• Eileen (9/5): Good property with lovely aspect - Clean. Quiet. Lovely view of river. Last minute booking, just for 1 night. A good property which would recommend. A little awkward to find, google maps maybe? Was at contraband festival and river crossing stopped far too early and opened late in morning. Although not issue with accommodation the river boat left us stranded on Portugal side after telling us he was running till much later. We were lucky to find a local guy who took us over.

• Paul (7/5): Great facilities but cold in parts. - The apartment was almost brand new with everything you need including washing machine and even the all important iron. There is an amazing terrace area with beautiful views of the surrounding area including river. My only issues were that the bathroom was freezing cold and desperately needs a heated towel rail or similar especially as the weather wasn’t warm when I visited and the bed was a bit short for me which is a minor concern. Apart from that, I’d recommend it for a summer stay especially so you can enjoy the terrace and the pool that is next door to the apartment.
• Darina (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous well located apartment, very clean and comfortable. The contact person was very helpful and easy to connect with. The only thing to watch out for is to ensure you have registered before you get there to code the gate and door codes. The site for registration wasn't easy and I eventually managed, easier to do this before you leave from home. Also it's an apartment so bring what you need food or drink wise. Shops may not be open depending on day or time.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - Great big terrace facing the winter sun and with lovely view of town, windmills, church and river. The flat was also wonderfully quiet. The apartment (No 12) was very big but with just one window downstairs, where the bedrooms are, so feels like a bit of a cave. Some furniture to put things on in the bedrooms and bathroom would be welcome, as would an electric kettle. But all is fresh and bright and working fine.

• Clare (10/5): Relaxing stay, in a beautiful apartment! Great value for money. - Fantastic property, clean and well presented. To improve my stay the following items would have made it more comfortable; a kettle, it was lovely to have a coffee machine but for tea drinkers you need a kettle. Mirrors, the only mirror I. The apartment was in the bathroom, which steamed up and of there are multiple people staying it is impossible to do your hair and makeup. It was also confusing on check-in the first door had a metal key lock and it took us a while to understand there are two doors to the apartment, both on separate floors. The staff on the phone were not helpful as they could not speak English.
• Sara (10/5): Perfect location over calm Guadiana - Little adorable town with great views. The apt is located well into the heart of town and close to supermarket/restaurants available. All very clean and cozy. Because our apt was the furtherst from the pool was the only without wi-fi service in the pool área.
• Lisanne (7/5): Comfortable, great location but no private pool - The apartment was spacious, light, clean and equipped with all comforts. The small balcony has a beautiful view on the river. A slight deception was that the pool, which is referred to as a private swimming pool several times on the page, is shared with the guests of the other six apartments. Maybe a bit naive of me to think for this price you have a private pool, but still 'private' has another definition to my knowledge. Just a recommendation: seen there’s no service desk, a welcome book with some handy instructions, tips and house rules would have been nice. We really enjoyed our stay nevertheless.
