Alles da, was man braucht Nur 2 kleinigkeiten: W-lan funktionierte leider nur im Wohnzimmer, kein Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches zum Ablegen im kleinen Schlafzimmer

• Youssef (7/5): Overall, the property is in a great location and very convenient, though with limited amenities and a slightly higher pr - Excellent location, very close to several beautiful beaches. Easy to find, which made arrival stress-free. Convenient parking available right in front of the property (limited spots, but street parking is also nearby). Only one air conditioner in the living room; bedrooms have fans instead. Just one set of towels provided per person. No cleaning service during the stay. Experienced quite a few mosquito bites (likely due to the area). Power went out briefly on the first night but came back quickly. A lounge bar across the street can be a bit noisy at night, especially if sitting on the balcony.
• Hugo (4/5): Very expensive for the quality delivered. Doesn’t worth at all. - The location. The apartment has very poor quality in general. Very bad mattress, the fan was damaged, WiFi didn’t work for three days, the kitchen furniture is very limited, microwave very bad quality.

You have all the facilities needed at the apartment, late check in if you take a late flight like we did. You can enjoy a beautiful meal at the terrace. Beach and sentrum is in walking distance. The apartment is super clean and have all you can need. I absolutely recommend this place, will easily come back again. Nothing

• Delapille (9/5): Appartement au top ! - L'emplacement est super, près de Cala d'or et juste à côté de la plage. Les stations de bus sont vraiment pas loin. Nous avons eu des serviettes propres à la moitié du séjour ! Le digicode pour récupérer les clés est super pratique. Grand balcon avec de très jolies couchés de soleil Manque de rangements dans une des chambres.

• eleonora492 (8/5): - L'appartamento è ben spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Gli asciugamani vengono sostituiti ogni 3/4 giorni, invece le lenzuola una volta a settimana. Le formichine per casa (soprattutto in bagno) e migliorare la qualità del cuscino e delle lenzuola.

We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable Just a heads-up — it’s better not to leave food out in the kitchen, as there are quite a few ants. We kept everything in the fridge.

• Thomas (8/5): Solid basecamp - Happy with stay and location for what it was in a zone of apartments, hotels, etc., with decent beaches around. Good balcony for evening sunsets. Car rental to zoom around the south of the island, 30 min to Es Trenc, for example, 60 min back to Palma. Generally prefer a bit more traditional and/or urban Spain of bodegas, caminos, playas and piscinas municipal. Mallorca seems fairly sanitised of this. Now we know.

• Arianne (7/5): Nice place close to lovely beaches - Nice place, about a 10 min walk from beautiful beaches. The balcony is lovely as it gets all the sun in the evenings. Beds comfortable and good kitchen facilities Frustrating having to rely on a phone to access the property as they don’t give you keys - the link to open the door didn’t work on my phone but for others in my group it did. Keep in mind and don’t let your phone run out of charge

• Wayne (5/5): Venue was okay but was fooled by the pictures have us believe there’s a pool and check out issue made our stay there dre - Air conditioning and fan was a plus. The toilet was smelly and appeared to have a leak at the base of the seat. The staff wasn’t great as their English was very limited and made communication nearly impossible. In addition there was an additional charge for tourism fee which seemed very unfair. I also requested and enquired about checking out late as we only arrived 11pm on the date booked which the property confirmed was okay before we arrived, however when we were there and enquired again I was fobbed off and told they never do late check out even though I got confirmation before we arrived. This created a lot of stress and anxiety and to be honest if they told me that before arrival we probably would’ve looked at alternative accommodation. Felt tricked and hard done by as our flight home was 11pm that night and had to leave at 10am. Never again!
