• Elena (10/5): Рекомендую это место - Уютная квартира со всем необходимым, приятный интерьер , отличное местоположение , хорошие владельцы квартиры, мы бы вернулись Это скорее не минусы, а пожелание-стоит придумать систему с ключом, поставить кодовый замок или что-то подобное лестница узкая, если вы без мужчин и с тяжелым чемоданом будет немного сложно, но преодолеть придется один этаж

• stefano (7/5): Week end lungo a Siviglia - Ottima la posizione La cucina, non adeguatamente attrezzata: mancava la ventola di aspirazione, mancava lo scola stoviglie ed alcune pentole erano da sostituire. Il divano molto scomodo. Nessuna istruzione presente sulla città e ristoranti
• Marta (9/5): Udany pobyt ❤️ - Apartament przewyższył nasze oczekiwania :) Design miły dla oka, duża przestrzeń, sporo światła, świetna lokalizacja, cicha, a jednak blisko historycznego centrum i najważniejszych atrakcji. Kuchnia niewielka choć dobrze wyposażona i połączona z kącikiem jadalnym. Łazienka duża, choć przydałaby się lepsza wentylacja. Sypialnia z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem i miejscem do przechowywania ubrań oraz przestrzeń wypoczynkowa dla dwojga. Mimo zimowej aury w mieszkaniu było ciepło za sprawą klimatyzacji w sypialni i pokoju dziennym. Choć pewne elementy wyposażenia wymagały odświeżenia (niektóre gniazdka, kable, lampy), ogólne wrażenie było bardzo pozytywne. Jeśli wrócimy do Sewilli, z pewnością wrócimy do Unico Catedral. Prysznic zaprojektowany tak, że woda dostaje się na drewnianą podłogę – szkoda, żeby się zniszczyła. Sofa niezbyt wygodna, ale wystarczająca na krótki pobyt.

• Helena (10/5): - La estancia ha sido perfecta. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. El anfitrión nos facilitó el check-in, ya que llegábamos tarde, y fue muy atento y amable. Además, nos recomendó un sitio estupendo para cenar.

• Richard (9/5): Great location and comfortable. - Great location, quiet but close to Cathedral just a few minutes stroll away. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Recommend and we’d use again. Lightning in bathroom needed a bulb replacing but this was all.

• Juan Antonio (9/5): Cómodo y bonito - Prácticamente todo. La localización perfecta, el lugar limpísimo y encima es muy bonito. La cama es muy cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó fue que se me dijo a una hora que sería el checkin y cuando voy me dice que me tengo que esperar otra hora porque estaban limpiando. Simplemente eso, por suerte pude dejar las cosas en el piso e irme a dar una vuelta mientras tanto.

• theo (10/5): - L'appartement était très bien situé, dans une rue calme. Malgré 36° dehors lors de notre séjour et nous n'avons pas eu besoin de mettre la climatisation très longtemps car l'appartement semble bien isolé. Le linge sentait bon la lessive et les serviettes étaient douces c'était très agréable. Notre hôte avait même préparé des bouteilles d'eau au frigo pour que nous puissions nous rafraîchir lors de notre séjour. Tout était vraiment parfait, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

• Michael (10/5): Clean, spacious and close to Sevilla Historical Centre and - Good location close to the historical centre of Sevilla. Very large apartment and modern style. It was clean.
• Nicola (6/5): Great location , final tweaks needed ! - Excellent location in the old city. Apartment is new to Booking.com so final tweaks needed : bathroom spotlights out, bedroom heater not working, no curtain/ blind in sitting room for privacy, building materials left in apartment etc etc. I’m sure these are temporary issues so the apartment could be very nice once everything is fully finished off. As above . Normal pre-arrival communication was missing , ( a bit disconcerting as a new property !) so Booking.com HQ had to contact owner - and struggled to - for access arrangements day before arrival. Note: steep marble stairs ( no lift ) and no window in bedroom could be an issue for some.
