• Grazia (7/5): Ottimo hotel se escludiamo la colazione - Posizione ottima e bella stanza La reception si trova al primo piano, ho chiesto consigli per visitare la città e mi è stato detto che c'era ben poco da vedere. La colazione è terribile. Non funzionava la macchinetta del caffè, così lo staff l'ha aperta ed evidentemente non la pulivano da mesi (meno male che non funzionava o chissà cosa ci saremmo bevute). Non c'è scelta, decidono loro cosa mangi: un piatto con omelette (anche se erano state chieste delle scrumble eggs) con salsiccia e cetrioli. Ho chiesto qualcosa di dolce e mi è stata portata una torta palesemente confezionata. Non parlano inglese, quindi difficile comunicare. Sicuramente non è una colazione di un quattro stelle. Sarebbe meglio non offrire la colazione se fa abbassare così tanto la valutazione dell'hotel.
• Massimo (8/5): Posizione ottima per chi viaggia in auto. - Posizione centrale per visitare il centro storico senza restare imbottigliati nel traffico. Comodissimo il parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti l’hotel anche se è meglio riservarlo prima perché i posti sulla strada non sono molti. Stanza ampia e accogliente, luminosa, con una bella vista città. Non danno la bottiglietta d’acqua di benvenuto, ma soprattutto la colazione non è self service ma va ordinata al direttamente al cameriere, senza un menù per orientarsi.

• Matthew (8/5): Great location and comfortable rooms. - Was very modern clean and great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. They have their own on street parking, we parked a motorcycle and it seemed quite safe. No choice on breakfast, just given to you. If your vegetarian mention before.

• Silvia (6/5): Buona posizione, colazione da migliorare - La posizione dell’albergo è buona perchè è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal posto in cui partono le escursioni per visitare i dintorni, organizzate dai tour operator. La stanza era pulita e accogliente. Il set di cortesia è praticamente inesistente; la colazione non ha molta scelta, non c’era uno yogurt nè dolci. Solo salato. Abbiamo fatto colazione alle 9.30 e già erano finite molte cose. La colazione non è affatto al livello di un hotel 4 stelle.

• Evan (6/5): Ehhhhh. Find another place - It’s a relatively new and modern property. Super clean. Close enough to everything No warmth. No friendliness. No sense of culture. And I apologize to the Sunday morning desk clerk if I interrupted her social media scrolling . Forgive me. Even the whole check in process is strange. You enter through a first floor restaurant (where I was ignored) . So I am standing with my suitcase trying to figure the whole thing out and the bus boy was kind enough to point to reception on the second floor. Trust me. I have stayed at much more friendly places in shkuser and all through out Albania

• Grainne (8/5): Better rooms, service and breakfast than other hotels in the area. - The staff where really helpful and dealt with my requests. They ordered me a taxi back to the airport and kept in communication with me about the booking. I requested an iron and ironing board which wasn't available in other hotels and had those promptly sent to my room. While the reception staff were helpful the staff when entering the building through the restaurant on the first day were not. I think the guy may have just been having a bad day though, he was more than friendly and helpful the following day.
• Noor (9/5): Superb - The property is modern and comfortable. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The location is great, with a 4-minute walk from Kole Idromeno pedestrian street. Not much really. Maybe that breakfast was not more versatile.

In particular, Lydia was very informative and helped organise an excursion and transport for us. Patryck was very helpful, too. Thank you Our bedroom was through the living area, no window, felt a bit claustrophobic inside.

Only been open for 2 months b - The hotel was very well located, with it being less than a 5 minute walk from the main pedestrian street in Shkoder, as well as the central bus station. It was also a very modern hotel, unlike most in the area, with very nice, spacious clean rooms, and incredibly friendly staff. Special mention to Lidia at reception, who was very helpful and friendly, giving us lots of recommendations and going the extra mile to help us with all of our questions. We would definitely recommend. Slightly noisy at night in the room from the street, and didn’t like walking through the hotel restaurant to get to the reception.

There is parking available, it's in a great location, they catered for our dietary requirements (vegan) and the reception staff were so helpful and friendly! Would 100% recommend this hotel, we had a wonderful stay!
