- Ben (10/5): Superb property in a stunning location. - Absolutely loved the location and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Although it's quite remote and Peterborough is a small town we still enjoyed the local restaurants / pub and the food was superb. We had a power cut in the night (nothing the owners could do as it was an outage in the street), it was rectified in the morning.

- John (5/5): This would be good/cheap for young groups but doesn’t work for older people. - The living spaces were great. It was clean and well-kept. Entry was easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very awkward and uncomfortable. Bathrooms make-shift, one in the laundry room, not near bedrooms.

- Hassan (7/5): Good - location was good Property needs serious renovations. Its at a perfect location and renovations would make it perfect. Everything was old and rustic. Kitchen area and the bathroom downstairs were very old. upstairs area was better.
