• Michelle (9/5): - Location was great. Plenty of space in the property, especially the lounge where plenty of light came in. Nice garden which was handy for our dog. This was secured. Good sized bathroom. A bit of noise from the main road, but at least this wasn't near the bedrooms. The flat above was quite noisy early in the morning. A bit more cleaning in the kitchen was needed. Unsure what to do with rubbish and recycling as no details given and bins were full.

• Michelle (10/5): Great apartment has everything you need - The apartment has everything you need, it is a huge and very airy, nicely decorated, also has a secure back garden we took our 2x dogs so this was great for them to have an outside area, it is a 10 minute walk to the seafront there's a little sainsburys just up the hill all in all was perfect for us, thank you. Nothing everything was fab.

• Jen (9/5): Fantastic stay, clean and comfortable. Great communication from the host who went over and above to help us! - Great location, 5mins walk from the seafront. Comfortable for family of 5, toybox was a welcome surprise! We could only find 2 bowls in the cupboard? As a family of 5 we had to eat our breakfast cereal in 3 shifts! The freezer drawer really needs defrosted.

• Kate (7/5): Ok for 1 night - This is in a great location and was comfortable and warm Leanne the host was brilliant very helpful and easily contactable The front of the property when you go through the gate is an absolute mess and could do with tidying up to make it look a bit more welcoming !! We wondered what we were going to find inside ! The apartment inside smelled a bit fusty and of cigarettes but we opened some windows and that soon went. There were towels left in the tumble dryer and in the bedroom near the kitchen the chest of drawers was full of bedding/ some hair curlers - only 1 small drawer was available for putting clothes in - this didn’t matter as we were only there one night but I feel that it’s worth mentioning. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped- random plates and no matching glasses etc, the freezer compartment in the fridge was all frosted up and I had to remove some of the frost to get our ice cubes in. There is also no proper dining area apart from a table with two stools in the corridor and the kitchen worktop. You can tell that the owners are trying with this apartment and we were comfortable enough and the decor in the bedrooms was lovely but the whole thing just felt a bit tired and unloved !! Sorry 😔

Unfortunately this was not the case... the front garden was over grown and damaged, the smell of damp when you open the door hits you in the face. Cobwebs and dust everywhere hanging from the walls. Shower head dirty, hoover left out, the washing machine was full of washing the dryer was full of washing, the oven was dirty and the back door was left unlocked.. the bedding was itchy and the pillows were old hard and flat...

• Adele (8/5): We had a good time, property was great and the dog loved it. - I liked the lay out, the size of the rooms, the beds were comfy and it had a secure garden for the dog I didn't like that the back garden was a bit unkept and could do with a bit of TLC. The garden furniture was unusable as they had bird poo all over them and a pain brush in cleaning products was left on back doorstep.

• Suziquk (9/5): Great apartment for a stay at the coast. - What a beautiful apartment. So much attention to detail in every room. Nothing to complain about.
• Danielle (8/5): Good value for money - Location was great for proximity to the high street, bars and restaurants. The house was beautiful and clean. Big living area and nice kitchen and bedrooms. Easy to pick up the key from the lock box, just struggled a little because we arrived when it was dark so needed our phone torches and good eye sight. The house was very cold when we arrived. The thermostat said 13 which is uncomfortable for me, I know everyone is different. But it would have been nice if the heating could have been turned up more for arrival. It was cold the rest of the day/night until early hours. The neighbours above were pretty noisy during the night.

There was everything that you could possibly want for your stay provided and it was super comfy. Close to the shops/ beach. No parking but easily managed to find a space across the road and if you you go by train, the station is close by Great communication from the owner which is always great. Will be back!

• Rebecca (10/5): if your looking for a place to stay in cleethorpes I would definitely recomend. would book again. - the property was clean, spacious and in a brilliant location close to the beach. we took our dog and stayed one night. The kitchen was superbly equipped so no worries if you wanted to cook for yourself rather than eating out. dog bowls were supplied and the garden is fully enclosed so we could let our fur babies out. there is no off street parking but we managed to get a spot on the street outside the house. it’s quite a busy road so we cause a little bit of a back up of traffic when parallel parking.

• Tricia (7/5): We’d stay again, great location and look the freedom of an apartment when with a fussy toddler! - Location was fantastic, it was a good price and it’s so much easier to be in an apartment sooner than a hotel with a toddler who likes to play early in the morning! We had to eat in the living room on our knees as my mum/ the toddler couldn’t access the breakfast bar. Lots of fresh air products in the property which I had to collect up and store in the corridor due to asthma sensitivity.

• Lauren (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing property, huge, parent for families, even have a high chair. Perfect location. Only downside cigarette buts over the garden so the little one wouldn’t have been able to play in the garden but as only there for 1 night we were out all day so wasn’t a problem, hopefully we can return for longer another time as everything else was perfect.
• Gemma (7/5): Good - Perfect location, lovely apartment for what we needed and everything that we needed was there. The upstairs neighbour was very loud at night time. Didn't hear him during the day at all but after 10pm we could hear him, either parties, or what sounded like moving furniture around, which then woke my baby up and was just going round in circles, if it wasn't for my 5 year old not wanting to leave, I was ready to leave early to go home to just get some sleep.
• Phuong (1/5): Bad - The bathroom is the only place that is new and clean There are a lot of spiders and insects. At night they crawl out a lot. My daughter was very scared. The house is old, the furniture is old, the house smells bad, musty and moldy. Really disappointed
