• Blanca (4/5): No repetiríamos - El barrio era pintoresco. Había suficiente ropa de cama. El baño estaba reformado, se veía moderno. El anfitrión fue agradable y comunicativo. No pasamos ni frío ni calor, en ese sentido fue cómodo. El tranvía pasa justo al lado cada escasos minutos tanto durante el día como a lo largo de la noche. No solamente molesta el ruido, que rechina como de vías oxidadas, sino que tiembla toda la estancia. Realmente es lo peor del apartamento, como dicen otros usuarios. El barrio, aunque pintoresco durante el día, está muy oscuro de noche y da miedo regresar desde la parada de bus o metro, que es un paseo de unos 15 minutos, se hace largo. La limpieza del apartamento era muy mejorable. El retrete está desencajado y la ducha superior no tiene potencia, hay que usar la ducha manual. Por último, no había ni siquiera un bote de gel básico en la ducha, tuvimos que usar el jabón de manos. Nuestra estancia fue de dos noches así que no tenía sentido comprar un gel.

• Arianny Coromoto (10/5): Muy bien todo!!👏🏽 - La vista es hermosa, el apartamento es acogedor, puedes incluso cocinar allí, en mi caso no lo usé, pero no está de más tenerlo. También te dejan una guía que está muy bien hecharle un ojo de lugares que recomiendan cerca de la zona y en general de Roma. La ubicación está bien, en vista de que puedes tomar el bus o el tranvía a pocos minutos, recuerdo que al Coliseo Romano eran al rededor de 30min en transporte, el Panteón está al rededor de 50min y así. Sí tienes el sueño muy ligero suele escucharse mucho el tren, tranvía y la autopista en general, está justo detrás del apartamento, sin embargo, no es algo que me molestó o quito el sueño 😂😅 pero lo dejo saber porque se que hay personas que si tienen más problemas para dormir.

• Moi (9/5): Tranquille - La relative tranquillité, la proximité des transports, le confort. Le manque de petit électroménager, un micro-ondes et une cafetière électrique sont le minimum.

• Francesco (1/5): - Il materasso era comodo Ma diciamo era veramente sporca frigo dentro gialla nel letto c’erano capelli diciamo che dovrebbero pulirla meglio poi ogni 10 minuti passava un treno e dava veramente fastidio anche fino a tardi e anche i gabbiani sopra al tetto un casinò che non vi dico non penso di tornarci mai più e anche il condizionatore è veramente vecchio l acqua esce poca e non esce sempre calda
• Giallo (5/5): Se proprio non c'è di meglio. - La stanza è grande e comoda. Il prezzo era buono, ma... È accanto ai binari della ferrovia. I treni passano in continuazione e fanno tremare le stanza. Onestamente, non era sporco. Ma nemmeno il top.

It could be a great property if taken care of properly - Close to transport 10-15 mins close to great local pasticerias & tavernas with good prices The place needed a good cleaning Bedsheets were dirty Shower was leaking The towels had a bad smell TV not working The bed was very uncomfortable There was noise from the trains nearby but we were so tired and not really hearing it
• Mariana (7/5): Comfortable, but I wish it was closer to the center - I liked the the organisation of the apartment. It was a T0, very spacious and modern. The kitchen had all facilities. Calm neighourhood. The host was very friendly when they met us to give the keys. The location. It was far from the center, specially if you want to spend an evening or night out in Trastevere. The public transportation is not the best. If we had a bigger budget, we would have spent it in getting an apartment closer to the center. In the morning, there is a lot of noise from the trains. The tracks to Roma Termini are just outside the window. There is no place to store your luggage after the chekc out, which is always an inconvenience, and there is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage to the first floor.

• Tomas (4/5): Be careful - the price-quality ratio is relatively good The location is an unsafe area, be careful. We saw drug users and aggressive people more than once. You will feel really unsafe after walking around. The apartment is right next to the train station, so the sound is not the most pleasant. We went to the city center and when we returned we found the light on in the room, so maybe someone visited our rented apartment when we were not there. The air conditioner is not working properly.
• Hashan (9/5): Wonderful stay. - It’s a very modern-looking apartment, and the people who own it are also super friendly. The place is very relaxing. The room is spacious with a kitchen; you cannot get a similarly spacious room in a chain hotel for this reasonable price. Highly recommended. Nothing much to say. I didn’t found a body wash but it’s fine.
• Peter (7/5): Good - The location was 5 minutes to the Tram, and 12 mins to Pigneto Metro station. This is already adequate enough for the travel time. We had to manually set the thermostat since the air conditioning is not adaptive enough to the automatic setting. We were finally able to set it on the second day though. Aside from that the amenities are complete.
