Róbert (8/5): - Nová praktická kúpeľňa, svetly priestor plný denného svetla v kuchyni, skromné ale účinné vybavenie kuchyne. Nové postele s príjemným matracom. Absentujúce závesy v spálni, prilepený papier na oknách v spálni mi prišiel za tú cenu pod úroveň, chýbal záves alebo žalúzie na reguláciu svetlá v izbe, inak tam bola stále tma. Kuchyňa disponovala slabým až chýbajúcim vybavením - nedostatok pohárov, tanierov a hlavne príboru. Na to, akú mal apartmán skvelú práčku, nebolo možné prádlo vyvesiť, keďže chýbal stojan alebo akýkoľvek špagát...okolie v areáli budovy a v spoločných priestoroch pôsobilo značne zanedbane.
René (4/5): - Am Anreisetag war die Wohnung noch nicht gereinigt, konnten erst nach diversen Telefonaten mit HomeRent für eine Nacht auf ein Ausweichapartment zurückgreifen. Die Mieter über der Wohnung waren teilweise bis in die Nacht sehr laut und an Schlaf war erst spät zu denken. Am Fernseher musste ich meine eigene Verlängerung verwenden, sonst hätte man den Fernseher nicht benutzen können.
Uwe (2/5): - Die Wohnung war für mich praktisch gelegen. Die Küche war in Ordnung. Das Bad hat fürchterlich gestunken. Bei der Matratze merkte man jede Feder. Es gab einen TV und eine kleine Lampe auf einem Hocker neben dem Bett.. Beides konnte man nicht anschließen, da keine Steckdose in der Nähe war. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Sturz in 1,85 m Höhe, an dem ich (1,95m) mir mehrfach den Kopf gestoßen habe.
