• Gerhard (9/5): sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - Sehr schöne, helle und große Wohnung. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, aber für unsere Pläne sehr gut. Gute Anbindung an S-Bahn und Öffis. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß. Kaum was zu sagen. Die Handtücher waren etwas klein :-)
• Anne (8/5): Bon plan dans la périphérie de Vienne - L'appartement est constitué de deux grandes pièces : un salon/cuisine et une grande chambre. Une salle de bain équipée d'un lave-linge forme une troisième pièce. Sans être dans le centre, ce logement est très bien situé grâce aux transports en commun vraiment proches. Le chauffage en décembre est très performant, le lit confortable et l'eau de la douche bien chaude. Un supermarché Billa est à deux pas de l'hébergement. Appartement très calme hors de la foule du centre. Un manque d'ustensiles de cuisine et un éclairage pas très efficace mais le propriétaire s'est engagé à y remédier dans les plus brefs délais.

• Claudia (8/5): As reveni c - The apartment is situated on the first floor, in a very nice and clean small building and a quite neighborhood. There is no elevator, as the building is only one floor high. It is very spacious, there is so much light (there were also blinds for sun), it looks exactly how the photos shows everything on Booking. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an Ikea furniture and we all love Ikea (I have the same back home), but we all know the fact that the Ikea furniture paint fades quickly, but again there is no problem, we liked it as it was, has always its charm. It is true that the shower cabin is old school, but again we had no problem with that also, as it worked perfectly and it was very clean, same was also the apartment. There were NO nasty smells, everything was ok. We received two coffees and two bags of tea and we used them gladly (although we were 3). Right in front of the apartment there is a bus station, very near by is a big Billa and other food stores and two garages for parking, although there are parking places right under the apartment's window. There is also a beautiful church right at 10 meters away from the main windows. The host was always very kind and gave us all kinds of requested information and responded quickly enough. He even suggested to stay more in the apartment as we initially agreed. The check in was easy. The tab water was impressively good and cold like natural spring water and this is availble in all Vienna, never drank anything better and the air was nice and clean. - We didn t see when we booked it that is 9 km away from the center. We drove every day to the city center and it took at least 35 minutes to get there on best traffic conditions and another 35 to return, even at 12 o clock at night. We only stayed for 3 nights, so I m thinking now that I would have pay more not to waste this time and fuel for the only two days for visiting Vienna. - the apartment is situated on a very small street, but unexpectedly busy. In order to have a pleasant sleep at night, an air conditioner machine and a mosquito net is needed. There was no car noise with the windows closed, but it was when we opened them for cooling even at night. The mosquito net it is also required for the flies during the day when you want some air into the room.

• Jean-simon (6/5): Had a lot of potential to be great but we made it work for the time being, overall we don’t regret being there - It was close to the bus stops and the railway stations It wasn’t that clean, the items in there for cooking wasn’t that well put together. Also the bathroom was a bit dirty.

• Konstantine (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a quiet church courtyard, there is a bus stop next to the house, one stop and you are at Sbahn station, in 15 minutes you are in the center at the main station of Vienna from there you can get to all the attractions of Vienna and the surrounding area.
