• Maddalena (9/5): - Buona posizione con molti locali nelle vicinanze, principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi in 15-20 minuti. Casa spaziosa e accogliente, molto comodo il self check-in e la possibilità di aprire cancello e portone senza la chiave. Unico piccolo difetto è l’odore di scarico proveniente dai bagni.

• Mico17 (9/5): Muy recomendable - Era muy amplio, las camas muy cómodas. Tenía garaje, que es fundamental en Sevilla. La cocina, el salón, las habitaciones... muy grandes. Buenas instalaciones. Todo fueron facilidades. Nos dejaron salir más tarde, sin ningún problema por la mascota....muy recomendable El ruido y el olor del baño. La calle es muy muy transitada, con adoquines...cada coche que pasa es una tortura. Muy difícil dormir si no tienes un sueño muy profundo. El primer día, al dar el agua en uno de los baños, olor a bote sifónico atascado que llenó la casa. Se fue pasando pero fue horrible
• marsanluc (9/5): - Nos avisaron de que la salida era a las 11 de la mañana. Y efectivamente, a las 11 dejó de funcionar el código de acceso al apartamento, creo que deberían dar un margen de tiempo porque a todo el mundo se le puede olvidar algo dentro del apartamento, por ejemplo. En nuestro caso, fuimos a sacar el coche y quisimos volver a dejar el mando del garaje en el mismo sitio donde nos la habían dejado, afortunadamente una de nosotras seguía dentro y pudimos hacerlo, pero, ¿tanto cuesta dejar un margen de 15 minutos? Por lo demás el apartamento está fantástico. La calle es silenciosa, está bien ubicado, las camas estaban bien. Muy recomendable. Que a las 11 en punto no se pudiese acceder al apartamento.

• Emilia (8/5): - Casa accogliente e spaziosa, arredata in stile moderno. Personale molto gentile, ci hanno concesso check-in anticipato. Zona a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro ma are molto carina e piena di localini Il secondo bagno è molto piccolo e purtroppo dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva solo acqua fredda. Inoltre il bidet perdeva acqua da sotto. Sarebbe quindi necessaria un pó di manutenzione.

• Juan Carlos (9/5): MAGNÍFICA ELECCIÓN. MUY RECOMENDABLE. - Apartamento amplio. Camas muy grandes y cómodas. Olía a limpio, al entrar. La climatización perfecta. La cocina muy grande y equipada, aunque no la utilizamos. Importante: plaza de aparcamiento incluida y de tamaño para cualquier tipo de vehículo.

• Juliette (9/5): Super locatie, super mooi en verzorgd appartement en waar voor zijn geld. - De link naar de elektronische sleutel die ons gestuurd was, werkte prima. Ook een cijferslot aan de voordeur is fijn, zodat iedereen kon gaan en komen wanneer hij wilde zonder zich te hoeven bekommeren om de sleutel. Heel ruim appartement op een gezellige locatie. Als je de hoek omloopt, zijn er meteen leuke terrassen. De loopafstand naar het historische centrum is ca. 25 minuten, maar het is een leuke wandeling. Fijn dat er twee nette badkamers waren, eentje met inloopdouche en eentje met bad. De lift was zeker handig en het hebben van een eigen parkeerplaats was natuurlijk fantastisch. In de keuken stond een Nespresso-apparaat en er waren zelfs koffiecups en thee voor ons klaargelegd. Je moest eerst naar binnen om de sleutel van de garage op te halen. In de beschrijving werd uitgelegd dat de 'sleutel' voor de garage naast een schilderij zou hangen. Nadat we het hele appartement hadden doorgezocht, bleek het schilderij zich achter de voordeur te bevinden. Er zat wel een haak in de muur, maar er hing geen sleutel aan. Gelukkig vonden we deze snel in de la van een gangkastje. Het bleek echter wel een hele kleine afstandsbediening, dus waren we er niet zeker van of dit dan de juiste 'sleutel' was om de garage te openen. Ondertussen heeft de auto twee keer rond moeten rijden, omdat je niet voor de deur stil kon blijven staan. Als je met de auto naar buiten wil, heb je deze afstandsbediening weer nodig. Als je als voetganger naar buiten wil, is er een knop en heb je deze niet nodig. Zorg ervoor dat je 's nachts de rolluiken sluit, want het leven begint al vroeg op straat en bij de overige bewoners van het appartement. De lampen in het appartement waren veel te fel; je kon niet gezellig nakletsen. Ook ontbrak er een koffietafel.

• Cemre (9/5): Nice neighborhood and apartment - The location is very beautiful, with many great restaurants and cafes near the apartment. Having a parking space for the apartment is definitely a big plus, especially for a city like Seville. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Having two bathrooms is especially great for larger groups. Even though the apartment is on the first floor, the elevator is definitely a plus, especially when you need to carry your luggage from the basement parking. I recommend it. The apartment has a few minor issues. For example, they ask you to take the trash out when you leave, but there isn’t a single trash bag in the apartment. There are products like shampoo and shower gel, but there’s no soap for washing your hands. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, and cutlery, but there’s no salt, no spices, or even olive oil. We stayed with 5 people for 4 nights, and they only left 4 coffee capsules . I would expect at least as many coffee sachets as the number of people and nights. The parking spot is great, but the entrance to the parking lot is quite narrow, and the space inside is also tight for maneuvering. We were traveling with a large SUV and had difficulty entering and exiting. A smaller car would definitely handle it much more easily.

• Flipa (9/5): - O facto de estar no centro da cidade e a 30m a pé da Isla Mágica. A pouca limpeza que demos conta do apartamento onde tivemos que varrer e lavar o chão quando chegámos e também a loiça estar suja (talheres principalmente).

• Peter (9/5): A cozy apartment ideal for large families, who appreciate having their own bedroom and bathroom. - This is a wonderful apartment for families, especially for those who need more than one bedroom and more than one bathroom. The apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with many home appliances. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, and we especially appreciated the option to park our car in the underground garage. The location is very convenient for visiting the historic town or taking walks along the river. We would love to come back again! Nothing, all was nice and good.

• Tina (9/5): The location was very good and great with its own parking. Nice, spacious and good with 2 bathrooms - Couldn't find any coffee capsules that fit the coffee machine. The ones we bought we had to open and empty into a italian moka maker for the stove. The undersheets were too narrow for a double bed. In the morning they were almost in the middle.
• Florin (10/5): recommended - The location is quite close to the historical center. The apartment is large , the second bathroom is helpful. 100 m away there are a lot of places to drink and eat. The main facility for us was the parking place. maybe some coffee?
