- Kimberly Anne (10/5): Very nice! - Easily the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The view was absolutely breathtaking! The staff were incredibly nice — they let us check in early, helped us with our itinerary, and even offered free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate until nighttime. They also served pastries in the afternoon and had board games available for guests to enjoy. There are two buses that go there, 121 and 122 (the 122 stops right in front of the hotel). It’s definitely worth the money! The location is a bit farther from town, but still walkable downhill, and completely worth it if you’re after the view.

- Kaitlynn (10/5): - The whole experience was amazing! The staff know who you are when they see you (which is insane?!), extremely friendly and helpful. Truly cannot say enough about how much the staff care about you and your stay. The hotel itself is impeccable, clean and truly the best vibe, spending evenings in the common area and on the balcony were highlights of the trip. The view is CRAZY we didn't have a room with direct view but the common room and patio face it so truly isn't an issue since its such a calming nice place to hangout! Breakfast 12/10 so yummy and lots of options and stays full and warm till they are done serving it. Truly no complaints! Nothing! Everything was great!

The hotel is a little hike from the main village but this turned into an advantage. To return every afternoon to the peace, serenity and views was priceless. We stayed in most nights, hanging out in the very comfortable common areas. Highly recommend. Nothing.

- Claudia (9/5): Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt - Renoviertes modernes Zimmer. Das ganze Haus ist auf Vordermann gebracht worden und kommt sehr stylisch daher. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir waren Spaziergänger; Dorf auf dem Spazierweg in ca 14 Minuten bergab gut erreichbar. Bus direkt vor der Haustür. Gratisparkplätze gedeckt und ungedeckt direkt vor dem Haus. Schöne Panoramaterrasse. Abends Selbstbedienung, kein Restaurantbetrieb im Hotel.

- Franziska (10/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage direkt in den Schweizer Alpen. Ausblick von der Terrasse und beim Frühstück direkt auf den Aiger. Hatten kein Zimmer mit expliziten Bergblick gebucht und trotzdem von unserem Balkon einen schönen Rundblick auf die Berge. Frühstück klein aber lecker und frisch und für jeden was dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.

- RRR (10/5): Perfect Hotel - I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel in Grindelwald. The location is excellent, with beautiful mountain views right outside the window—waking up each morning was truly a pleasure. Transportation is also very convenient: you can take Bus 124 directly from Grindelwald station to the hotel entrance, and it’s only about a 20-minute walk as well. The hotel staff were extremely warm and helpful. On the second day of our stay, the weather was not very good, and the staff kindly reminded us that some attractions might be closed. They also suggested that we could contact the relevant offices to request ticket refunds or consider adjusting our plans in case the weather improved the next day. This thoughtful advice was greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean and had a fresh, pleasant scent, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

- Leah (10/5): Fantastic stay - The hotel was great, the staff were so friendly and kind, the small touches like gluhwein and pastries in the evening were nice, the room felt like being in your own little cabin with a great view of the mountain. Would highly recommend if you like the feel of a boutique hotel! It’s a bit far from the center of the town, but it’s easy to take buses up and down. The views and quietness up there are worth it though.

Das Hotel hat zwar kein Wellness - aber alles fühlt sich wie Wellness an. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Schade, dass sie kein eigenes Restaurant haben. Wir hätten gerne auch dort gegessen.
