• Anke (10/5): Spitzenlage, gut ausgestattet und sauber - Die Lage ist fantastisch, jeweils nur 2 Minuten zum Pallazo Vecchio und Ponte Vecchio. Man kann den Turm des Pallazo Vecchio und einen Teil der Domkuppel vom Zimmer aus sehen. Stefano hatte auch gleich eine Karte mit extra Tipps parat. Sehr zu empfehlen! nix
• Barone Fabienne (9/5): - Appartement propre, bien décoré, agréable et bien placé. Nous aurions aimé avoir un torchon, un petit peu de café, sel, huile ...et pastilles de lave-vaisselle pour démarrer le séjour.

A metros de una de las calles principales con muchos locales de lo que quieras y ni hablar de las principales atracciones turísticas Subir 6 pisos por escalera con las valijas! 105 escalones! • Katelyn (10/5): - This property is centrally located to all the main hubs of Florence. It has a beautiful view of the duomo and has a homey feel. Stefano was a great host and gave us some wonderful food recommendations. Highly recommend this spot!
• Kenny (9/5): Great central location for exploring the city, with a great view. - The location of the apartment is great for exploring the historic center of Florence. It’s well-equipped, spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable. It has a unique set of windows that open up to make you feel like you are outside. Although it isn’t a typical balcony, it’s very charming and enjoyable. Keep in mind that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. This was fine for us, but if you have any physical limitations, this would probably not be a good choice for you.
• Chase (5/5): Fine - Location was great The shower would hardly get warm and water would shut off mid-shower. The stairs you have to take up to the are no joke, even for two able bodied people, this should be more clearly communicated, I only saw it mentioned in reviews. The bedroom smelled of mildew, we found it was because there was a bucket of dirty mop water in the closet. Although the location was great, we felt this was rated higher than it should have been.
• Brendan (8/5): - Great location. Super close to everything and nice view from the dining area. The A/C unit in the bedroom made a constant noise while on making it difficult to sleep. The other A/C unit in the living room didn’t appear to be working. Luckily, some nights weren’t that hot.

• Riccardo (8/5): Ottima struttura ed ottimo titolare - Ottima struttura, centrale e nel cuore di Firenze. Ottima vista e struttura molto pulita all'arrivo. Il titolare sempre disponibile per qualunque esigenza e sempre gentile e pronto a consigliare. Anche a seguito di un piccolo problema il titolare ha subito provveduto, nei limiti delle sue possibilità, a risolverlo in modo celere. Consigliata per chi volesse un appoggio centrale nel cuore della città. Al primo giorno i condizionatori hanno iniziato a fare un rumore continuo e di conseguenza le notti non era possibile dormirci ed era necessario spegnerli. Problema in parte risolto con un piccolo ventilatore prontamente fornito dal titolare.

• Da-yup (10/5): Lovely apartment with a view! - Amazing location, view, and host! It was right by ponte vecchio and it was easy to walk in areas on both sides of the Arno River. The view of the city from where we were was so so nice. Definitely ask the person who checks you in for their food recommendations. We ended up going to two of those places and they had the best food we've had in Florence. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Was definitely worth it for the view we got on the top floor, but would not recommend for anyone who have mobility issues.

• Kathryn (9/5): Great location for exploring the city. - The apartment is in a terrific spot, central to the sights of Florence. Yet it is nice and quiet when you’re inside. The view is great to have! Yes, there are 105 stairs but you just come prepared for that. The bathroom is compact but modern. There is a supermarket just over the bridge a few minutes walk away for supplies. We were very comfortable in the apartment and loved our stay.
• Xintian (9/5): A welcoming place and would recommend to anyone. - It’s centrally located in Florence old town, perfect location, easily walkable to all locations. The owner Stefano is very helpful - he waited for me and explained to me the best spots in town. One has to walk upstairs - 5 -6 stairs. No lift. That’s something to consider.
• Radmila (10/5): Wonderful apartment in beautiful Florence; would recommend, and would stay again! - Superb location; view over the Duomo. Loved being close to all the Museums Art Galleries Gardens the river Arno cafes and restaurants. We were met; Stefano made time to tell us the top places to visit, where to eat, all was great! And the sun was shining in November. Minor improvement would be to have a few dishwasher tablets - we’ll know to bring some next time :)

• Craig (10/5): Great apartment in the centre of Florence. It is a top floor room with several flights of stairs but it just means you c - Amazing location. Right in the heart of Florence AC leaked water in the night from the bedroom and the lounge units pump made a noise constantly.
• Fiona (10/5): This was the most amazing apartment. It is SO central. A complete joy. - The apartment is really beautiful. Its rooftop view towards the Duomo is stunning. Tastefully furnished and immaculate. A couple of dishcloths would have been helpful, and bin bags!
• Nir (9/5): Great place, great location, great host! - Fantastic location just in the middle of all the attractions. Stefano is a fantastic host! The view from the apartment is superb. We enjoyed very much Obviously there are lots of stairs to climb. The good thing is that we have been informed in advance, so it was not a surprise.

Although I was advised before booking that the apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator, I wasn’t expecting 104 stairs. It was a lot! I wouldn’t recommend it for someone in less than good health.
• Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - The location was exceptional. A truly dream location with Palazzo Vecchio literally around the corner. Stefano is a very reliable and nice host. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable. It's on the fourth floor without an elevator, but I treat it as a silver lining - an excuse to have gelato and tiramisu every day in Italy!
• Stephen (7/5): Good - Very helpful property manager. Good views. Excellent location. Very difficult to sit at dining table, little space to get into sit & thin cushions not comfortable. Old sofa not comfortable. Steps between rooms inside apartment quite dangerous. Expensive for what it was.

• Kyle (7/5): Good - Excellent location within the city. Size of the apartment. Decent variety of dishes. Good sense of security. The view is pretty good. This one bedroom apartment is on seven levels! The walk up the stairs with luggage is a downside. The proprietors need a better strategy for disposal of trash and recycling than telling the guests to drop it off at some undefined location more than 1Km from the apartment.

• Nadine (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence - please be aware of the stairs - The apartment has been beautifully renovated with everything you need for your stay included; the host met us and showed us around the apartment and the views from the top window are fantastic. The apartment is very well located for all the tourist sights in Florence, we were really pleased with the location and felt it was excellent value for money...thank you for your hospitality. The only reason I can't give this a 10 is the issue of the stairs up the the apartment, which we were fully aware of based on previous reviews. We coped as we are relatively fit and my husband carried our 20 KG case on his shoulders up 11 flights of stairs......I would be concerned if elderly or less able people stayed and were unaware of this, which is why I am also highlighting in my review.

• Mackenzie (5/5): Not worth the cost. We should have booked a hotel for the same price. - Breakfast N/A Location was excellent. We were aware the property was on the fourth floor, however we were not aware we had to climb 11 flights of nine stairs to reach the fourth floor. We didn't like having to contact the operative who met us with our keys to obtain fresh towels a couple of days after we arrived. Nor to be informed the owners were not going to change the towels daily. Finally we did not like the tiny television sitting on a table below the height of the bed as the large screen television was not working. We also found it absurd to be informed to use the coffee perculater for hot water in the Kitchen as we were not provided with an electric kettle.
• Michelle (9/5): It was a wonderful and convenient apartment to stay in. - Location was very central. It was quiet since it was high up. Nice views. Nice couch. They provided an iron, which was helpful since I was there for a conference. There was a working air conditioner in the main area. It was great relief from the heat. Very clean and everything was in great condition. Balance of modern with traditional touches. They were very responsive and accommodating about our arrival time when our flight was delayed and had someone meet us at the apartment. During the stay they brought towels and linens when we requested them. There were a couple of different kinds of electrical outlets that worked for our adapters so that was convenient. They also provide a qr code to scan for easy connection to the wifi for your mobile. We were informed multiple times that it was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator, and we agreed to that because the location was central. What we forgot was that four Italian stories is much higher than for North American stories. 105 steps up. The air conditioner in the bedroom leaked water onto the side table beside the bed after the first use so we stopped using it and kept the bedroom door open to the main area. They tried to get it fixed during the stay but the repair person had to reschedule. We didn't think to ask for a second set of keys until the end of the trip. That would have been very helpful since my partner was not there for the conference I was attending. Shower pressure is great at the beginning. Longer showers, like when washing your hair, end with much lower pressure water. We didn't mention this during our stay, we just took navy showers.
• Grace (10/5): Lovely apartment in the middle of Florence - Great location, right in the middle of Florence. Can easily walk everywhere. Spacious, nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Big comfortable bed. Great host, Stefano met us on time outside the apartment, showed us activities, restaurants gelato recommendations etc on the map. Showed us a great local place to get steak florentine and helped us book bus tickets to get to our next location. Highly recommend. Top floor and lots of windows which made it a bit hot despite the aircon.
• Julie.p. (10/5): Perfecto! - Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location, literally 5 minutes walk from the Uffizi Gallery and other sights. A good sized space, good facilities and pretty furniture, comfy bed, clean, and with everything we needed for our stay, to hand. Wonderful views through huge windows, (the apartment is top floor and well worth the 105 steps 😍) secure doorway, friendly and helpful staff and peaceful too. Ignore the booking. Com listing that says no private bathroom - this is wrong, the bathroom is certainly there and more than adequate! Hope to return one day, wouldn't hesitate to recommend...Thank you! Nothing to complain about 😊 We didn't anticipate the mosquitoes in Italy (our first trip) but found a good spray in local supermarket and similarly we hadn't realised Florence will often have different plugs so whilst there were plenty of sockets to use, only a couple are European 2 pin, the rest were 3 pin so bear this in mind and bring multi fit if needed - not a criticism, just something we noticed and will remember for next time.
• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious and luxurious apartment right in the center of Florence. Walking distance to all the major sites. Would definitely stay here again and we recommend to anyone visiting Florence. Everything was great
