• Mathilde (1/5): l’hôtel aurait dû être fermée en raison des gros travaux de rénovation - l’accueil du personnel était très bien, et très compréhensible le lave linge gratuit le logement était sale, gros trou dans le plafond de la salle de bain, de la rouille partout au sol, le tapis très sale l’hôtel entièrement en travaux avec de la poussière partout ( donc du bruit des 8h) on a pas été prévenu qu’il n’y avait donc pas de petit déjeuner en raison des travaux climatisation défectueuse dommage car je pense que ça pourrait être un tres bon hôtel
• Nimesh (3/5): - Flight got delayed so we had to check in at around 2.30am. Staff was accommodating. We had booked breakfast inclusive rooms. However after we checked in we were told that property is going through renovations and they can't serve breakfast. We had to run around for breakfast. Then at checking out their Eftpos machine was not working and they have asked me to do the payment to their bank account.

• Łukasz (7/5): Nie jest źle ale mogło być lepiej. - Czysto w pokojach. Niezła lokalizacja. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Brudno na korytarzach i windzie. Śniadania na dachu hotelu. Jest tam bardzo mało miejsca. Brak posiłków w postaci bufetu. Śniadania są podawane do stolika i jest mały wybór. Klimatyzacja działała tylko w pokojach, na korytarzach było bardzo gorąco. Niby żaden problem ale fakt jest faktem.

• Ruby (10/5): Great value for money hotel with amazing staff! - The location was great. It was very easy to get a grab from here. The breakfast on the rooftop was such a nice touch! The staff were so lovely too, Jenny in particular was really welcoming and helpful. It was a great touch to have a smart TV with netflix & youtube too. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, stains on the taps and lid of the toilet but these are minor things really.

A special shoutout to Jenny at the front desk for being so cordial and always excited to chat with us about our adventures. The guys taking care of the rooms and running breakfast on the roof are so awesome as well! We genuinely love coming to stay here and can't wait to be back again soon.

We stayed here 2 nights before we traveled to Dalat and Nha Trang amd wa - Location- short distance bia motorbike to city centre Value for money- room was spacious. Basic bathroom facilities, not fancy but good enough if staying for only few nights Staff- attentive staff and helpful with queries. Breakfast- it was basic but good enough. Generous serving of fruits. For the price we paid was quite happy with our stay.

• Catalin (3/5): It's an ok budget option if you don't have high cleaning standards - It was quite cheap, the air conditioning was functional - It was not very clean, the bedsheets were not changed before arrival, they did not clean up the room during our 3 nights stay - There is mold in the bathroom - The air-conditioning blows directly to the bed, it's hard to sleep with it on but it gets too hot to sleep without it.

Besser als dort ein einfaches in der Relation teures Zimmer zu nehmen. Kostenloser Wäscheservice bis zum nächsten späten Vormittag. Ca. 1,5 km zur Oper, Start hopp on hopp off bus Frühstück nur bis 9.00 Uhr, aber das ist meist in Vietnam.

• Julia (7/5): Kleines Hotel etwas außerhalb den Zentrums - Das Hotel liegt etwa 25 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein aber sauber, aber man muss sich genau die Beschreibung durchlesen, dass es kein Fenster hat. Dafür eine weitere Tür, die sich nach außen in einen Treppengang öffnen lässt. Man kann sie von innen absperren und sie sollte dann geschlossen sein. Für einen längerfristigen Aufenthalt ist das Zimmer nicht gedacht, aber wer viel unterwegs ist und nur was zum Schlafen sucht, absolut ausreichend. Frühstück gibt es auf der Terrasse

• Karolina (10/5): A decent place to stay - Very lovely and helpful staff at the reception. The hotel is in a safe location near the police station, but it’s a bit far from the city center, so we had to use Grab most of the time. We booked two rooms: one had a very big window with a street view, while the other had a small window facing the wall of another building. So I guess if you’re lucky, you might get a great view! They also offer free laundry, which is a nice perk. Breakfast was disappointing. The menu was very limited and the service was extremely slow. The guys working there didn’t seem concerned while people were waiting over 40 minutes for their food. Also we never received half of our order. We decided not to return the next morning and had breakfast elsewhere.

Good location in District 1, close to main attractions yet quite quiet - only noise comes from some external AC devices. If you're planning going for trips they will pick you up directly from the hotel.
• Alina (8/5): Great budget stay - Very friendly staff. They reached out on Watsapp before our arrival and answered all of our questions. Safe area, with a cafe across the street. It’s a 20 min walk from the main area of district 1. We would take the Grab to get to the market. The Walking street is 10 minutes away. The breakfast is mediocre.

• Tracey (7/5): Convenient stay - The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the dragon bridge & other attractions in District 1. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away, which was great. We were also able to pay extra (50%) to check out later as we had a flight at midnight. The staff were very friendly and keen to help. The bathroom needs a deep clean. Hot water was patchy. There was only one person cooking and serving at breakfast, so we had to wait until a larger group had their meals prepared before we were offered anything. The breakfast is very limited.

• Paul (7/5): We liked our stay here. - Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Elevator to reach higher floors. Near a bus stop to get into city centre. Shower needed a deep clean. Although we booked this hotel 5 months in advance, We were notified just before the cancellation date that breakfast would not be served during our stay. The hotel should have realized they would not have any staff during Tet! 😡 we looked into other hotels but the prices were much higher due to the short notice. Not good for those with mobility issues as there are stairs to enter the building and a flight to climb to have breakfast on the rooftop.

We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, which made the customer service excellent. The free laundry service and the early check-in were definitely a plus. The room was already ready at 10 a.m., just a few minutes after we made the booking, as we had decided to change hotels at the last minute. Definitely recommended! Everything was perfect

• K (10/5): - Tens across the board! Exceptional stay at Shogun – wow, the staff are so fantastic and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms were wonderful. We especially loved the daily free laundry service, keeping us fresh 24-7. Daily breakfast on the roof was satisfying and they even brought us a bucket of divine herbs to do a relaxing foot soak. We loved our stay so much that we came back to stay here on a return trip to HCMC. Looking forward to the next time we can be back at Shogun!!
• Jessica (9/5): Super! - Staff eccezionale, super gentile. Hotel molto pulito in ottima posizione. Colazione sul rooftop. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio lavanderia compreso nel prezzo! La singola è piccolina e con poco posto per appoggiare le cose. La colazione è un po' poca...dovevo scegliere tra il caffè/te o un succo d'arancia, avere entrambi sarebbe stato l'ideale. Bello invece il piatto di frutta.

The free laundry everyday was fantastic. We enjoyed the daily breakfast on the rooftop. They also brought us a divine bucket of herbs for a relaxing foot soak. We loved it so much that we came back here on our return trip to HCMC and will definitely come back to stay here on our next trips to town!

• Tomasz (10/5): - Hotel dobrze położony w miarę blisko głównych atrakcji Sajgonu, skuterem około 4 km do muzeum wojny, katedry i innych ciekawych miejsc. Położenie hotelu jest też plusem jeśli kupujemy wycieczki poza miasto. Nigdy nie było problemu z transferem bezpośrednio z hotelu. Panie z recepcji są bardzo miłe i za każdym razem kiedy potrzebowałem wsparcia w ogarnięciu graba czy taksówki chętnie pomagały. Na dachu mały taras śniadaniowy z widokiem na miasto. Śniadania dobre, do wyboru kilka dań z karty. Pokój czysty, komfortowy, okno trochę słabo wygłuszało hałas ale nie był bardzo uciążliwy. Na koniec pobytu miła niespodzianka. Polecam :)
• Rebecca (8/5): Smart friendly hotel - Good location on a main road with buses. Not super central but OK. Staff were lovely. Free laundry service. I had a small room with no window but it suited me. It was new and smart and the ac worked & the shower worked well. The breakfast was OK. Not the best. Not much choice. Mainly eggs which I don't eat. Coffee was good. The roof terrace has good views of the city.

• MIN HSUAN (3/5): 服務糟透了 - 地點方便 隔壁有間飲料店 好喝態度佳 房間乾淨 有免費洗衣服務 Booking有取消預約選項 在入住二天前 應刷卡入帳 但未有執行刷卡動作 導致收到Booking的留言 叫我們再刷卡 否則無法保留房間 刷了5筆 將近EUR8,000 都沒有成功 刷卡金如此高是詐騙嗎? 後續是留言給飯店 確認保留房間 入住時 飯店才要求我們現場刷卡或付現 因現金帶不夠 只好負擔外加3%的刷卡費 為何不能在Booking網站刷卡 要求客人負擔額外3%的手續費 算下來我要支付國外刷卡4.5%(3%飯店要求+刷卡銀行1.5%)的手續費? 每天都有要求清潔房間 就是不補充廁所衛生紙 索取後表示用完了? 四人房五天四夜使用一卷衛生紙夠嗎 飯店衛生紙不是基本備品 騙誰沒庫存 早餐7點開始 6:50點到飯廳 沒有任何食物 急著7:30要出門 點了泡麵的餐點 給小費才開始煮我們的餐點 7:23才送上桌 小孩跟本來不及吃 煮餐點時 還用嘴巴撕開泡麵包裝 可以再噁心一點 自助餐點區都是螞蟻 連吃四天的早餐 客人總數不到8人 餐點送錯 漏做 做錯(香蕉捲餅內沒有香蕉 what?) 天天都在發生
