Guest Reviews
Siamo stati molto bene.
- Raress (10/5): - Appartamento molto bello e pulito!

- Nathan (8/5): Great stay especially if you don’t need a parking spot. - Loved the space! It was wonderful space. Owner was very helpful to get electric going. Air conditioning was fantastic! Close to everywhere we wanted to be. The parking is a nightmare! There is no parking for the apartment so if you’re driving own car, it is very difficult to find parking.
- Roshan (10/5): Feel home, relax - The apartment is spacious and clean. We had all the equipments we needed. Good air-conditioning, nice wardrobe, cupboards, very nice kitchen. The owner is reachable and she responded quickly. All the facilities mentioned in the site are correct. We felt like home.😊 The building is private and secure. We came for a convention, so when we come back again next year, we know where we will stay.
- Don (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aisha (9/5): So relaxing - The size of the appartament was perfect The bathroom water was damage
- Yuliia (9/5): Spacious and bright apartment - A very spacious, bright apartment. It has all the necessary amenities for cooking in the kitchen. location: a bit far from the tourist center. The apartment was a bit chilly (end of March).
- Maia (10/5): Exceptional - very comfortable ,It is quite a big apartment.
little bit far from center, but it was my choice , It is a very quiet area and bus station is near, so you can get metro very easy
- Pushkar0108 (10/5): Peaceful and comfortable stay - Kitchen and spacious rooms Washrooms were a little small
- Supriya (10/5): Amazing! - Very beautiful and clean
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - Very pleasent apartment, large, confortable and clean. Eqiupped for everything you need and more, e.g. washing maschine, dishwasher, owen, microwave...
From the apartment to the nearest bus stop is 5 min and next 10 min to the metro station.
I highly recommend.
- Haya (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (9/5): It was a large, very well equipped apartment that is close enough to the city but far enough to have leace and quiet as - A big and beautiful apartment. Everything you would need to cook and clean is there. We were there for three weeks so it was necessary to be able to cook and wash clothes and they have everything! Amazing oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and all the little things to cook or fry or bake etc.pots pans, glasses, dishes, tongs, Nespresso coffee machine kettle etc.
The bedrooms are big. The showers are a little narrow and tight like everywhere else in Italy really so that’s their normal. beautiful ten foot ceilings and plenty of storage and very well organized. some of the dressers and snd table are a little worn out cheap or broken but that’s being picky. if has electronic blinds with the touch of a switch.
It has a big terrace with a laundry machine and room to eat and dry your clothes etc. it has a nice view even though it’s low rise condo buildings all around you. there are even wild birds that come and feed on the acorns and other fruits from the trees (one of the pics shows this).
There’s a big mall just north of there (15 mins on bus) and many different buses that can go straight to a subway station or direct connections to Termini main train station.
I know I’m being a little picky but this place is really amazing and the person coordinating and welcoming us, Giulia, was very nice and accommodating and did everything she could to make it a great stay
You can see from the pics included, the room you have and the resources to make a beautiful meal and many supermarkets within five minute walking distance. Theres also an amazing Pizza place (piazza Moyda) and cafe and convenience markets literally outside the front gate. there’s also a Portinaio (door man, named Gino who is very nice and very helpful). The only few concerns that may not apply to anyone reading this is just that during the ‘in between’ times like April and May when it can still be cold at night there’s no heat in the apartment because something to do with the government and restricting heat?! I don’t know but it was a little uncomfortable and around 21-22 Celsius indoors so it was a little chilly during the day even and when trying to sleep. That may not be an issue for those who like it cool but in April and May even in Rome, it is still quite damp and there’s rain and a little uncomfortable. Go in June or July if that is an issue. I only say this because we had to sleep with sweaters and socks and multiple blankets and we are paying around 1200 euros per week so you have to make that judgment. there isn’t any direct sunlight and even though there are so many doors and windows it’s not that bright, again because it’s is ground floor and doesn’t get a lot of direct sunlight so it can’t heat up the place either. That might be great also when it is too hot in the summer, the apartment probably will stay cooler but it has full air conditioners everywhere anyway but it was not hot enough to see how well that worked so that’s for someone else to review. it really has everything you could possibly need.
It’s also about 45 mins to an hour on bus to the heart of the city but there are still quite a few restaurants and anything you would need within walking distance also. it’s a nice and safe neighbourhood and is mostly retired or professional condo type residences and is mostly quiet.
