- Johannes (4/5): Gefrustreerd - Het uitzicht Oud hotel/ 95 % GEEN internet op de kamer/ airco niet regelbaar/ onvriendelijk personeel/ handdoeken vertoonden duidelijk sporen van gebruik/ zwembad met maar 22 graden/ daar geen handdoeken beschikbaar (moesten daar dus handdoeken meebrengen van de kamer wat maakt dat je na het douchen geen droge handdoek meer had !! Besluit : maximum 2 sterren !!!!

- Akulich (8/5): 1. Отремонтировать все мелкие неисправности в номерах, это очень сильно улучшит впечатление об отеле. 2. Заменить изноше - Хороший персонал на ресепшен, достаточно свежие номера. Хорошее расположение. Номера новые, но как будто за ними слабо следят, болтающиеся ручки, крючки для одежды, держатели полотенец и туалетной бумаги. Нужно всего 10 минут работы и все будет ощущаться намного лучше. Чистые но уже повидавшие жизнь полотенца, на мой взгляд пора обновить, попадались даже с дырками. Слабый завтрак, только растворимый кофе с автомата. Спа салон, твердый минус. Очень маленькое помещение в котором сидит женщина за столом и постоянно на вас смотрит, ощущение что ты ей мешаешь смотреть телевизор, расслабиться не возможно вообще. Лежаки старые. Бассейн с холодной водой, маленький, плавать не возможно. В парной комнате не приятный запах и отклеенная мелкая плитка, она просто лежит на полу и по виду лежит так очень давно. Турецкая баня (хамам) только за отдельную плату

- Thomas (5/5): Alright but will not be coming back - Provision for breakfast My daughter staying in the other hotel was not allowed to come into my room- which was very frustrating even though I could go and sit in her hotel room down the road. The space was very compact and my room was on the road- noise of the cars - people talking. The promised balcony was just a window sill. Also the curtains did let the light - which I struggle with when sleeping

- David (9/5): Fantastic hotel - The room was very nice and clean; they cleaned it and changed the towels every day. The hotel offers a free spa, which includes a small sauna, a steam room, and a small pool. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a huge selection of both sweet and savory options, and the staff prepares fresh eggs to order (omelets, etc.). The hotel staff is very pleasant. The downside was the lack of power outlets—there isn't any outlet by the desk. Also, you cannot regulate the room temperature yourself.

- Elena (9/5): - The location is very comfortable, close to the sights, to tram, to the port, the street is not too noisy. Beautiful view from the top terrace. The room was spacious enough. Friendly breakfast staff. Tea/ coffee, water in the room. WiFi with registration. During check-in no information about wellness. It would be better to have more Turkish food for breakfast.

- kadija (7/5): Petite séjour - Hotel propre, la chambre qu'on a eu était très agréable pour une famille 2ch séparée. Petit déjeuner très peu de choix après 2 jours on s'ennuie. Pisicne trop petite et tres froide . Mes filles n'ont pas pu en profiter malheureusement. Sdb assez vétuste, pas assez de lumière dans la chambre.

The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was the same everyday, not a lot of variety they didn’t have grill to heat bread. Would stay there but without breakfast.

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, ABER an zwei Tagen war Obstsalat aus Orangen verdorben. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Servicekraft dies nicht anerkennen wollte. Der Kaffee war praktisch ungenießbar und erinnerte eher an dünnes schwarzes Wasser als an Kaffee. Insgesamt enttäuschend und keineswegs auf 4-Sterne-Niveau.

- IVANA (6/5): Overall it was good, apart from the noise that messed up the whole experience. - Pleasant staff, good location, 3 stations away from Sultanahmet. It was clean. Breakfast was decent. We had a room next to the street and it was extremely loud, no soundproofing and there was cold air coming from balcony door. Also, when the heating is on, the noise of the AC was really high, so if you want to leave the heating and go to sleep- mission impossible.

- Agnethe Smith (5/5): Helt greit hotell med god beliggenhet - Helt greit hotell. God beliggenhet. Bra med takterrasse. Store gode rom. Pusset opp på overflaten, men bar preg av slitasje og dårlig vedlikehold (håndtak vindu, dusj, spa-avdeling ventilasjonsrister etc). Ikke veldig hyggelige, blide eller imøtekommende ansatte. Kjedelig frokost.

- ANDRADA (8/5): Great Stay in Istanbul - The breakfast was good, the room was spacious and clean and we really liked the sea view; we wanted to walk to all the important attractions and we did so; getting from the hotel to Grand Bazaar (10 min by foot) and to Blue Mosque / Hagia Sofia (aprox 15-20 min). The breakfast could sometimes offer more traditional sweets, for the turists that appreciate.

- Ευαγγελία (8/5): Καλη σχεση ποιοτητας - τιμης - Καλη τοποθεσια , πολυ κοντα σε σταση τραμ, κοντα σε μαγαζια και ασφαλης. Εξαιρετικο πρωινο με εναλλαγες και πολλες επιλογες. Ανετο δωματιο για 4 ατομα , διχωρο. Καθε μερα εφερναν 4 μπουκαλακια νερο! Ωραιο το spa , αλλα μικρο και η πισινα ηταν κρυα. Ασφαλης χωρος αποσκευων. Υπηρχε μονο μια καρτα για το δωματιο και δεν ηταν βολικο , ειδικα για εμας που ημασταν 4 ατομα. Λειπει απο το δωματιο καλαθακι για σκουπιδια.
- Czako (8/5): Engem nagyon megérintett a környék, ha visszatédek Isztanbulba, szívesen választanám ezt a szállodát - Nagyszerű környék, minden a közelben. A reggeli mindig változatos, bőséges, és nagyon finom. Az úszómedence vize nagyon hideg volt, nekem a szauna után, merülő medenceként funkcionált. De összességében elegedettek voltunk.

- Taylor (6/5): Wasn’t amazing but did the job - Great location, perfect for a weekend stay. Clean. Rooms are quite small. The windows don’t close so it was very noisy at night. The spa is very very small and the pool is freezing.
