Clemens (10/5): Schönes Apartment in Rattendorf - Super Lage, schönes Apartment, kleine Sauna die man aufgießen kann. Super freundliche und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Im wesentlichen alles, was man sich als kleine Gruppe für einen Ski Urlaub wünscht.
Zeljko (10/5): - Komunikacija sa osobljem, jasne upute o preuzimanju ključa, opremljenost kuhinje, čistoća, odlučno grijanje, mir i privatnost Kupatila nisu imala sapun, svega jedna vrećica u tanti za otpad i broj rolni toalet papira dostatan tek za 2-3 dana boravka. Očekuje se da to sami kupite. Nedovoljna jačina rasvjete u cijelom objektu

Hela (8/5): - Ugodna drvena kuća, restoran u blizini, 3 min vožnje od glavne gondole. Ulaz u kupaonicu iz kuhinje, uzak ulazni prostor u kojem moraš dobro manevrirati ako uđe dvoje ljudi od jednom. Smrad smeća iz kontejnera.

Alles muss per Email oder Telefon geklärt oder erklärt werden. Die Ausstattung ist manchmal nicht mehr vollständig . Wie zum Beispiel, gab es nur noch 2 Suppenteller oder keinen Schöpflöffel. Bestimmt hätte man es reklamieren können weil freundlich waren Sie allerseits aber wenn die Suppe gekocht ist fehlt es einfach

Tassilo (8/5): - Sehr sauber übernommen! Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit Clovers. Mückengitter wären gut und ein kleiner Akku Staubsauger für zwischendurch. Fast alle Häuser waren leer, es wäre noch schöner gewesen, wenn wir mit den Kindern ein Haus neben dem Spielplatz und nicht an der Straße gehabt hätten.
Marlies (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in Rattendorf met ons gezin! - Heerlijk (nieuw) huisje. Ruime slaapkamers, heerlijke badkamer. Heel goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Prettige communicatie via de app met Clofers. Klein verbeterpuntje: de verlichting in het huisje was erg minimaal. Dat zou wat beter kunnen. Daarnaast zouden horren erg fijn zijn tegen het ongedierte.

Geen airco, erg warm in de nacht tijdens de warme periode. Vooral de kinderkamer met stapelbed, hier zit ook maar een klein raam in om te luchten.

Martin (7/5): It was generally nice and comfortable but the chalet felt it hadn’t been finished off properly - Good size dining table. Dishwasher. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. Location short drive from ski lift Lighting was poor/dimly lit especially in bathroom and kitchen area. No radiators to dry gloves. Radiator in bathroom didn’t work. No boot room for ski boots. Bedrooms were very sparse and basic. Only a wardrobe - no dressing table or side tables. Needed more mirrors. Kitchen area very small.

Lubos (5/5): Passable - The ski resort Nassfeld is very nice, the slopes are really brisk, the lack of blue slopes suited us. The location of accommodation is nice, it is really close to the slopes, the bungalow is new, clean, modern in design. There was an absolute absence of toiletries and kitchen utensils in the bungalow (no soap, kitchen towels, napkins, toilet paper only 1 roll, etc. ) even though it was promised in the description. The bungalow is actually very nice in design but terribly impractical. The whole place is almost dark even when you turn on the lights, the fridge is really miniature for a family of 4 for a week, quite a few necessary kitchen utensils are missing (vegetable peeler, teapot, only small cups available so you don't have anything to make more tea in, coasters, etc. ). I really haven't experienced such dull knives in the kitchen for a long time. The ski room is 100m away, where you can't lock your skis in a cupboard and you can't dry your skis. It is a ski shop like somewhere 30 years ago. Considering that the bungalow in our term cost 1900 EUR/week, the quality/price ratio is really very bad. Sorry.
Ewurth (9/5): Really nice and clean chalet in a good location - Everything is new and clean. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything going on in the chalet. Fortunately, it is located in a quiet place. Second thing - there are too many rules how to leave (clean) the chalet, but there was no information about where to throw the garbage away. Also, you have to separate garbage (plastic, paper, etc.), but there was only one plastic bag for it.
Richárd (3/5): Poor - Modern design, big and nice apartment. There is no noise insulation so you can hear every noise from upstairs. It is like living inside of a drum. Does not meet the minimum needs of living standardas.
Chiara (9/5): Great location, perfect apartments, friendly staff - Super easy. We received the code at 2pm although the check-in was scheduled for 4pm. The apartment was ready early so we were able to check in ahead of schedule.

Gabriella (10/5): Clean, well equipped chalets in Nassfeld - The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. It had enough space, we had a wonderful time. There is no supermarket nearby, you have to drive 10 minutes to get to Hermagor. You have to take a bus to the skilifts, but it works well. It is not a cheap accomodation, but very comfortable.

Tamás (5/5): it was far from "deluxe" - - nice living room - good restaurant in the building - very bad odor from outside: rotting, compost smell when opening the window - only one bathroom and one toilet for 8 people - lack of furniture in the bedrooms: one bed, one cabinet, that's all - be prepared to fill in a lot of unnecessary data in the app before arriving (it took me two hours to get and input all the ID cards' expiry dates, etc) - that could be done by the reception but there is no reception - therefore I had to write e-mails and make transfers every day to the Clofers admin instead of talking to someone and paying by card - one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, it is a dormitory without a normal window - it looks over the restaurant garbage - ordering sandwiches through the app did not work, my account was debited but no bakery was delivered in the morning - no shop in the village - no ski room

Zuzana (10/5): Would return again - The interier looks just amazing and it's very clean. I liked the option of buying bread and home products directly from the accomodation, although we haven't used it. The place is situated in a small village and it is very close to the cable car (we were on a skiing trip) - 5 minutes by car. Unfortunately, there were some smokers staying in the building with us and you could smell the smoke in the bathroom. However, that's not the fault of the accomodation. Surprisingly also, there was no soap for hands in the bathroom.

Jelena (9/5): Superb - The location is beautiful, peaceful, with lots of parking spaces around. The apartment is clean and new, spacious with a view on the mountains. Nassfeld skiing is very close, a few minutes by car. We had a great time here and hope to come back. Somethings are missing in the apartment, for example a pan and a hairdryer would be nice. Also, we recommend to put a soap in the bathroom and some paper towels in the kitchen. Apart from that, everything was great.

Tamara (10/5): Nice new apartment with easy check in. - it’s newly build apartment house with free parking. easy communication with reception by WhatsApp. you get pills for washing machine. there is a big storage room inside apartment. we needed baby cot and high chair and got it with small payment. there is no soup and hand towel in toilet room. you need to give 250€ deposit which is not stated anywhere on booking and is hardly within booking rules.
