• ALDA DE ALMEIDA E (10/5): Excelente experiência.. proprietário atencioso, apartamento ótimo. - A localização é excelente, pois a praia de Peracanga fica a poucos passos do edifício. Piscina maravilhosa.. apartamento amplo, com elevador, varanda com vista para o mar, chuveiro ótimo, cozinha equipada, produtos de limpeza, 2 vagas de garagem coberta. Há cadeiras de praia disponíveis, ótimo Wi-Fi. O ponto alto é o proprietário, Sr. Elias, que é muito atencioso. Não é uma crítica, mas sugestão: deixar mais vasilhas tipo tupperware na cozinha… isso ajuda muito. E, se possível, um microondas.

Localização é a melhor. 2km de super mercado SUPERMIX, perto de pequeno empório a 4 quadras, sorveteria a 300 metros, restaurante self service na frente do prédio. Ar condicionado novo, Limpeza e mobilia satisfatória. O anfitrião é um sujeito que vale a pena!!! Gente da melhor qualidade, atencioso e preocupado em agradar o tempo todo, o maluco me mandava mensagem 2:00 manhã pra saber se estava tudo bem e se colocando a disposição. • Aparecida (1/5): Very good location but the place isn’t ready to be let - There wasn’t breakfast provided. We made ourselves More organised with the key delivery as we had to wait after a long trip and the receptionist would not give us the until we called the owner with wasn’t available at first. Beds weren’t made and there wasn’t enough linen for all the beds and no enough pillows. Host was very attentive e bought some new ones but wasn’t washed and they smelled as a new sheet does. The floor was very dirty and also the kitchen.
