simon (10/5): First class Villa pm - Everything about this villa was great, the pool, furniture, space, just over 10min walk to beach, can actually see the sea after walking 5min. Pool cleaned twice weekly. Easy access and Anna Maria always available. I would recommend this Villa and owners to anyone wanting to go to Murcia Only complaint is shortage on pillows. But I got pillow from grandson
Edward (7/5): Nice house, but wont be booking again due to issues listed. - The villa itself was very nice and modern. The key holder was pleasant as was the private taxi. We booked for 6 people in June (5 people for 6 days and oldest son coming for the last 4 days!!) The pool was unclean, and the pool floor sticky. The plants did not cause this. Once the pool cleaner got asked to come, the pool was perfectly fine, the sticky floor was not due to sand either. The sliding gates to the villa opened and stayed open as per other guests reviews. Annoying this had to be sorted out, but is obviously an ongoing problem, see other reviews! The keyholder apparently is the only person who can open these gates, guests have no way of sliding the gates back. Also this villa is not beachfront as advertised. We were more than able to walk 20 mins or so to the beach but definitely not suitable for guests that are expecting beachfront. Also we had 143 euros deducted from our deposit as we had used too much water ! and electricity! I would be concerned if we had 8 people in our party! as this villa is advertised for 8. This is quite outrageous as there was no proof of this and as a responsible family, we are not really the type to be wasteful and leave lights on etc. Also as there is CCTV you are aware that you should always be behaving correctly. The CCTV is fine, obviously we were aware as it is in the description, but it does make you feel a bit uncomfortable. There was not enough bedding or pillows for the beds, we all had to split up what there was and share. There is no outdoor furniture for the upper balcony and top floor solarium. It would have been nice to be able to use the top floor solarium in the evening but there is no furniture up there at all. There was no point contacting the keyholder about any of the problems we had, except the gates opening (as this was a security problem) because in the booklet that is left for guests it does say that you could be charged for the keyholder to attend any problem, so we didn't bother. THERE'S OBVIOUSLY AN ISSUE TAKING MONEY FOR ELEC/WATER WITHOUT ANY PROOF OF USE FROM DEPOSIT!! NOT...
Stephen (7/5): August /September holiday 2023 - Clean not too far away from beach and restaurants management team nearby didn't need to use them apart from handover of deposit and keys watching and the info pack is in Belgian I think the villa is well equipped The owners manners in speech very abrupt to the point of cheek maybe a language difference and the security system has cameras so you don't know who's watching but I knew this before booking
Cristina (10/5): We stay in Villa Santos 6 day and 6 nights but for next time we will book for longer. - It’s very beautiful and modern Villa,not far from the beach.We are enjoying whit family in swimming pool.
