• Mosiejczuk (10/5): - The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the local way of liufe connected to nature/ Nearby there is a sauna service, a hiking trail with a picturesque lookout ath the top and a fireplace. A skiing resort, and in the bakcyard you have an amazing view of the river where sometimes you are able to see the Aurora Borealis! Also there is a one of a kind pine tree that i love. The Host, Frederick is a warm familyman who is super freindly and helpfull, so I highly reccomend staying there.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect. - Was very clean, comfortable bed, very modern. Was in the perfect location, right next to the ski resort and 10 min drive from city centre. We were also able to see the Northern lights from right outside!
• Martina (10/5): Ottimo Soggiorno - Piccolo appartamento ma perfetto per due persone, di recente costruzione. Cucina ben attrezzata con piano cottura ,forno, microonde, frigo e lavastoviglie. Bagno nuovo con doccia bella ampia! Letto comodo , l unica cosa cuscini migliorabili. In una sera abbiamo potuto notare anche al di fuori dell appartamento un piccolo accenno dell aurora boreale!

• Erik Denmark (1/5): - Review of the "Arctic Lapland Apartment" The apartment falls short of expectations in several respects, especially considering the price of €730 for four nights. The accommodation feels more like a simple garden shed and offers neither the comfort nor the quality promised in the description. Sleeping Area - The fold-out bed is very low, saggy, and uncomfortable. - A noisy fan directly above it further disrupts sleep. - The exterior light by the door and an illuminated tree in front of the entrance provide constant brightness. - The passage to the bathroom is severely restricted by the unfolded bed. Indoor Climate - The humidity is extremely dry, as ventilation is hardly possible. - The overall indoor climate is unpleasant and not very restful. Amenities - The table is too high in relation to the chairs, making comfortable seating nearly impossible. - The refrigerator is of basic quality and unreliable (it ices up and then defrosts again). - The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are visually appealing but of very basic quality. The sinks are made entirely of plastic. Bathroom - The shower doesn't close properly, so you have to be careful not to flood the room while showering. - The shower cubicle is very small, and an exposed hot water pipe poses a safety hazard. - The bathroom is poorly insulated; cold air seeps through the thin walls. - Hot water takes a long time to arrive because the pump has to start up first. Cleanliness - There were expired spices, honey, and coffee grounds from previous guests in the cupboard. Value for Money - The accommodation is significantly overpriced. - The quality, comfort, and amenities are not commensurate with the cost. Conclusion While the basic concept of the accommodation is appealing, the execution falls far short of expectations.

• Milagros (10/5): Sumamente recomendable - La ubicación en un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y al lado del rio. El apartamento muy acogedor con todos los elementos necesarios. Cama cómoda y baño amplio. Tienes lugar para aparcar el coche. Lo más importante fue la amabilidad y simpatía del anfitrión. Nos dio recomendaciones de donde poder ver auroras, animales y de actividades como trekking. Además se ofreció a tocarnos la puerta en caso de que haya auroras, ya que la propiedad es un lugar perfecto para verlas. Estuvo todo increíble

• Orlane (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - C’est un appartement cosy et fonctionnel. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’hôte est très réactif et certainement le meilleur hôte que nous avons eu de tous les logement où nous avons séjourné. Il est serviable et très disponible tout en nous laissant notre intimité. La vue de la fenêtre sur les petits chalet enneigés est vraiment un plus 😍 L’emplacement du logement est idéal : à côté d’une station de ski et possibilité de faire une belle randonnée au départ du logement. Nous le conseillons à 1000% !

• Johanna (9/5): - Own private small house close to city's services and nature. We enjoyed the possibility to use air conditioning/heating setting to our own comfortable zone. All clean and comfy.
• Valentina (10/5): Posto da favola - Si potessero dare 100 stelle a questa struttura le darei. Siamo stati benissimo! La posizione è strategica e vicina a tutti i servizi e le attrazioni principali. Si trova vicino ad un lago dove è possibile vedere una bellissima aurora boreale dato lo scarso inquinamento luminoso. Il paesaggio nei dintorni è da favola, l'autunno lappone con i suoi colori ha reso tutto più bello. La struttura è dotata di tutti i confort necessari, tra cui una cucina attrezzatissima. Fredric e sua moglie sono disponibili e gentilissimi. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. La consiglio veramente a tutti, passerete una vacanza indimenticabile.
• Linda (9/5): ci è piaciuto tutto un sacco, l’host super gentile e disponibile, quando c’era l’aurora boreale ci ha chiamati per andar - era dotata di tutti i comfort, accogliente e comoda sotto ogni aspetto, tutto super bello e nuovo. abbiamo dormito benissimo perché il letto era molto comodo e c’era pure l’account di netflix per gli ospiti, veramente top la doccia non era chiusa nella parte inferiore, niente di troppo fastidioso però faceva acqua da tutte le parti, bagnando anche il tappeto
• Meryem Rachdi (10/5): Ottima vacanza - Tutto, struttura ben posizionata.... Tra le case più carine e moderne viste nei paraggi, stessa cosa per l'interno piccola ma contiene tutto il necessario per un ottima vacanza. Dai prodotti per l'igiene ad un piccolo rifornimento di alimenti che i proprietari lasciano nella dispensa compreso di caffè sale zucchero vari the olio pasta riso... insomma veramente oltre l'aspettato. I proprietari iper disponibili in caso di necessità e con della fortuna l'aurora si vede dall'esterno dell'appartamento senza andare a caccia. Sicuramente se torniamo, sceglieremo stessa struttura. Se proprio, non è una cosa negativa ma un piccolo consiglio, trovate una miglioria per il box doccia per non far uscire l'acqua da sotto.

• Katharina (8/5): Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber man ist in 5-10min im Zentrum (per Auto). Gleich daneben (2min zu Fuß) ist - Alles da, was man braucht! Genügend Stauraum, feine Dusche, Kaffeemaschine, kleine Veranda. Vermieter Fredric stand gerne täglich (mit Tipps) zur Verfügung. Das Bett ist etwas schmal für zwei, ein größeres hätte aber auch nicht Platz.

C'è tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e in caso di necessità l'host, Fredric, abita di fronte ed è super disponibile. A pochi minuti in macchina sono disponibili supermercati e ristoranti. Il prezzo è giusto per gli standard nord europei. Non ho trovato punti negativi.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional - New establishment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Rovaniemi. Furniture and kitchen equipment are new and modern. Few meters from river and local sauna. Overall, it was a great experience.

At our arrival we found shampoo, gel shower, and products like sugar, coffee, tea, rise and pasta Bathroom new, big and clean All perfect!

• Pauliina (10/5): Exceptional - Modern, brand new build. Spotlessly clean. Helpful and friendly host! Compact room, just enough for two. The room has everything you need, and if not, the host is happy to help! Easy commuication with the host.

• Adam (10/5): A great little place to stay, would stay again! - Fantastic location just off the road, next to WNTR sauna and opposite the ski resort. Very quiet as you have your own 4 walls and don't hear the road at all. Apartment is comfortable, clean and functional but well furnished and modern. The apartment is small, suitable for 2 people but no more than that, Overall it made a calm and cozy experience. The hosts are friendly and easy to contact via whatsapp, but give you your space to settle in. The supermarket is a short walk across the bridge and nearby chalet's have a very nice restaurant you can take advantage of. My partner and I had a lovely time staying here and we would look to again when we next have the opportunity. Nothing to do with the property, just the transport links outside Rovaniemi leave a little to be desired, very infrequent buses mean a brisk 40 minute walk to town or taxi are your main options.

• Yashas (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect about the place! It’s a newly built property. Nice and spacious room with a small living area and clean toilets. The place is close to the centre of the city, Santa Claus village and all the other attractions, everything within 10-12 mins drive. The host Fredric was very very helpful and looked after us really really well. The heating wasn’t that effective on the first day and it was freezing cold. Fredric got us another heater late at night. It was my wife’s birthday and he was sweet by giving us candles and chocolates. Overall a wonderful experience. Would 100% recommend everyone to book this place! N/A
