- Pich (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Vadistanbul - Spacious room, fully equipped, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Got the view looking out to the mountain, beautiful and chill. I stayed for business at Istinye University, so it was perfect! 5 min walk to the uni and 10-15 min walk to the nearby Vadistanbul mall which has lots of restaurants and bars for socializing. Small issues with room facilities, but staff were very quick to fix them! I guess the downside is that there is no public transport nearby, but there are taxis always available.

Bunun sebebi buradaki personelin inanılmaz ve çok kibar olması. Hikayemi inceleyebilirsiniz; onları her zaman yüksek puanlıyorum. Harika bir yönetici olan Onurbey burada çalışıyordu. Öğrencileri Musabey de harika yöneticiler olsa da, onun artık burada olmaması üzücü. 👍 Ama otelin MUSTAFA adında bir yöneticisi var ve herkesin hayatını mahvediyor, çok kötü davranıyor. Hatta prensip gereği kötü şeyler bile yapıyor! Oteli herkese tavsiye etmemize ve kendimiz de orada kalmamıza rağmen, beni ve misafirlerimi otelinizden soğutuyor. Lütfen bu durumu düzeltin ve MUSTAFA hakkında bir şeyler yapın. I've stayed at this hotel before, and I think they know all the guests. I'd definitely stay here again. I'll pay over 300,000 lira a month, and I even bought a loyalty card. It's all because the staff here is amazing and very polite. You can check out my story; I always rate them highly. Onurbey, a great manager, used to work here. It's a shame he's gone now, even though his students, Musabey, are also great managers. 👍 But the hotel has a manager named MUSTAFA who's RUINING everyone's lives and behaves very badly. He even does bad things on principle! He's really turning me and my guests off your hotel, even though we recommend it to everyone and we stay there ourselves. Please sort this out and do something about MUSTAFA.

- ALAA (6/5): - هاديء ونظيف واذا كان معاك سياره المواقف متوفره وبيكون متوسط طريق سريع يكون قريب منك الاماكن السياحية بالسياره هذي ثالث اقامة خلال سنه بهذا الفندق ولكن الاسلوب عند الدخول بالمماطله والانتظار اكثر من ساعه ونص بحجة تجهيز الشقة وعندما طلبتهم الاستعجال قالو راسل الشركة يوجد مشكلة بحجزك مع العلم كلها مماطلات ولم اراسل اي شركة مع العلم كانت جاهزه ولكن ينتظرون تصل الساعه 3 عشان يسلموني الشقة ، وعند المغادرة كانت الساعة 12 ليلا اتصلت عليهم اطلب العربه يوجد لدي حقائب ردو عليا لايوجد سوى موظف واحد مشغول والوقت متأخر واضطريت انزل الحقائب انا واولادي واحضرت السياره للباب ولم يتعنو حتى بحمل الشنط معي للسياره ، كان امر غريب جداً بهذا التعامل

- Tomoe (10/5): Spacious apartment next to shopping mall - We stayed in a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room, which was very comfortable for our stay. It was also much more affordable than booking two separate rooms. The location is right next to Vadi İstanbul shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and kindly upgraded our reservation from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment, which we greatly appreciated. None

Lage: Sehr zentral zum Ali Sami Yen Stadion. Service: Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Parken: Kostenlose Parkplätze sind direkt verfügbar. Top Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

- IDE (8/5): - ジムやスパは、高級ホテルであっても隅々まで清掃が行き届いてないことも多々ありますが、このホテルは早朝時でさえも綺麗に清掃されてました。 帰国後に、レシートを紛失したことに気付いたので再発行をメールで依頼しましたが、１週間以上も返信がありませんでした。ホテルの管理職の方と親しい現地の共通の知人がいたので、彼経由で依頼したところ、それでも数日後にようやく再発行されました。

- Abdelrazek (8/5): - جديد موظفة التي كانت تنظف لي غرفتي لازم أديها بقشيش عشان تنظف كويس ولو مديتها فلوس متنظفش وتخلي الغرفة وسخة اسمها شهيده وعند دخولي الفندق لم يوافقو على تسليمي الغرفة التي دفعت ثمنها مسبقا عبر البوكين التي فيها 62متر قالو لي لازم تزيد فلوس عشان تأخ عشان تأخذ الغرفة بالمواصفات دي لكني وجدت بدليل والصورة الغرفة التي تبعت ثمنها مسبقا والتي 62 متر وليست 56 متر وجاءت هم بالدليل بعدها وافقوا
