• Vendula (10/5): Naprosto perfektní, dostupnost k památkám do 10min pěšky - Poloha ubytování byla v centru, 10min pěšky od metra Akropolis. Hostitel poslal přesný popis, kde se dům nachází, kód od dveří, poschodí, kde je klíč od bytu, všechny podrobnosti. Vybavení bytu bylo dostačující, kavovar, pribory, nádobí, hygienické potřeby, ručníky. Koupelna se sprchovym koutem. Byt se nacházel ve 4.patre, měl skvělý výhled na Akropolis, Lycabettus, cele okolí. K dispozici střecha, terasa s posezením. Naprosto předčilo mě očekávání. Občas šel slyšet hluk z ulice, ale to je zcela běžné v takových destinacích.

Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, daher Kälte- und Lärmbelästigung. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer permanentes mechanisches Geräusch. Ausstattung der Küche ist funktional aber nicht ansprechend.

• Tom (7/5): - The apartment was easy to find, it was comfortable and had a good view from the windows. The price was good for what it is. The building was very noisy, the neighbours upstairs made a lot of noise until 1am each night, the traffic noise was loud even with the window closed. The building wasn't soundproofed. The wooden floor was loose in places. The sockets around the apartment were too few, for example you can't charge your phone by the bed and have the bedside lamp on at the same time.

• Abdel Ghani (6/5): - The location and the decorations are amazing The receptionist didn't exist all the stay period, it was so difficult to reach the one in charge, after booking the accommodation an email was sent me to state that 24 hours before the date of my stay another email would be sent to me with all regulations. I didn't receive the mentioned email till the next day of my stay. The heater doesn't work, a part of the bathroom wall was broken and the door lock of the bathroom was broken too.

• Manolia (9/5): Very good - The location was excellent, the view amazing you could see the Akropolis, the place was spacious and cozy only 15-20 minutes from the center by foot, very safe neighborhood. We ran into the host and told him about a small issue with the bathroom and he immediately came and fixed it. The bed was too soft, but that is a personal preference, and when you moved it made some noises but it was tolerable.

The check-in procedure was very smooth, and we were very pleased that they could arrange an early check-in. It has a mini kitchen... very small. with some basic appliances. A microwave oven would be a good addition.

• Anja (8/5): Large apartment with a nice view - Since we booked this property on the same day as our flight to Athens (the one we originally booked was cancelled that very day), I took a chance on this one despite some negative reviews. I have to say—it exceeded my expectations. Great location, close to the city centre, with the A2 bus nearby that takes you to the Glyfada beaches. The apartment was spacious, with two bathrooms and a view of the Acropolis. Check-in was smooth and done in two steps, which I was already familiar with, as many properties use the same system. I didn’t need a reception, which was actually a plus for me. When I did have an issue with loud noise from above, a support representative contacted me immediately. Apartment 3B is beneath place that pigeons live. And you can not sleep at all, especially when you think it’s something else. So maybe something to work on…

Everything was disaster about this property, they will not reply to your messages at all , we booked for the 3 adults and we got only stuff for 2 people for examples towels, blankets , pillows . The ventilation systems for the bathroom very dirty , wood in the floor was open and damaged, kettle was dirty you can’t even boil the water I don’t recommend this place at all for everyone wants to enjoy and have a good time in Athens.
• Elisavet (1/5): My stay was a nightmare of false advertising, poor conditions, and unresponsive management—easily the worst hotel experi - Nothing ! Honestly ! This hotel is, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed, with misleading advertising, unresponsive management, filthy accommodations, dangerous parking conditions, unbearable noise, and an overall experience that was appalling from start to finish—avoid at all costs. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at—and I’ve traveled extensively. The experience was appalling from the start. Upon arrival, a man who spoke neither Greek nor English tried to help us find the entrance, which was a complete disaster. I called the owner multiple times and sent two emails on the day of the booking, as well as one afterward, to inquire about parking—no response. He charges €15 for parking, and I wanted to confirm if there would be space available. We left the car and we went on foot to Acropolis and when we returned the food wouldn’t open with the passcode and in front of the garage parking door it was parked a car, which means we couldn’t take the car . We had to enter the building from the -3 which is full of fumes from the cars and it is a car lift not for people ! When we finally accessed the parking, it was a nightmare. You enter through a cramped elevator to reach level -3, where the parking spaces are absurdly small. From there, you take a lift to a room that reeks of mustiness and looks absolutely nothing like the photos shown online. It was filthy, stale, and a far cry from what was advertised. Charging what I paid for such a room is outrageous. The hotel is located on a noisy central road, and the windows offer no soundproofing whatsoever. I was forced to sleep with meditation music playing all night just to drown out the traffic noise. There is no view, despite what the website falsely claims, and the entire experience feels like you’ve landed in the worst place imaginable.

• Madeline (6/5): Great views and spacious room, but noisy location (could never escape the traffic), and inadequate communication made fo - The rooftop terrace was amazing for hanging out in the evening gazing at the lit-up Acropolis. And once we figured out how to work the air conditioning, it was very effective. And the room was spacious, with a good view of the Acropolis. The street outside is so busy and loud with traffic that even with the windows and shades closed, I couldn’t truly relax unless I had earplugs in and eyes closed (so as to not see the shifting lights through the cracks between the shades). There should be separate shades for the bottom half of the window walls, so you can have natural light and views without getting distracted by the traffic. Also, there was literally no place to plug in the second bedside lamp-there should be an extension cord. And please please could you replace at least one of the lightbulbs in the bed area with warm light instead of cool light? The communications were difficult and inadequate. The ‘reception desk’ is literally just for show - never manned. The initial check-in message via booking.com was cut off, and despite asking repeatedly via booking.com’s email-like function, the property never sent me the rest of it. It also never answered my repeated questions about where to take out the trash. But when I locked myself out of the room during business hours, I thankfully was able to call the number and get help. Also, FYI, a little bit of soap and shampoo were left in the shower, but guests should apparently bring at least their own conditioner-and maybe all 3, to be safe.

• Adrian (10/5): Really nice accomodation - It was really unexpected. Good price and big apartment, excellent location with views to the Akropolis and walking distance to the center. Self check-in is easy and comfortable. We also used a bit the top roof for breakfast some days. We also saw it has a gym, but we didn't use this facility since we spent too much time outside visiting the city. Probably we'll repeat in the future. Actually, it is not an issue for us, but the selves under the sinks in the bathroom need remodelling because of humidity. Also, the shower head was broken, but it doesn't affect when using it.

• Luis (5/5): Athens 6 nights - Location, close to Plaka, walking distance. The building is next to a busy road, easy to find, and to call for Uber or Taxi. Close to public transportation. The view from the rooftop is amazing, and I think it is the best from the building. I feel safe walking around at night. I think it is good for solo travel for just 2 or 3 nights.. no more than that. Building is next to busy road, a lot of noises even late night. Also, the door at the entrance makes a big noise when you open and close. The Internet was not working most of the time, and it got disconnected or without a signal. I asked 3 times to fix it, booking call the property and told them was good but was not the case, internet was going on and off all the time. At least didn't work properly on room 1A. The bed was so so bad, not comfortable at all, they need to replace the mattress asap. And also provide more pillows. Was not properly cleaned 😕😒 For the price I paid, I think I was expecting a little bit more. I couldn't find an email to reach out to the property, and there's no staff at the reception.

Walking distance to everything. Cool rooftop + gym. Air conditioning everywhere - fast WiFi and excellent service. Bought it last minute at 22:00 and the property got everything ready in minutes and confirmed all bookings. Amazing price and top notch quality! Will be back 1000%. Nothing :)

Comfortable - Beautiful view of the acropolis from the rooftop terrace. 10 to 15 minute walk to all of the historical sites. The kitchen was a little bit small, but we did not use it very much so it worked out well.

• Emesha (5/5): Passable - It was quite central to everything. You could walk to all the bucket list places. Plenty of toilet paper. When we arrived the apartment stank of cigarettes. I informed the manager via the booking app on 3 occasions and was completely ignored. It has a little kitchenette but that's about it. If you want to really cook you will have to buy oil, pots, salt, pepper everything! May as well have stayed in a hotel, don't appreciate paying more for an amenity you cannot use. Fitness centre had no free weights. There is no soundproofing here, could hear our neighbours even at 2am. The pillows needed replacing.
