la habitación. Que el aire acondicionado fuera un poco mas eficiente, y la limpieza del horno y la cafetera.

We had a very small apartment for 2 people for 3 weeks, our son, on his own, had an apartment next to us for 3 nights double the size, we asked if we could swap, they agreed without any problem. Helpful and friendly, Walking distance from the centre Both apartments were not clean at all ! Stains everywhere, pots and pans not clean, sticky shelves, a few glasses and coffee cups had stains... I gave it a good wipe as we were staying for 3 weeks... such a pity as the apartment itself was nice...

• Terry Smith (10/5): A wonderful stay and I hope it is available next time zI visit Torremolinos. - Lovely little studio flat with everything i needed for a solo traveller. Great location. Also an iron and ironing board were made available when requested. The shower head needs replacing as it leaks. A few more coat hangars would be good. These are very minor issues and did not spoil my stay but would improve a superb accommodation.

Mejor no levantar los cojines del sofá. Las fotos de la página son engañosas, están tomadas de tal forma que parece que dan a una terraza y a un jardín, en realidad son ventanas a la calle
• Antonio (9/5): Como en casa - El estudio en si,muy cómodo con todas las facilidades si quieres cocinar ,diseño moderno y parece que estás en tu propia casa. El anfitrión atento te facilita todo para acceder al alojamiento ,también los detalles de dejar cosas básicas de cocina como sal ,cápsulas de café o utensilios para poder fregar platos o gel de baño que en muchos no ponen nada y es de valorar. Lo único que no tenga persianas ,tiene estores blancos que dejan pasar la luz ,que sino bajas los estores de pierde intimidad ya que esta a nivel de la calle.

Dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki. Całkiem wygodne łóżko, zapasowe koce i poduszki. Kuchnia wyposażona w garnki, talerze, kubki. Ekspres do kawy, mikrofalówka, czajnik. Jeżeli ktoś planuje gotowanie, może być mało miejsca na przygotowywanie. Dla nas było ok, bo robiliśmy tylko śniadania i kolacje. Duży taras, może ze średnim widokiem, ale przestronny. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Można poprawić czystość, zwłaszcza w łazience.

Ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, a 10 minutos de las playas y 5 minutos del centro, la peatonal, bares y restaurantes. El anfitrión una barbaridad, siempre atento y dispuesto. Me gusto todo.

• Ivan (10/5): Apartamento funcional - El apartamento es un espacio muy bien aprovechado que dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda de unos días. Lo encontramos muy limpio. A destacar la funcionalidad de sus instalaciones: el aire acondicionado enfría el apartamento rápidamente, lo cual se agradece. Además, la terraza es notablemente grande, casi superando el tamaño del interior del apartamento, lo que añade valor. El descanso es excelente gracias a la cama, que resultó ser muy cómoda. Finalmente, el trato del propietario fue correcto y atento, respondiendo a las consultas con agilidad. La plaza de parking incluida es un punto extra muy conveniente. Por poner algo, el baño quizás es un poco pequeño para alguien grande como yo, pero cumple su función.

• Simone (8/5): Piso muy práctico y cómodo - La ubicación nos pareció muy cerca del centro y con varios supermercados al lado. El tamaño del piso es perfecto. Son 3 bajos uno al lado de otro. El anfitrión dispuesto a dejarte entrar antes si es posible. La limpieza: creo que el piso necesitaría una limpieza más profunda, tuvimos que fregar toda la terraza para poderla disfrutar. Se nota que las limpiezas son frecuentes pero muy superficiales.

Air condition works perfectly and is not noisy. The shower is a bit small and equipment is old, water is leaking from shower head but still enough pressure for a proper shower.

• Stephen (10/5): Great apartment and location - The apartment was fantastic, clean modern, with everything you would need. It's in great location for beach town centre and train station. The host provides you with detailed information. I would highly recommend for self-catering there are 4 good sized food shops within 5 min walk. Would definitely book again. The pool was a bit small for swimming but great for cooling off if you want to spend your day on lounger by the pool this is not for you. It's more of a plunge pool with no loungers. But it's great if you want 20 min just cooling off.

Short walk to shops and restaurants. Flexible check-in hours, good contact with the host. Terrible cleanliness, I have never stayed in such a dirty apartment. The stay was supposed to last 3 nights, we left the apartment immediately after the first night.

If you have any mobility problem, it could be demanding to get around on foot in this town. The apartment is located a bit uphill from beach altitude.

Great to have a table and chairs on the balcony as well as a settee and chairs made the apartment feel huge. nice to have washing up liquid, t towel etc. on arrival, lovely big fridge and freezer unusual in a studio apartment. Near to pubs bar’s restaurants and shops and the train station would visit again Shower lovely and hot, plenty of power, air conditioning was lovely and unusually plenty of lights in the apartment. Great to have a parking space of our own and a lift to the apartment great for suitcases, shopping etc. apartment on ground floor so easy access for walking very quiet area just out of the madness of Torremolinos. The closed in terrace works well but open the blinds and there is no view not even a city view just run down building across the road but it didn’t say it had views so it was to be expected. The beach was a little further than expected and involved a ride in a lift down the cliff or lots of steps but again unless you’re infirm it took about 15 mins so again not too bad.

• Craig (8/5): An OK apartment in a really great location. - Perfect location. Around 5 minutes walk from the centre of Torremolinos and all its various bars, restaurants and so on. It's then another 10 minute walk to the beach. One or two people seem to have complained in previous reviews about the location. I can only imagine they didn't do any research into Torremolinos. If you want to stay right next to the beach, do that. I think this apartment is easily in a better location. Very friendly host. It was very easy to collect keys and arrange the key information. I think the owner lives either in the building or nearby so it's really straightforward to get sorted. It's a nice, clean and secure apartment. The shower is decent and powerful. It has blackout blinds which are helpful to get some sleep. The pillows were thin and useless so we slept badly. I don't understand why apartment owners can't provide good pillows. There wasn't a duvet and we visited in late November when it was actually a little cold. It's quite a basic setup. It's not a very comfortable place to spend time. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep then it's fine.
