• Dr. Saqib (9/5): We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a perfectly located Sevilla apartment. - We had a very nice trip to Sevilla and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby and everything within easy walking distance — including the cathedral, Plaza de España, and the Real Alcázar. The area also felt very safe to walk around, which made exploring even more enjoyable. Check-in was done remotely, which was smooth and convenient, although in other places we stayed in Spain we appreciated having someone there in person to greet us, as it added a more personal and friendly touch — something that could be considered. That said, the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and communication was great, with someone always available on WhatsApp to help with any questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We had a very nice trip to Sevilla and really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. • Francisco (5/5): - Ubicación Llagamos antes y me comentaron que me llamarían antes si la habitación estaba limpia, nunca me llamaron. Las llaves de la vivienda que tenía que estar dentro no estaba. Una silla estaba rota y no se avisó.
• Holger (9/5): Gute Unterkunft in Top-Lage - Besser geht die Lage nicht, direkt mitten im Geschehen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren super ausgestattet und auch wenn wir nichts genutzt haben ist das, was vorhanden war sehr gut

• Patricia (9/5): Perfecte ligging voor een citytrip - De ligging is perfect, het is schoon, de toegang is snel en makkelijk geregeld en er is genoeg ruimte met twee slaapkamers en een complete inventaris. De lift is op de eerste verdieping en dus alleen bereikbaar via een trap, de doucheslang was een beetje kapot.

• Jordane (9/5): Très bon séjour - localisation idéale - Localisation idéale, nous avons tout fait à pieds (c'est la clé d'un séjour réussi) Situé dans une ruelle calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate d'une grande place avec terrasses, restaurants, bars... Petite cuisine très fonctionnelle avec four et très bien équipée Bon rapport qualité/prix Bon contact avec les gestionnaires Arrivée et départ autonome facile Taille de l'appartement très correcte pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants Isolation phonique pas idéale (on entends les voisins comme s'ils étaient chez nous ou presque, ceux qui rentrent à 2h du matin comme ceux qui se lèvent à 7h), mais pour quelques jours on s'y fait!

• Hurtado Salas (6/5): - Muy buena ubicación. Facilidades a la hora de dejar el apartamento. Las camas y almohadas incómodas. Faltaba papel higiénico. Demasiadas escaleras hasta el ascensor, el cual es muy pequeño.

El olor a tabaco en zonas comunes como caja de escaleras o tragaluces que llegaban a la cocina y baño. Existen escalones para llegar al ascensor. Ascensor estrecho.

• Melinda (8/5): Fantastic stay, would recommend and would definitely stay again. - Fantastic location in centre of old town. Plenty of room, lift in building, great aircon. Very polite and responsive hosts. Shower head mount is loose, otherwise property was great. Well equipped kitchen but no condiments (salt/pepper etc).

• Christine (10/5): European elegance in an outstanding location! - We loved our stay here. The location was in the middle of the charming Seville streets we really wanted to experience. Restaurants, cafes, and historic sites were all around us. The apartment was beautifully elegant, very clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was central air, refreshing, and adjustable by remote control. Instructions for accessing the apartment were very clear. We appreciated the door code entry since no one had to wait for us, and it was very convenient. This beautiful apartment was perfect for us. The only thing that could have made it better is a balcony or terrace or pool :)
• Timothy (9/5): We had a wonderful stay. Our requests were all promptly attended to. - A quiet apartment, which is conveniently located and a stone’s throw from cafes, restaurants and a pedestrian shopping precinct. We were a 5-7 minute walk from Catedral Sevilla and Real Alcázar. Nothing.
• Aboujaoude (7/5): Fair to good the location is excellent. - The location is excellent at the center of seville The bathroom shower, no place to put the soap and the shower head is very bad, you need to handle all time the handshower.
• Mary (9/5): Great apartment to explore Seville. - This was a little gem of an apartment located on a tiny side street in the city centre. Clean and a well equipped kitchen.The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times…well done.
• Peter (8/5): Excellent stay and very enjoyable. Would recommend/ - location excellent- very central. Apartment comfortable and well appointed. Clean. Lift. entry was via website app initially, to the building, then a wall box with keys, with code at the apartment entrance. This worked on the first day. Subsequent times we put the keys back in the box when we left the apartment, which meant we had to log in to the website each time we came back. We didnt see the spare set of keys hanging in the entrance so were locked out when the website/internet went down. Would suggest an extra set of keys as we were 2 couples. No tea towels for the kitchen- used paper towels. There was a lot of street noise to the front bedroom so ear plugs were bought, then OK. TBF it was cup final day and the city was overrun with Bilbao fans for 2 days. Would have appreciated a meeting with the host to show us in. Kitchen small for 1 person but adequate for us, or those who eat out mostly.
