• Ivanna (6/5): Une pièce sans fenêtre ni porte n’est pas une chambre ! - L’appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien placé. Il a très probablement été rénové récemment même s’ il y a des petits travaux à faire pour maintenir l’état (peinture du plan de travail, interrupteur à revisser). Le système de serrure automatique est pratique (surtout pour le propriétaire), mais il faut bien disposer d’un téléphone avec internet avant d’arriver et aussi à chaque ouverture et fermeture de porte (impossible d’entrer ou sortir du logement si on n’a plus de batterie). Il n’y a pas vraiment de chambre puisque le lit se trouve dans une pièce sans fenêtre et sans porte (aucune séparation avec la pièce de vie). Ceci n’était pas indiqué et je n’aurais pas réservé si j’avais su cela. Par ailleurs, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, le lit n’est pas en 180 mais en 140cm. Les deux petits lits sont en fait des lits d’appoint d’assez mauvaise qualité. Je ne sais pas qui peut dormir dessus tant ils sont fins. Il manque très clairement des rideaux occultants pour séparer la chambre de la pièce de vie (à minima) et des rideaux occultants au niveau des fenêtres. Ce qui permettait de garantir l’intimité des visiteurs et de limiter la luminosité pendant la nuit. Les vitres que l’on voit au dessus de la télé donne sur un hall constamment éclairé et les stores ne permettent pas de cacher totalement cette lumière. Enfin, il y avait des travaux sur le bâtiment, rendant le logement (qui se trouve en rez de chaussée) très désagréable à partir de 8h du matin en semaine. Bien que les travaux ne soient pas du fait du propriétaire, je pense qu’il ne devrait pas louer son logement pendant cette période de travaux (il connaît forcément les dates des travaux sur le bâtiment).

• BASTIEN (8/5): Très bien - Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, très propre. Bien situé près de plusieurs moyens de transports, bus 453 direct pour Westminster, il est facile de se rendre au centre de Londres entre 25 et 45 minutes. Quartier très vivant avec plusieurs commerces pour trouver de la nourriture. Les lits sont confortables mêmes les pliants pour les enfants alors qu'ils paraissaient branlants au premier abord. L'application pour ouvrir la serrure n'a pas fonctionné pour nous, mais Sean a réussi à nous trouver une solution malgré tout. L'appartement est en rez-de-chaussée et donne sur la rue, ce qui peut être parfois bruyant. Il manque peut-être un peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes.

La decoració Les eines de cuina Els aliments bàsics (sucre, te, oli,...) estava disponibles Tot digitalitzat, a començar per la clau. Ja sigut un mal de cap. Després impossible de arrencar la calefacció tb perquè el menú digital era complicat. L'alarma d'incendi ha arrencat quan fèiem tostar una torrada. Per fi, només hi ha 1 habitació amb un llit doble. I 2 llits plegables que pots posar al saló
• FORT (7/5): - Logement spacieux pour 2 personnes. Le nécessaire est a disposition. Le propriétaire s'est montré très disponible Peu adapté pour famille de 4 personnes avec enfants de plus de 14 ans ( lits d'appoint non adaptés pour ados).

• Adelina (9/5): Lovely stay in a clean and cosy apartment - We had an amazing stay, the apartment was very clean and it had everything you need from kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials. The space was very nicely organised and instructions from the host were very detailed. The location is also great as it is close to multiple stations and parking can be found (details provided by host)

• Kassandra (10/5): Loved it, would stay again. - Great location, charming neighborhood, there was a street market two of the days we were there. Quick walk to a TfL station and a Thameslink Station. Easy to get in and out with a private street level entrance. Would stay here again for sure. No major complains. Water pressure was kind of low but not much to be done for that. Bed was a little tight for both of us.

• Akpo (10/5): Surprisingly quiet space behind Deptford Market - I like the electronic entry the space was nice, quiet and everything worked. We didn't get clear instructions about how to lock the premises. We figured it out an hour later.

• Julia (9/5): Very modern apartment in Greenwich - very modern and large apartment with very good technical equipment. Very good transport connections to London (bus or train). The boat trip on the Thames with the Uber boat from Greenwich to Westminster is recommended. The area is quite but the street is a bit dark.

• Andaleeb (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Sean was readily available to assist with any queries. There were various places to get food. The apartment was located near the Deptford station, which made travelling convenient. We arrived at night and the apartment was located at the end of a dark road, which might make solo travellers wary. At times, there were also unsavoury characters hanging on this road. However, once we got over our initial concerns, the area proved to be safe and we had no issues.

• Lorraine (8/5): Comfortable and spacious. Host was quick and easy to communicate with. - Location in Deptford was good for our purposes as family lives nearby. Train into central London is a 5 -10 minute walk ( depending on if using Deptford Station or Deptford Bridge and a few stops from Tower Bridge. The bed was comfy and the lines and extra pillows available in the walk in wardrobe were great. The low lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to use mirror for makeup application. The only other mirror was in bedroom but again, not the best lighting. The large wooden island felt sticky to the touch and could use a good cleaning to improve that.

• Phillip (10/5): A perfect stay. - The flat is large and very well equipped. The host was always nice and helpful. Deptford is the perfect place to explore London. You can get to the centre of the city quickly by train or DLR. The door is opened with the help of an app, which was unusual at first, but then worked without any problems. We will be happy to come back. Every now and then you heard a rumbling noise through the wall. Which could be a bit annoying at night. But it was not always and was not so loud that it really bothered us.
• Shauna (10/5): Perfect! - Beautiful trendy apartment in a perfect location for our stay, has everything you need whether you’re staying a night or a week. Nothing!

Would seriously consider re-booking in the future. - From the "keys" perspective, you will need to download an app but the Host did contact a few days in advance to inform of the requirement - very easy - click of a button to unlock the door. Apartment was clean, spacious and all the things you need for a comfortable stay (kettle / toaster / washing machine / etc.) And decent pillows ! I've stayed in numerous hotels and apartments and a decent pillow is something which is overlooked Location wise - 5 minute walk from the DLR into Greenwich and Canary Walk and in the other direction Depford Railway Station (5 mins) which takes you into London within 15-20 mins. Tesco Express and a little Asda a couple of mins away for groceries Nothing really to complain about - had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Can hear the lift up to the apartments above, but this is quite faint - heard a lot worse in hotels and really didn't bother me
