• Gibson (1/5): Bad - Was denied entry on the day I was supposed to be let using this place without the owner cancelling or refunding through the app. They have not helped with any refund process. When asked for an explanation i was told they'd booked to other people using a different app. All in all, beware of scam. • Ian (1/5): Awful - Nothing, it doesn’t exist and they took my money. Booking.com ignoring me after telling them I was denied entry as it shouldn’t have been listed.

We drove for 4 hours to get there to be told we had no reservation. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! See above, when we arrived we were told there was no reservation.

• Dipika (1/5): Bad - I booked the apartment well in advance for the stay. Money was deducted from my card at the time of the booking. I sent the owner messages regarding arrival time but there was no response. On the day of our booking we drive to Glasgow we called and left several messages for the owner. No response. We contacted customer services who tried contacting owner too but no success. We arrived at the apartment and I checked my email to find my booking was cancelled. There was no explanation. We had to find alternative accommodation. Very unprofessional! If i would have give this a negative rating if there was one.

We phoned her and she informed us the booking had been cancelled and she had let the flat out to airbnb people instead for 3 nights. We then had nowhere to stay. She wouldn't let us in the property. • Patricia (7/5): Great little apartment for a short stay! - The apartment had everything you could need and the bed was very comfy. It is a bit out of the centre but has loads of shops and restaurants nearby and good transport links.
• Hayley (8/5): One night stay in cosy flat. - Plenty roadside parking and close to public transport. The flat itself is quiet and has what you need for a night or two. Bed was lovely and comfy and sheets were clean and cosy. Check in was super easy and the host was helpful with information. We would definitely come back for a future stay. I think the flat is great, it just needs a little tlc. Little things like glasses, scissors, a few extra pots and pans and a bin in the kitchen. Couldnt see them unless they were hiding well. Its a super wee flat, but i feel a little attention to detail and a good deep clean would make it even better.
