- DARIN (9/5): - This 14 unit boutique hotel is very nice. Close to the beach, a store with many items and walking distance to a very lovely private beach area. Staff was helpful and did everything asked of them with a smile. Awesome experience. The only thing I did not like is that you cannot pay at the restaurant as you go. I do not like to have bills add up over time as that adds stress to my vacation. I would like a pay as you go option which should be fairly simple if using a credit card and not pesos or cash.

- Alcibiades (10/5): Amazing!!! - Breakfast included was very good, practically complete with what you need (Fruits, Eggs, Bread, Coffee, Milk and freshly squeeze Juice... You can have other options paying a little extra. The pool is ALWAYS warm, for me that's a huge plus!! The Staff is great (Carlitos speaks 6 languages) very nice people that make me feel at home. The room was perfect!! and the Beach is a few minutes walking. No Cable... but, who needs it anyway!!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und liegt nah am Strand. Der Pool ist angenehm warm und im Restaurant wird auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

We enjoy everything! I will definitely come back. The housekeeping ladies were very nice as well, if you are looking for a place that is going to exceed your expectations this is the place!

- Eduardo (9/5): Tranquilo, acogedor, cómodo y cerca de playa espectacular - El hotel es muy tranquilo, visualmente es mu bonito, con pocas habitaciones lo que ayuda a que no esté abarrotado de gente. Es ideal para ir en pareja. Tiene restaurante propio, una piscina pequeña y parqueadero. Está ubicado en una zona residencial de acceso privado, con vigilancia. Está retirado del bullicio y con acceso casi privado a la playa Portillo donde encuentras sillas y asoleadoras. La playa es espectacualar! ideal para descansar y dar caminatas. La habitación en la que nos quedamos es grande, muy cómoda, con ventanería antiruido, cama king, nevera, sofa, TV y buen baño. La atención del personal en general fue muy buena, todos muy amables, especialmente Freda y Carlitos. Recomendación: alquilar una moto o carro ayuda bastante para ir al pueblo y para conocer otras playas. Las Terrenas está lleno de playas espectaculares! Aunque la habitación (Cacao) es muy cómoda, por ratos se siente la humedad. Si bien hay un buen armario, siento que hace falta un perchero de pared. Por otro lado (el mal de muchos hoteles) las almohadas estaban muy blandas y algo deformes, la sugerencia es invertir en almohadas de mayor calidad. El desayuno (el cual está incluido) está bien, pero para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas debe ser más completo y tener mas opciones. La caneca del baño es muy pequeña. Uno de los días no hicieron aseo a la habitación.

Gepflegte Anlage mit Pool super zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Kostenloses sicheres Parken war auch kein Problem. Inklusives Frühstück war etwas schlicht, aber man konnte gegen Aufpreis etwas dazubestellen.

Un bel hôtel avec de jolies chambres, au calme, dans un endroit sécure et possédant un parking privé. La qualité du petit déjeuner, vraiment pas top.. peu de choix et toujours la même chose

Not worth the premium price. - While this hotel has some definite perks, it is severely overpriced for the level of service provided. The Pros: • Excellent Security: The property felt very safe and highly secured. • Great Amenities: We loved the private beach access and the bed was very comfortable. • Convenience: They were flexible with a late check-in, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the 4-star experience ends there. The breakfast was disappointing (just two eggs and some fruit), and towels weren't changed daily, which is unacceptable at this price point. Furthermore, the staff were quite moody and struggled to communicate in English.

- Carola (9/5): Klein paradijsje - Een klein paradijsje op een fijne plek. Even ontsnappen van de drukte. Wij kregen een upgrade van onze kamer bij aankomst. Een heerlijke verrassing. Personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. En parkeren voor de deur op een beveiligd terrein erg fijn! Alleen een luxe dingetje, door het grindpad wordt het moeizaam je koffer te verrijden. Dus was even sjouwen naar de kamer.

La ubicación excelente a pocos minutos del centro del pueblo de las terrenas. El desayuno incluido muy bueno y el personal del restaurante muy amable así como el resto del personal del hotel. Sin dudas volvería! Ya estoy buscando la fecha de mi próxima visita.

La ubicación es buena, en una urbanización silenciosa con seguridad y a 5 minutos de la playa. Además tienen hamacas y sillas disponibles y te llevan bebidas y comidas a la playa también. La comida del restaurante está muy buena también. Recomendaríamos este hotel a todo el mundo y volveríamos sin duda! Nada

- Isabella (9/5): Gelungender Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel mit top Lage. - Personal und Hotelleitung top! Falls mal ein Problem aufkam sofort und super lieb geregelt! Anwesen klein aber sehr süß und hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr schöner Strand innerhalb von 3-4 Minuten Fußweg. Super Tipps vom Managment bezüglich Unternehmungen, Restuarants etc. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Bungalow bekommen, welches ein riesiges Bett hatte, dementsprechend sehr sehr erholend. Grundlegend alles gut, das einzige ist, dass die Unterkunft eher nach Optik und nicht Funktionalität geplant ist. Allerdings holt das Personal das Beste heraus. Frühstück lecker, allerdings etwas wenig Auswahl (welches man nicht on top zahlen musste).

- noelia (7/5): Lugar ideal para descansar y practicar kitesurf - El lugar es ideal para descansar y cerca de la playa si practicas kitesurf. La atención al cliente es insuperable: Freda, Lovenson (no sé si se escribe así) y Carlos son súper agradables y atentos. Te ayudan con todo. Todo está bien cuidado y en buenas condiciones. El desayuno básico pero suficiente: huevos, pan, fruta y zumo. La comida muy rica. Las habitaciones huelen a humedad, la primera que nos asignaron tenía un olor muy fuerte. No hay mosquitera en las puertas ni ventanas y hay bastantes mosquitos, ventilar la habitación es peligroso. Por estos dos motivos no le pongo más nota.

- FABIENNE (10/5): - La taille humaine de l établissement et son calme, l hôtel se situe dans une résidence sécurisée. Le personnel sympathique et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est correct même si l on a constaté des quantités moins importantes au fil des jours. La possibilité de pouvoir se restaurer sur une amplitude horaire très large (9h à 21h30). L accès à la petite piscine. L accès à la mer en 5/10mn à pied, avec mise à disposition de transats sur place. Le parking privé. La taille et la qualité de la literie. La route qui mène à Las Terrenas longe l hôtel, elle est très passante et bruyante, heureusement nous avons eu une chambre côté parking, au calme.
