• Jankovic (10/5): - Veoma lep i prostran apartman na petnaestak minuta hoda do centra Larnake. Slike na sajtu realno prikazuju stan. Hvala vlasniku Mariu što je bio vrlo predusretljiv i uslužan. Kada budemo ponovo dolazili u Larnaku, sigurno ćemo ga ponovo kontaktirati. Svakako preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj. Mala sugestija vlasniku je da doda zakačke za peškir u kupatilu jer su zaista falile.
• Marta (9/5): - Lokalizacja idealna, 5 minut od morza, knajpek i sklepów, ale jednocześnie na uboczu, więc cicho i przytulnie. Nie słychać lotniska (obawiałam się tego). Apartament duży, czysty, dobrze wyposażony: pralka (i nawet proszek do prania), suszarka do prania, suszarka do włosów, dodatkowe koce i poduszki. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Brakuje tylko ekspresu do kawy. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Bez problemu i bez dopłaty mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej. Miejsca parkingowe przy budynku. Jedyny minus: nie działa domofon, a przysługuje tylko jeden zestaw kluczy, więc jeśli ktoś chce pójść na spacer lub wrócić później, to ktoś z mieszkania musi zejść i otworzyć drzwi wejściowe. Wszystko było ok
• Olimpia (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko promenady i pomiędzy dwiema plażami. Przystanek na lotnisko bardzo blisko. Jeśli chcesz jechać gdzieś dalej to przystanek jest przy plaży w centrum, spacerem około 15 minut (cały czas promenadą). Apartament jest bardzo duży, dobrze wyposażony, łóżka wygodne, widok na morze byłby gdyby nie drzewa. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielem. Sklep dwie minuty od bloku. Comfortable apartment close to the beach. Beds are comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, hair dryer is available. Nice owner, good communication, easy check in/check out.

• Valentina (10/5): Spacious apartment for 4 people. - A nice and spacious apartment located 1-2 km from the city center. It is a quiet neighbourhood, perfect for those who are sensitive to night activity. The apartment has everything needed for couple of days of staying in. 2 bedrooms, large living room with flat tv, kitchen, washing machine and a large terrace with a big table. Also it has a balcony. Nothing actually, it is worth its money.

• Grzegorz (8/5): Mieszkanie bardzo ok. - duże i w dobrej lokalizacji, ale przydałoby się doposażyć kuchnię - Przestronne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, Spory loggia z mebelkami, Duży TV. Szczelne okiennice w sypialniach. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni. Przydałaby się kawiarka, nie mówiąc już o ekspresie. Dwie małe łyżeczki, zniszczone patelnie, wybrzuszony garnek, który kołysał się na płycie. Przydałaby się mikrofala, Trochę soli też by nie zawadziło (trudno kupować 1kg na kilka dni). Troszkę dofinansować i byłby jeden punkt wyżej.

• Arkadiusz (10/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - ok. 150 metrów do wody. Do plaży z leżakami trochę dalej ale nie więcej jak kilometr. Dobrze wyposażony apartament, miał nawet deskę do prasowania i żelazko. Jest pralka. Duży taras. Bardzo korzystna cena do oferowanej jakości. Wiedząc jak wygląda apartament zdecydował bym się na ponowny pobyt. Widok z tarasu bezpośrednio na blok oddalony kilkanaście metrów, żeby zobaczyć morze trzeba stanąć na końcu tarasu i spoglądając na prawo pomiędzy drzewami są prześwity morza. Nie mam o to żadnych pretensji do właściciela.
• Marcin (10/5): - Spędziliśmy w apartamencie bardzo udany urlop! Miejsce było wyjątkowo czyste i zadbane, co od razu zrobiło na nas świetne wrażenie. Wyposażenie apartamentu w zupełności wystarczające – wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu, było na miejscu. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – w pobliżu znajdują się dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy oraz liczne bary i lokale z pysznym jedzeniem. Dodatkowo plaża jest na wyciągnięcie ręki, a wszystkie atrakcje i potrzebne miejsca są dostępne pieszo. Idealne miejsce na wakacyjny wypoczynek – serdecznie polecam!

• Matousova Marcela (9/5): - Apartmán se nám velmi líbil. Byli jsme 4 dospělí a malé dítě, které spalo s rodiči na manželské posteli a pro všechny bylo dostatek prostoru, protože byt je opravdu velký. Postele nám vyhovovali a klimatizace fungovala dobře. Kuchyně je dobře vybavená, vařili jsme si tam skoro každý den snídaně a večeře a užívali si při jídle posezení na balkoně, který poskytoval po celý den příjemný stín. Velká lednici i s mrazákem jsme s radostí využili. Nedaleko se nachází dva malé obchody, které mají všechny základní potraviny i ovoce a zeleninu za příznivé ceny. V okolí byl klid, žádná hlasitá hudba nebo sousedi. Uvítali jsme také dětské hřiště téměř u domu, kde se vnoučkovi líbilo. Apartmán je přesně uprostřed dvou pláží, na každou stranu tak 10 minut chůze a jste buď na Finikoudes nebo Kastella pláži, Mackenzie je pak ještě dalších 5-10 minut. V okolí spousta restaurací. Mario byl se vším velmi nápomocný a reagoval velmi rychle, když jsem něco potřebovala. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

• Drelinkiewicz (10/5): Perfect spot and nice apartment for Cyprus gateway! - Location is perfect: The apartment is within 1 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes walk from beaches and city center. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. The apartment: Has AC in both bedrooms and living room, has spacious living room, and well equipped kitchen (kettle, frappe mixer, toaster, big fridge, and washing machine, and etc.), and balcony with place to sit. The beds were comfortable. We got plenty of clean towels, hair drier, clean sheets, and necessities such as toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap. The renter: Mario provided us with extraordinary service, he is very kind and helpful. Replied to our messages within hours, and helped out whenever possible. We were 4 adults, in the beginning of June, and the apartment was more than enough for as, and the weather was perfect. It's hard to pinch on anything, honestly. The only thing we needed to provide by ourselves were washing machine pods and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, tooth paste etc.) which we would anyway.
• Piotrasv45 (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment has everything you need, and additionally nice neighbors. An additional huge advantage is many parking spaces. Excellent base for exploring Cyprus.
• Ron (8/5): Good value for money - Clean comfortable and tidy accomodation with great location.Washing machine came in very handy Arrived late at night and had difficulty finding the lockbox. A car was parked obscuring the letterbox. We only found it with the help of a neighbour going for a walk at night

• Svitlana (10/5): Quiet place near the sea,to the best beach walking max 10 minutes.The apartment is in good conditio - The host asked the time of our arrival and tried to speed up the cleaning of the apartment after the previous tenants so that we could move in as early as possible. Really liked both the condition and location of the apartment. To the central promenade with souvenir stores and restaurants walk along the coastline enjoying the sea for about 10-15 minutes. We liked Larnaca. We will definitely come back here

• Fadia (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good near the sea side.. the owner was live to extend check out by 1.5 hrs. V noisy building and apartment. U hear the neighbors and wake up with them, the insulation is terrible, with noise from outside. The apartment is not well maintained, lots of items and equipment don't work. Value for money is not worth at all.

• Alexandru (10/5): Awesome place! - Lovely apartment , great for a family, it has all that you need to make you feel at home. It's best for everyone, for the ones that want to make some food at home to save some money the kitchen is well equipped, but it's great also if you want to eat out. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby, the walk to the nearest beach is around 12 minutes long, the center is also 15 minutes away by foot, there is also a supermarket nearby. Mario was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, gave us some indications and we also had some a/c problems, but I told him and it was fixed in around 1h. 10/10 highly recommend

• Ferenc (8/5): Good spot, comfy beds, kitchen and living room. Would return. - Great location, restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk, coast 7 mins, beach 12 mins, town centre 20 mins. Very close to the airport, safe parking behind the building. Easy access, owner was very helpful with instructions. Large balcony with a sideview of the sea. Nearby building site was noisy, but it’s nearly finished, so it was just us bad timing. Could have used some instructions written on overall Cyprus habits on a sheet, but asked and the owner gladly and quickly informed us.

• Daso (10/5): Delightful stay in a cozy, well-located flat near Makenzy Beach, blending comfort with local charm - Location and Accessibility: The apartment's proximity to Makenzy Beach was fantastic. It was just a short, pleasant walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Larnaca, perfect for morning swims or evening strolls. Additionally, being within walking distance of the main square meant easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, adding convenience and excitement to the stay. Spacious and Well-Designed Layout: The 2-bedroom apartment provided ample space, ensuring comfort for everyone. The bedrooms were well-sized with comfortable beds, and the living area was inviting and perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Modern Amenities and Cleanliness: The apartment was equipped with modern amenities, including a fully functional kitchen, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. Everything was also impeccably clean and well-maintained. Balcony with a View: The balcony offered a beautiful view, which was a delightful spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to the apartment experience. Quiet and Peaceful Environment: Despite its central location, the apartment was in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. This was particularly appreciated during nights for a restful sleep. Friendly and Helpful Hosts: The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided useful tips on the best local dining and sightseeing spots. Local Charm and Character: The apartment had a distinct Cypriot charm, with decor that reflected the local culture and made the experience more authentic and memorable. Security and Safety: The apartment was in a safe neighborhood, and the building had good security measures, which gave peace of mind throughout the stay. Limited Natural Light: While the apartment was cozy and comfortable, I noticed that natural light in the living area was a bit limited. A bit more sunlight would have enhanced the cheerfulness of the space. Basic Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen was functional and well-equipped for simple meals, but those looking to do more extensive cooking might find the utensils a bit basic. For most travelers, this won't be an issue, but it's worth mentioning for the culinary enthusiasts.
• Konstantin (9/5): Superb - Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a big advantage it should be noted for two electricity adapters from UK-style electric outlet to European-style provided (of course, if you have a lot of gadgets to recharge them simultaneously you should notice this fact). A lot of free parking places exists (at least at winter). Boiler with large volume of hot water. Probably it will be not the best choice in case of beach holiday but if you travel at off-peak season to see not only Larnaca but also other parts of Cyprus it seems to be completely different situation. A kitchen can be equipped slightly better: there is no coffee maker except from little cezve, only small frying pans exists. No dishwasher.

• Mario (10/5): An amazing stay close to Larnaca Airport and the sea! - "Fantastic stay! Super close to Larnaca Airport, and just steps from the sea. Loved the morning walks to Makenzy for coffee with a stunning sunrise view. Got to see flamingos at the salt lake and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The clean apartment and fast internet made our stay even better. Highly recommend for a great getaway!"
