• Olha (10/5): - Everything was clean and tidy. Grocery stores and a bakery are nearby. Bus stop nearby. Lack of towels in the kitchen, dishwashing sponge.A few little things like tea, coffee, and sugar sachets would be a great addition.

• Katherin (4/5): Apartamento sucio - Buena conectividad, el anfitrión muy pendiente a nuestra llegada que fue en la madrugada. Estaba sucio, le informé al anfitrión, pero no hizo nada al respecto, dijo que hablaría con la empresa de limpieza al otro dia, pero no se si lo hizo. Había mucho polvo detrás de las puertas y veladores, la cocina estaba sucia, las llaves llenas de cal, el balcón muy sucio con colillas de cigarros, incluso una toalla mojada en la ducha y había ropa de huéspedes anteriores. Un lugar que podría ser bueno, pero se veía muy despreocupado y abandonado.

• Natalia (1/5): - Ничего Все. Грязные апартаменты, все сломано, нет никаких принадлежностей для ванной. Нет чайника, микроволновки. Душ сломан, раковина не сливает воду. Дыра в дверях, ручки дверные отваливаются, лампы ночные не светят. На кухне нет чистящих средств. Апартаменты вообще не были убраны, полы грязные- ходить невозможно. Клининг услуги на минус.
• Ardines (5/5): it was okay, but it definitely could have been better - Near a bus stop with easy access to the city center, and close to a bakery, shops, mini-markets, and supermarkets. The access control wasn’t working, and we had to wait almost 3 hours for someone to let us in. I understand it’s an incident that can happen, but it ruined our day because we couldn’t go anywhere with the luggage. There were hardly any restaurants nearby—only one, and it opened later than usual. The shower floor had black stains, the house was dusty and poorly cleaned, and it was clear that there wasn’t enough time to finish organizing some things. The balcony also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or used in months. Other than that, everything was fine.
• Yaron (9/5): A great stay in a non-touristy neighborhood, with easy access to the center - Great value for money, we chose this place because it was cheaper than staying in the city center, and the money saved went straight into great food and coffee! Since the area isn’t touristy, we found plenty of local spots to eat and have breakfast at local prices (like €1.20 for a cappuccino and €2.50 for a maritozzo). There are also two supermarkets within 50 meters, a bakery, and a bank nearby. Getting to the center was super easy, the 781 bus stop is just 100 meters away. You can tap your phone or card to pay (€1.50), and be in the city center in 10–15 minutes. The apartment has air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room, which was much appreciated. To reach the apartment from the airport, the closest train station is Trastevere. It's not very far, we walked to the apartment, but taking a bus is also an option. A few minor issues: there are no curtains on the windows, so because of the close neighbors, we had to keep the shutters closed. The bathroom door handle is broken, and the kitchen rug could use replacing as it’s quite dirty.
• Kriszta (4/5): Disappointing - Location is fine, not in the center as you can tell by looking at the map, but good access to the famous spots, nice residential area. Supermarkets, shops very close. The apartment was very dirty unfortunately. The shower pipe broken. The description mentioned that the apartment has a washing machine, which was outside on the balcony and could tell that it wasn’t used for a very long time, dirty, so we had to look for a laundry nearby. The 8. review the apartment has on booking is very misleading. Overall the apartment could be very nice after a deep and regular cleaning and some changes (especially in the bathroom)

• Brendan (9/5): Superb - The owner was extremely accommodating in letting me in at a very late hour. When I booked the place I thought it was the price because it was out a bit. However, once you get used to public transport it's a lot closer than I thought. For instance, one train stop to the Vatican. Walk or a short bus ride to St Paul's outside the walk. The bathroom was a bit tired but the rest was virtually new.

• Lefteris (8/5): Very good - The owner was very responsive, and the place looked very clean. The bathroom was decent but not perfect, it needed some attention such as the loose door handle and lime scale discoloration on the shower floor.

• Dejan (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice and clean, as well as the building. Near the appattment there are many restaurants and shops and two super markets. The location could be much closer to town, but the public transportation is pretty much close. We had a very unpleasant situation upon our arrival. The property manager did not answer our calls, neither our messages, even though we have checked with him his phone number the night before our arrival and informed him about the arrival time. He wrote that he will open the building door and send us the code for the apartment key box. But, we had to wait more than 90 minutes, expecting that we will have to sleep somewhere outside that building. But, eventually we got the code and entered the apartment. At the end, the property manager was very fair and wrote that he will pay taxes instead us, because of the mentioned incovenience.
