• Martin (10/5): - Quiet and private. Next to the restaurants and coffee shops of Votanikos. Younger local crowds. Sofa bed not comfortable for 2 people.
• Bartosz (4/5): Nie polecam, nie jest czysto, ściany brudne, nie wygląda to tak jak na zdjęciach, widok z balkonu pozostawia wiele do ży - Apartament jest duży, w miarę nowoczesny, jest WiFi, miły Pan który przyniósł klucze. Obiekt nie wygląda w rzeczywistości jak na zdjęciach, ściany są brudne, jest w miarę czysto ale wiele pozostawia to do życzenia, w łazience podczas kąpieli z pozostawionej szmatki wyszedł karaluch, brak pościeli dodatkowej oraz najgorsza rzecz, niby jest balkon, ale z widokiem na ruinę i brudne, zniszczone bloki z gruzem na ogródkach.

• Aloupis (7/5): A good stay. They should drop the price to be a good value for money choice - The location is very close to the metro 8min. The apartment was very clean and just renovated (you should add curtains soon :) ). The communication with the management of the apartment was immediate and efficiant. Kitchen and facilities were more than ok. In total with the late checkin we paid more than 100 per night so i am not sure if i will prefer it for our next business trips in Athens. The late checkin was made from a very friendly and kind person. Clear explanations. The location is very close to the metro but it did not feel very safe for a single lady. There was an extra charge of 30 euro for late check in (the exact price was not mentioned on booking but they did mention that the available check in was until 23:00, so we were expecting an extra charge). However in 2025 they should have a box where you could just pick up the keys by yourself or smart lock. They do also mention a guarantee of 100 euros plus fees, which is ok after all, but i would strongly prefere to give you a cancellation policy in case you have not read all this "small letters" when booking.
