It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and offered complete privacy and tranquillity. We had the room with a private pool, and it was absolutely incredible. The whole place has such a calm, relaxed vibe, it’s the perfect little escape from everything. We also loved the terrace, great spot to just chill out any time of day. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients. You can tell they’ve thought about all the little details, which made it even nicer. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!

It's also quiet with 10 rooms, the bottom rooms have a swimming pool, the top ones have no access to the pool. The host (Panos) came every day at our door with a big basket full of food for breakfast. Next to that there was a cat, she was very nice to have around. The place is run by a brother and sister, they where both very helpful and friendly and they respond quickly when you have any question. Location is good, close to all the restaurants and the beach, but still very private. We booked an extra week because we liked it a lot! Nothing

Die Unterkunft ist super schick und stylisch mit einem direkten Poolzugang und in Str - Die Unterkunft ist super schön, liebevoll und stylisch gestaltet. Uns hat unser Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang besonders gut gefallen. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Strände von den Gastgebern bekommen und das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Cute room, Easy to get into Zante Town or picked up for excursions. - The Garden was really nice to relax in the sun or enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh air. The summer toys/sports is a cute thoughtful idea. Room cleaning daily if you would like which was a really nice touch. We liked the fridge to store food. Very friendly staff and other guests who stayed. Nomas Living recommended things to do and where to go and car rentals which was really nice of them. Very proactive on messages and response time is great. Was nice and quiet and a little tv which you could watch shows on. There was wifi which was AMAZING and the speed was absolutely fine. There was a secure permanent safe to store your valuables. You could get new towels if needed. There was a clothes rail outside which was used to dry our beach clothes. I would definitely book again as the issues were not big enough to not come back. There wasn't a microwave, that would have been an amazing basic addition to help with food, this is my fault for not checking the facilities description properly. The coffee machine was not working but it would have been nice. The room didn't seem to air out good even though we kept the room open often, so any rainy days or in the evening when it's cold, there was a lot of condensation which created small water puddles by the window and balcony door but I'm sure during summer season, the water would dry up quick or this would not happen because the air is dryer and hotter. You couldn't lock the twin beds together so as you sleep, the beds kept moving which disturbed sleep some nights. There was a waterfall shower head by no hand held shower head so hard to wash body.
• U (10/5): Wonderful experience i would rate 100/10 - 1. The room aesthetic is really good. Fully equipped with everything i need. There’s also beach towels, snorkeling gears we could borrow. 2. Close to beach and restaurants, all within 10 min walk 3. Christina is the best host. She helps me book wonderful tours, taxis, and answer quickly to problems i met. My trip is so much easier and better with her help. 4. Mandy the cat is so lovely. She’s always there waiting when i come back. i can’t stop missing her. 5. The breakfast is also really great, there’s so much food to choose from.

We were given lots of local places to eat, places to see, things to do. We were even referred to an amazing boat tour company of the Keri caves!! Can’t think of anything

• Daphne (10/5): Had the best time in a perfect location - Nomas Living (and Christina, the manager) was absolutely perfect! Great location in Kalamaki, close to everything you might need and yet in a very quiet and nice area (with private parking). The room looked just as the pictures, comfy bed, nice bathroom with a great shower, cute balcony and a small fridge that was very handy. There is also a nice outdoor area that is perfect if you want to chill after a day at the beach. Christina was the kindest host, she gave us a lot of tips about restaurants and beaches, and was always available (via phone or in person) whenever we needed her. Great stay! I would not change a thing, everything was wonderful and we hope to come back soon!

Christina was super lovely and welcoming and give us lots of information about the best restaurants and tours on the island. She also quickly delivered us an iron one evening when we needed a shirt pressed. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

Smaller bed, I guess 160cm wide is not particularly enough for us (however it could be for others), but really comfortable. Beautiful setting of sheets, but also only one mutual for us both. Would prefer set of 2 smaller ones.

• Ovidiu (5/5): A stay that could have been comfortable and luxurious, but it wasn't ! - The host Christina, who is also the manager, was very welcoming and attentive to any request. Renovated building, quiet location and surrounded by greenery and flowers. Modern and harmoniously furnished rooms. The rooms are well insulated, the carpentry is very modern and functional. Cleaning and towels change everyday, the cleanliness was exceptional ! Even if the positive aspects described occupy little space, in reality they predominate ! However, all the positive and praiseworthy aspects are overshadowed by the arrangement and equipment of the bathroom: the sink is in the room (!!!), which makes it impossible to use it for the toilet in the morning, for example, when, in addition to brushing your teeth, you also want to clean airways (throat, nose), but you don't because the noises would disturb your roommate. If you want to wash only your legs, or only the middle, it is impossible because there is no wall faucet with a flexible shower, but only the shower cap from the height, so you have to get wet all over your body (!!!). Also, in the description of the bathroom equipment, a bidet is mentioned, which is not true, near the toilet seat there is a flexible hose with cold water (!!!), which can only possibly be used for more thorough cleaning of the toilet seat WC. In addition to these malfunctions, the fact that the floor in the bathroom is on the opposite slope to the floor drains, after using the shower, the water ends up even entering the room (!!!) and stagnates on the floor until the next day, the natural ventilation in the bathroom being also insufficient. The non-functional bathroom and the sink located in the room determine the cancellation of the positive aspects mentioned at the beginning of the review, Nomas Living being recommended only to tourists for whom it does not matter if and how the bathroom and sink can be used. The thermal discomfort was pronounced, you can only stay in the room with the air conditioning on permanently! This review is not written as a result of momentary impressions and sensations and is only intended to inform other tourists, but it is also an alarm signal for the owners, who we highly recommend to show understanding and make additional logistical and financial effort trying to remedy the negative aspects reported in their interest and that of the tourists, the efforts to increase tourist satisfaction being otherwise evident throughout our entire stay.
