• Denny (5/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt und ruhig, Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und hätte Poential gehabt. Wir konnten die Koffer vor dem offiziellen Check In in der Wohnung abstellen. Wir kamen nicht in dss Gebäude rein, da die Technik nicht funktionierte. Auch der Kontakt über WhatsApp war schlecht und die Hilfe wäre 4h zu spät gekommen. Zum Glück haben uns freundliche Nachbarn reingelassen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung funktionierte. In der Wohnung roch es modrig. Wir bemerkten schnell große feuchte, schimmlige Stellen hinter der Küche unter der Spüle, welche für den Geruch verantwortlich waren. Zudem war der Siffon beim Waschbeckenbad defekt, sodass es hier immer tropfte, wenn man das Wasser aufdrehte. Für den Preis eine Frechheit. Da wir nur 2 Nächte ds waren, haben wir hier nicht reparieren lassen, aber alles gemeldet.
• Starčević Ožbolt (9/5): Odlicno! - Čisto,udobno i tiho! Prvi ulazak u apartman je vrlo kompliciran i prvi ulaz nismo niti uspjeli otvoriti nego je neki stanar ulazio i otvorio.Kada dodjete do kljuceva,sve je super!
• Tom (7/5): Confort et propre. Mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire et pas de réelle prise en charge - Établissement calme, loin de la rue donc aucun bruit de voiture. Le lit est confortable et l’appartement est propre. Une odeur un peu bizarre en rentrant (mélange désodorisant + tabac), l’évier de la salle de bain coule sous le meuble. Difficulté à rentrer dans le logement, on a du appeler l’assistance à plusieurs reprises qui nous a demandé de sonner chez des voisins pour avoir accès à l’immeuble. De plus tous les messages sont générés par une IA, les réponses sont souvent inutiles ou peu adaptées à la situation.

• Petulia (8/5): The flat is great and location lovely but the customer service is horrid. - The instructions were incorrect. I was with a Spanish friend who tried to help by calling the office, but even they could not figure out the entrance so they just asked me to "buzz someone and ask them to let me in". It was pouring rain and I had my bags, so this was not ideal. After trying and waiting and finally managed to ask someone in the building to let me in. I had to do the same for the second door. I tried contacting the office using the WhatsApp concierge service but they didn't answer any of my messages. I finally got in 1 hour after my originally scheduled time.
• CLAUDIA HAITZELL (9/5): Apartamento bien ubicado, limpio ,confortable y con todo lo necesario!! - La localización del apartamento, muy céntrico y cercano al casco antiguo. La limpieza integral y el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario.⁸ Que al filtrar la búsqueda ,el apartamento aparecía con servicio de parking, que en realidad no era así, pues contaba con un descuento para reserva de parking, a 5 km de este.

Non c'è possibilità di fare asciugare indumenti bagnati

• Alessio (5/5): C'è da migliorarsi....e tanto - La posizione dell'appartamento ed il letto molto comodo. Purtroppo nell'appartamento non c'erano pentole. Ho chiesto anche il perchè ma non mi è stata data alcuna risposta. Ho dovuto comprare 2 pentole per i fatti miei. Anche la comunicazione con il gestore non sempre è stata facile perche inizialmente si deve parlare in chat con l'intelligenza artificiale che molte volte non sa dare risposte e rimanda al team che risponde con piu calma. Se avete una macchina il posto in zona non si trova ma solo nei parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo che non è tanto economico. Inoltre avevo chiesto la possibilità del ceck out alle 13 ma mi è stato risposto che dovevano fare le pulizie e quindi dovevo uscire alle 11. Sono dovuto rimanere improrogabilmente fino alle 12.30 con i bagagli fatti in poltrona e non è arrivato nessuno. Grazie

Avoid this property - Nothing.... after the convoluted and complicated process, the management company, which is very hands-off, did not respond to me for 2 hours, as I sat outside in the torrential rain, with my luggage before I could enter the property....... As a result I missed the tour I had booked........Multiple calls and texts and emails to the management company were completely ignored...... and they still have not responded to me After the management company was unresponsive causing me big delays, it ruined my vacation in Seville
• Schirin (8/5): Nice flat in the middle of Triana - Clean and comfortable I didn’t realise at the time of booking that the flat was in an apartment complex. (My oversight.) The walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the surrounding flats.

The apartment was great; nice size bedroom, kitchen and living area. Very nicely decorated. Loved having a washer in the unit. Would absolutely stay here again.

The kitchen and interior are clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended! The key pick-up location is a bit far. The chair in the bedroom was quite dirty — I would recommend cleaning it. There was also a strong odor when we first entered the room, though it got better later on.

Bed was very comfortable. Good ventilation. The towels are very nice. Quick walk to main dining etc. Walk across the bridge to Seville. Triana market very close. Triana is a great place Was a bit hard to find in the beginning but Daniel was there to meet us. The plus was having an elevator. Might mention there is a buzzer on the ground floor by the door to get out. One of the residents helped us and another one by the gate.
• Penelope (6/5): Great location but no frills - Brilliant location. Really quiet but 15-20 minutes walk from almost everything. The people running the apartment are really lovely and very responsive. The apartment is super basic. No milk for coffee, no bottled water etc. Wouldn't have liked it for a longer stay but we were hardly there as sight seeing. Checking in to the apartment is like an escape game. 16 minute round trip to get the keys when we arrived at 9pm, not as fun as it sounds.

• Ioana (10/5): Nice apartment, good location. - It’s a really beautiful place, very accessible from the city center (around 20 min walk), lots of nice coffee shops and bars around, the place is big, nicely decorated, big bathroom and comfortable bed. A big plus are the quality towels. I would book again. The bed is a tiny bit small. Also, the neighbor below snores very loudly and you can definitely hear him, so if you are light sleeper or you don’t want to be disturbed probably you should choose a different option or have ear plugs ready. I had to sleep with ear plugs both nights. Maybe it would be a good idea, given the situation, if the apartment would provide them.

Spacious and comfortable place to stay for a couple. Due to a neighbor smoking, the air-conditioning ducts carried the smell of smoke into the apartment.

• C (9/5): Perfect! - Perfect location in a quiet area in Triana. Very cozy, very clean and spacious. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. All electrical appliances well functioning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Magno Apartment. We would definitely return! The sofa smelled a bit funky. The elevator didn't work when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor but it was fixed later on.

Sofia our host met us at the entry and explained how everything worked including (kitchen, wifi, air con). The rooms were spacious, the apartment quiet, the furniture modern, the mattress super comfortable. The location was also great, at the end of a quiet alley off a main street of Triana, close to shops, restaurants and a 10-15 minute walking distance to the centre of Seville across the bridge. The apartment's furnishings are spotless, and it is furnished with everything you need. We will most definitely return to Sevilla and stay in this lovely apartment. Nothing.
• Robert (8/5): Clean, spacious and well equipped but key pickup could be improved - The apartment is modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and includes everything you need for a short stay. The location is just across the river from the main sites and walkable to key locations including the bull ring, Cathedral and Alcazar. The key pickup arrangements were poor. We were not given any clear directions to the apartment and, when we arrived, there was no one there. Although we were running about 15 minutes behind the time we said we'd be there, we hadn't been told that if we were running late we needed to call anyone. After we called to let them know we'd arrive we were left waiting outside for more than 30 minutes (it was cold!). Also, we weren't able to leave our bags anywhere and ended up having to pay for a locker (15 euros!).

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Very modern and spacious apartment. Location is close to a lot of restaurants and not too far from a bus stop. Overall a very good experience and value for money. It would have been nice to drop our bags off at the property as we couldn’t do an early checkin, but that wasn’t possible.

• Jenozen (10/5): The location is great, the accommodation is clean, and the neighborhood is nice. - The apartment was awesome and the neighborhood was nice and local. It's within walking distance to the city, but not in the heart of tourist areas. You can actually feel like you're experiencing the true Spanish culture because of the location of the apartments, while still being able to do "touristy" stuff.
