• Patric (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, sehr geräumig für zwei Personen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain und ist deswegen etwas dunkel. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung.

• Pekka P (10/5): Hyvä kämppä pienelle perheelle tai pariskunnalle - Viihtyisä 1 mh huoneisto lähellä metroa. Siisti, suht rauhallinen, kaikki saatiin toimimaan. Ottaisin uusiksi. Huoneiston toinen sänky (vuodesohva) eteisessä, metri ulko-ovesta, blokaten kulkumahdollisuuden ulos ilman nukkujan herättämistä. Ilmastointi vain makkarissa, mutta riitti +26 C lämmöillä koko kämppään. Sähkötyöt mielenkiintoisia esim. tiskialtaan alla.

• Frederic (9/5): - We spent 2 nights as a family of 5. The room perfectly did the job. The apartment is in a typical and beautiful roman building (don’t get fooled by the appearance from the street), on the half-underground floor, which ensured a cool atmosphere (nicely complemented by a very efficient air conditioner). Great location within reach of the main attractions, and close to the metro. The parking was a bit expensive (but I wouldn’t leave my car parked in the street in Rome…).

La casa è carina con due belle televisioni e una graditissima macchinetta del caffè. Ho gradito gli accorgimenti relativi agli odori. La struttura non era pulitissima. Il divano letto non è assolutamente adatto ad ospitare due ospiti aggiuntivi. È piuttosto vecchio
• Rédei (7/5): - A szállás elhelyezkedése szuper helyen volt, távol a turista sokaságtól, de elèrhető távolságra a látványoságoktól. Kényelmes a kialakítàsa kb. 3 főnek. Mi 4-en voltunk, felnőtt gyerekeinkkel, így a bejáratnál található kanapé ágy nem volt praktikus. Ráadásul szinte a bejárati ajtóban van, a lépcsőház zaja nagyon behallatszott.

• David (8/5): Excelente apartamento en Roma - El apartamento es perfecto para un grupo de 3-4 personas y esta completamente equipado. La localización es perfecta, cerca del centro y al lado de una parada de metro. Además es luminoso y la cama muy cómoda. El host es muy amable y nos dejó unas pizzas porque llegamos muy tarde del aeropuerto. La ducha no tragaba bien el agua pero me imagino que sería una cosa puntual y se lo hicimos saber al host para que lo solucionara. El sofa-cama no está mal pero no es tan cómodo como la cama y los muelles sonaban mucho.

• Marina (10/5): Siamo stati molto bene anche per la zona comoda e centrale - Personale gentilissimo, appartamento molto confortevole, cucina fornita di tutto.
• giuseppe (10/5): - Cordialità del proprietario, persona davvero squisita e gentilissima, l'hotel è a 200 metri dalla metro fermata re di Roma che si collega con Roma Termini in poche fermate. l'appartamento e' ben rifinito e molto accogliente. Eccellente la pulizia della casa. Letto molto comodo (ovviamente è molto personale come cosa). Cucina ben accessoriata con stoviglie macchina da caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde, piano a induzione. Il propietario ci ha accolto con dell'acqua fresca in frigorifero e delle bottiglie di birra e una bella bottiglia di vino. Se tornerò a Roma sicuramente contatterò la struttura per pernottare li. Consigliatissimo Nulla
• andreas (7/5): - The location was the best asset of the room. It is located exactly 2 minutes by feet from the nearest metro station Re di Roma, which is a station with the main line. The area is live and there are many places to eat or shop. The room itself was spacious and had all the you needed. The welcome person was polite and helpful. The price comparing to the room quality. The room is in -1 level BUT there are windows to a small backyard with a lot of green. Also we were not allowed to check out a little later unfortunately, so we had to stay all day on the road ( afternoon flight back). Last and most important, the room need a refurbishment. The couch-bed needs to be thrown away and get a new one. The same for all windows and door. Very very old stuff, that are not very secure.

L'appartamento, posto al piano seminterrato, con una bella vista su un cortile interno, è arredato bene, in stile moderno. • Berthe (5/5): Ondermaats - De ligging kort bij metro en voldoende restaurants. - Het appartement ligt in een kelder die men bereikt via een zeer vuile trap naast een even vuile liftkoker. - Het appartement was onvoldoende goed gepoetst (stof op de sofa en de bovenkant van de badkamertegels, etensresten op de grepen van de keukenkasten, achterkant toilet niet gepoetst). - Het bed is veel te zacht. - De muren en het plafond zijn van karton. Net boven het appartement ligt een ander vakantie-appartement waar het de hele week een komen en gaan was van huurders die op onmogelijke uren aankwamen en vertrokken en met meubels begonnen te schuiven, waardoor er veel lawaai-overlast was. - Er is amper plaats om langs het bed naar de kleerkast te lopen. - De kleerkast is slordig geverfd en onhandig. De bovenste kledinghanger is onbereikbaar, tenzij men minstens 2 meter groot is. - Het behangpapier is aangebracht zonder enig respect voor de tekening. - De doucheruimte is zeer klein. - Het keukengerei is rudimentair en de kastjes hangen scheef in elkaar. Er is enkel een vuile vod en een afdruiprek maar geen keukenhanddoek. - Het koffiezetapparaat is merkloos. Na het opmaken van de aanwezige capsules, hadden we het raden naar welke capsules we moesten kopen. Wij begrijpen niet dat dit appartement veel goede reviews heeft. Behalve dat het er door de kelderligging muf en claustrofobisch is, is het overduidelijk dat het snel, snel is klaargemaakt voor verhuur met minimale inspanning en slechte materialen en het zal dan ook zeer snel aan vernieuwing toe zijn. Wij waren daar als koppel en we willen ons niet beginnen in te beelden hoe het er met 4 of 5 personen zou geweest zijn!
• Irina (8/5): Posizione eccellente per visitare Roma - Posizione eccellente, casa dotata di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno comodo. La zona è ricchissima di locali, ristoranti, metro a 2 passi, negozi. Il check-in è stato facile e ben spiegato, proprietaria di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Il wifi abbastanza scarso e la rete non prendeva bene, essendo l’appartamento situato ad un piano interrato, era difficile se non impossibile parlare al telefono dalla casa.

• Bauer (10/5): Die Wohnung war sehr sehr gut! - Die Wohnung war perfekt. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Ein- und Auschecken war äußerst problemlos. Ruhige Lage, gute Bus- und Bahnanbindung und sehr nette Gastgeber.

Mycket trevlig värd som mötte upp oss. Lägenheten hade allt vi önskade. Bäddsoffan var placerad i hallen vilket gjorde att det inte gick att gå ut när den var nedbäddad.

• Valentina (7/5): Decent - Curățenia și felul în care erau mobilate bucătăria, baia și dormitorul. Am apreciat, de asemenea, faptul ca am avut aparat de cafea și capsule pentru el. Am fost dezamăgiți pentru ca am ajuns la cazare la ora 10 PM, iar cheile nu erau în locul indicat. Am trimis mesaj pe numărul cu care am ținut legătura, însă mesajele nu se primeau, așa ca am hotărât să scriu pe booking - moment în care am primit răspuns. După 10 minute de așteptare, am intrat în posesia cheilor. Am intrat în casă și am avut parte de alte “surprize”. Pilotele nu erau băgate în cearșafuri, așa ca ne-am ocupat singuri de asta. Canapeaua din hol (pentru ca acolo este) scârțâie și este ruptă. În casă, dacă nu se lasă un geam deschis, miroase a canal. În ultima seară petrecută aici, s-a luat curentul pentru ca am folosit uscătorul de păr și fierbătorul în același timp. Am scris și mi s-a răspuns foarte repede. Apartamentul se află la demisol, iar în curtea interioară a blocului este o grădină plină cu flori. Nu am avut parte de cea mai bună experiență și nu aș reveni aici.

• Cristian (10/5): - Appartamento in ottima posizione con fermata metro vicino, molto confortevole e pulito. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
• Heike (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Rom, sehr gut ausgestattet, zentral gelegen. - Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, die Vermieterin hat direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite in einer Garage einen sehr sicheren Parkplatz vermittelt (leider sehr teuer, aber das ist im Stadtzentrum kaum anders machbar). Super einfacher Kontakt zwecks Schlüsselübergabe, auch sonst stand die Vermieterin für Fragen immer sofort zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung (liegt im Souterrain) ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Alles da, was man braucht! Metro in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Lateranpalast (10 min) und Collosseum (25min) etc. auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Bett war für uns leider viel zu weich (ist aber möglicherweise eine sehr subjektive Sache) ... Sonst alles perfekt!
• Piotr (9/5): - Bardzo miła i szybka odpowiedź na zapytania. Elastyczność jeżeli chodzi o godziny. Przylatywaliśmy rano, zapytaliśmy o możliwość pozostawienia bagażu i nie było z tym problemu. Na wieczór przed przylotem okazało się wręcz, że apartament czekać już gotowy będzie dla nas o rana. Sam apartament czysty, zadbany, pachnie świeżością. Widać, ze nie dawno był dopiero przygotowany pod wynajem. Nowoczesna łazienka. Stacja metra w pobliżu bardzo ułatwia poruszanie sie po Rzymie. Osobiście byliśmy zadowoleni. Biorąc pod uwagę ceny w Rzymie stosunek ceny tego apartamentu do jakości pozytywny. Sofa na zdjęciu jest w przejściu więc jak podróżujecie grupą i jest was 4 trzeba ja skladać. Nie jest to problem, ale mała niedogodność. Trochę trzeszczy i skrzypi. Główna sypialnia była OK. Kuchnia malutka, natomiast też nie stanowi to problemu jeżeli przyjechaliście na zwiedzanie i stołujecie się na mieście, co szczerze polecam. Otwieracz do wina na wyposarzeniu ;-)
