• Gabrielle (10/5): A spacious, modern and clean apartment that is a stone throw from the Colleseum - This is a spacious apartment in a central location that is close to main attractions, good restaurants and grocery shops. It is clean, has great amenities, and is a nice place to unwind and relax after busy days of exploring the city. Owner Angelo is prompt, attentive and kind - he offered to be available at all times and was able to assist at the drop of a hat. Nothing.
• OLIVIER (8/5): Bel appartement proche du Colisée - Appartement avec une terrasse très bien placé proche du Colisée dans un quartier animé. La Clim réversible qui fait chauffage mais qui au final chauffe principalement la chambre à l’étage. Du coup, on a chaud en haut et froid en bas en hiver. Ce problème ne se pose pas l’été.

• Claire (10/5): Fantastic apartment in an excellent location . A home from home . - The location of the apartment was amazing. A few short steps to the colosseum. We were met by Angelo upon Arrival who showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants in the area. And was on call if needed throughout our stay.great service. A favourite for us in the apartment was the terrace. A large area to relax after a long day. What a bonus . Will definitely stay again when visiting Beautiful Rome. The only small complaint is the pillows. Very thin . It didn’t spoil our trip at all. Just not our preference.

He goes above and beyond to accommodate and be helpful with recommendations and transfers. The apartment is in a quiet spot and an incredible location! The terrace is beautiful.
• Jeanette (10/5): Excellent location and apartment - The location was excellent a couple of minutes away from the colosseum, easy walk to the Roman Forum, about 15 min walk to Baths of Caracalla (must see) and lots of other sights of interest. Plenty of restaurants close by, the host recommended a nearby restaurant and it was so good we went twice during our short stay. Apartment has everything you need and the terrace is beautiful. Couldn’t fault it, the host was super friendly and responded very quickly to any request. Would highly recommend a stay here. Nothing it was a super stay.

There is a beautiful terrace belonging only to this flat. Minor things, that did not bother our overall experience

Very modern with all the features needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was the cherry on the cake. However, the thing that stood out for me was the service. Angelo and Valerio were extremely welcoming and helpful. They responded promptly and left no stone unturned in ensuring that we had a memorable stay in the Eternal City. Nothing.

• Hope (10/5): You Will Not Want To Leave - We are two parents traveling with two adult children. We travel a lot, and this has been our best stay ever! If you are traveling from another country and apprehensive about staying in an apartment instead of a hotel, have no worries. We were met at the door and shown all the features. The hosts Angelo and Valerio were attentive and helpful, replying immediately to our questions. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Super clean, newly remodeled, and should be in a design magazine. Stocked with bathroom and kitchen amenities. The coluseum, restaurants, and grocery were steps away. The outside patio was secluded and lovely for morning espresso. Very quiet at night despite being in the city. We didn't want to leave, but we will be back! Everything was perfect for us! Know the condo is a walk-up, not the best option if you have a problem with stairs.

The Colosseum is right out the door, many good restaurants less than a 5 minute walk, yet it’s quiet to sleep. Angelo is incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our first cup of coffee on the private terrace. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is perfect, next to the Colosseum and walking distance to Piazza Venezia. Good range of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. Our host was amazing, welcomed us on arrival, was always available and stored our luggage when we needed. He was of great help when we needed transport to the airport as we failed to book in advance, it was arranged even though it was Sunday.

• Louise (10/5): Very comfortable, clean and relaxing, - I loved the large terrace and the groovy lighting! We spent many mornings lazing under the shade chatting over coffee and toast. The air con was a life saver, nice TV screen and nice shower room. If I really had to be picky I would mention a few minor repair issues and no views, but this did not affect our enjoyment of the holiday. Host was very helpful and always on hand for advice if we needed it.

It’s such a pleasant experience for a fist time visitor to walk on the nearby street and be able to see the colosseum up close. There are multiple excellent restaurants and convenience stores as well as ice cream shops within walking distance. The apartment offers everything we need for a comfortable stay. It’s clean and conveniently equipped with the right amenities. Angelo is very attentive. He always answered our questions before our trip through WhatsApp or Bookings.com app quickly. It was such a warm surprise that he waited outside of apartment for our arrival and showed us around. Considering we didn’t even know exactly when we would arrive at the apartment ourself after the international flight he might have waited for a long time. Much appreciated!

Great restaurants all within a very short walking distance and a supermarket around the corner. What made it even more special was our host- Angelo Mazzi , the owner of the apartment.
