• Jeanine (10/5): Great location and views - Great location, great view, great balcony. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we arrived in a massive storm so photos don’t do the view justice and we couldn’t go outside. Plus, due to sea spray from wild weather, we couldn’t see out the windows from Day 2. Maybe a window wiper on hand would be helpful.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, sent clear instructions. We had no issues during our stay. We know the area well and the location of the property is a prime spot for a stay near one of Adelaide's most popular and pleasant areas. We were in town for family reasons and this well-situated 2br 2 bath suited us for a quick 2-night visit, which we were thankful to have gotten at short notice. The property has a huge balcony which was nice to look out over the beach. Overall, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen of all the gadgets, plates, glasses and cutlery needed. Missing a few essentials like paper towel, cooking supplies, welcome guide/pack, coffee pods, quality shower products for example (that most AirBnB style accommodations offer now and would be expected in this price range). The coffee, sugar supplies and bathroom amenities really were a bit too basic. The large outdoor balcony area has stored furniture and is unused; we weren't sure what to do with it and seemed a wasted space. The living room area and decor felt a bit dated and the carpet and furniture is showing clear signs of wear and tear that if improved would better justify the price to stay.

• Roger (9/5): Great apartment, great location close to the supermarket and tram to city. - The only problem was the movement of sand on the beach by tractors which commenced at 5,30 every morning. Apart from the outside noise everything was fine.

With an outstanding view of the jetty and surrounding beach activities, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is extremely comfortable and has everything needed to ensure an extra comfortable stay for any family of 4. We additionally loved the filtered water system in the kitchen ensuring enjoyable drinking water throughout our stay. Thanks Sal for being such a great and attentive host. Nothing!!!
