• Line Langness (4/5): Utrivelig. - Takterrassen og beliggenheten. Jevnlig skifte av håndklær og sengetøy og tømming av søppel. No balcony betydde tydeligvis at man har leilighet uten noe form for utsikt. Bunkers følelse. Veldig dårlig internett som falt ut hele tiden. Heisen virket ikke flere ganger under oppholdet. 2 ganger jeg var vitne til. Heisen var eneste mulighet for å komme til og fra takterrassen. Veldig lytt. Hørte absolutt alt av bevegelse fra etasjen over. Også all bruk av vann. Hørte også mye fra resten av bygget. Ingen vasking av leiligheten. Ingen kost tilgjengelig i leiligheten. Stygge flekker på gardin og sofa. Nærmest tett sluk i dusjen, så vannet rant ut over gulvet. Vanntrykket var så dårlig at det nærmest var umulig å dra ned i toalettet. Måtte dra ned flere ganger og det tok lang tid for toalettet å fylle seg opp med vann mellom hver gang. Ingen feste til dusjhodet. Ikke varmt vann på kjøkkenet. Eier ble skikkelig sur da jeg sa fra om at det var mye støy fra etasjen over hver morgen. Påsto da også at jeg var den eneste som klaget og at jeg klaget på alt. Jeg hadde sagt fra om internettproblemet EN gang (han tok det opp flere ganger i ettertid selv) og jeg hadde informert han om at heisen ikke virket en gang. Da heisen ikke virket var det gjester på taket, som da ikke kunne komme seg ned hvis de prøvde. Resten nevnte jeg aldri, siden han ble så sur. Han ba meg i grunn om å dra og få pengene tilbake for den resterende tiden av oppholdet. Følte meg ikke mye velkommen. Resten av oppholdet jattet jeg bare med og svarte at alt var bra for å slippe flere negative reaksjoner fra eier. Meget ubehagelig. Eier fortalte andre gjester om at jeg var så klagende og om problemer han hadde med andre gjester. Andre gjester fortalte meg om flere ting som ikke fungerte i leilighetene de var i.

• darragh (9/5): Great value - Fantastic location, just on the seafront with great views once you step out the door. Perfect location in the town, and just minutes from the bus stop for all lines going around the island. Ample space inside for a solo traveller, with a very comfortable bed and functional kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly quiet for a good night’s sleep. Francisco was very accommodating around check in and out. Fittings/ linen / decor etc could benefit from a bit of an update, but still perfectly functional. There is minimal natural light inside, but that is evident from the description online, so if you’re out exploring for the day, it’s not a problem.
• Zivile (9/5): Stunning views and close to the beach. - Location was perfect,atvthe front of the ocian,,cleanliness ideal, new towels and bedding every third day, everything worked in the kitchen,no issues at all . The hoast was very informative, checked me in earlier than expected, thank you for that! :-) gave some tips about the surroundings and vas very friendly and welcoming 🙏 😀 The biggest tip of the property was the terrace on the roof. I really enjoyed amazing sunsets. It has lots sun lounges, parasols, tables and chairs, you can stay in here and have sun tan every day. Secured front doors and lots of small shops and restaurants just round the corner made my stay even more comfortable 😌 I would definitely come back! The only thing was that the house walls were very thin,I could hear my neighbours all night,every evening and morning. Although there is ones fault to be honest. Just it was a wee bit annoying sometimes 🙄 Overall the stay was very comfortable like at home.

• KjayC (8/5): I enjoyed my stay - The bed was better than mine at home 5/5, the rooftop terrace is nice and location is very good. The host was nice and helpful.. I can highly recommend. There was some sewer smell at one instant from the toilet but that's easily fixable 🙏🏻
• Anne-Charlotte (8/5): Trivdes jättebra och kan tänka mig att bo där igen. - Välstädat och fint vid ankomst. Väldigt tacksamt att det fanns en flaska vatten där eftersom jag kom sent. Bekvämt läge för mig, både nära till mataffär, restauranger, stränder och vandringsleder. Skön säng och nya lakan efter en vecka. Rena handdukar var tredje dag. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Det var trevligt att utnyttja takterrassen till frukost och när jag åt hemma. Jag har inga problem med ljud, men om man är känslig så är det inte rätt ställe att bo på, för det är väldigt lyhört.

On peut cuisiner, surtout pour le petit déjeuner, mais on pourrait aussi préparer d’autres repas comme le déjeuner ou le dîner. L’appartement dispose de l’équipement essentiel : un grille-pain, de quoi chauffer l’eau, un réfrigérateur pour ranger nos aliments. La chambre est très grande, avec un lit confortable et une armoire pour les vêtements. La salle de bain fournit des serviettes pour le corps et les cheveux, et il y a un sèche-cheveux. Les serviettes et les poubelles ont été changées/de retirées deux à trois fois pendant le séjour, ce qui est très pratique. On peut se servir des parasols et des sieges pour la plage gratuitement :) L’appartement est très calme. La zone est bien située dans le sud, avec un accès facile aux autres plages en bus . Il y a un arrêt de bus à côté qui permet d’aller a different zones de plages au sud et laeroport aussi . Les supermarchés sont accessibles à pied, à environ 5min. Il y a un restaurant juste en dessous, un restaurant asiatique où l’on mange bien et à prix abordable !! Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et résoudre les petits problèmes. Le meilleur de cet appartement est la terrasse : j’étais la seule à en profiter le matin, ce qui était très agréable. Au départ, j’étais un peu réticente à cause du manque d’avis récents, mais pour moi, en termes de rapport qualité-prix, c’est parfait pour une personne qui voyage seule ou en couple pour un petit budget Les fenêtres donnent sur un mur ou d’autres habitations, ce qui signifie qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de lumière naturelle qui entre dans l’appartement. La cuisine pourrait être équipée avec des produits essentiels pour cuisiner, comme du sel, du poivre, de l’huile ou du café, mais le propriétaire nous a laissé une bouteille d’eau, ce qui était gentil de sa part. Il est vrai que le deuxième jour, il y avait une odeur qui provenait de la salle de bain comem des egouts. Je pense que c’est normal sur une île, mais cela ne m’a pas dérangée car je fermais la porte et l’odeur ne se répandait pas dans le reste de l’appartement. Un autre problème concerne la porte d’entrée : la serrure semble nécessiter une réparation, car la poignée se détachait facilement. Si l’on n’y faisait pas attention, elle pouvait tomber. Je pense que le propriétaire devrait régler ce problème rapidement pour des raisons de sécurité, même si je me suis sentie en sécurité pendant mon séjour.

• Riabikina (10/5): - Fantastic stay - perfect location, amazing rooftop, and a unique beach! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! Everything was perfect: the room was spotlessly clean, and it truly offered great value for money. The staff were excellent and handled everything perfectly. The best part was the rooftop terrace with sun loungers – spending time up there in the sun was fantastic! The location is ideal: right in the center, close to all the shops, and just a 1-minute walk to the beach. And what a beach! It's partially enclosed from the open sea, like a large natural swimming pool – it's brilliant. I loved everything about my stay and will definitely be coming back

• Florin (8/5): Good location,excellent value . - Francisco is a very nice host,he even drove me to the airport 🙏🏻 Great view from the top veranda where you can lay down and relax or get some sun. A bit hard to get fresh air in the rooms as my room was in between 2 shafts. Noisi in the morning when laundry was done as the washing machine was in one of the shafts.

• Diego (9/5): Central, affordable and convenient stay in Arguineguín :) - The location is central, right in the middle of Arguineguín, next to both main beaches and walking distance to nice places like Anfi De Mar, Águeda. The apartment is big enough for one person. It was clean enough and comfortable to stay in. I had a good sleep and the amenities were also good, like a great terrace upstairs, with great ocean views, and where you can easily take the sun and/or do some exercise. Antonio the host, can recommend you easily nice places around. Also the accommodation can borrow you a bike, some beach items… So far all good. I enjoyed my stay. I am not a complicated person, I appreciate how the host takes care of you and the central location. Maybe in the shower, it would be an idea to get a curtain, avoiding the water coming out (just a suggestion).

• Ingrid (5/5): Dark place, no view (see pics). OK for 1 night. Don't recommend for single ladies. - Location - very close to the beach. Comfortable bed. It's a dark place, as both windows have "shaft" view, like a rat hole - you have no idea about daytime & weather outside. Very small bathroom (sink approx. 45 cm wide). In addition - TV needs internet connection, which used to have outtages (smaller or bigger, depending on day-time). So you watch part of film, then a few minutes break, watch, break, etc. - pretty annoying.. The owner tried to fix it but when I gave feedback that it's still not good - I was told that I am the only one who's complaining. Small details like - there's kitchen, but you have to buy everything you want to use - e.g. there's no salt, pepper, oil or tea, nothing. There're clotheslines, but no clothespins. Cameras everywhere in public space - you cannot want into/out of appartment without being caught on camera.
