- Felicitas (5/5): Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage, ansonsten sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Bad, sollte saniert werden.Muffiger Wasserrohr Geru - Die Lage zum Strand. Alte zum Teil abgenutzte kaputte ungepflegte Möbel.
