• Guest (7/5): Enjoyed the location and the pool, but accommodation misrepresented. - Apartment was comfortable, and a good location. Struggled to find the apartment, as 5 and 6 apartments are at the back of the building, tradesman's entrance passed the bins, no sea view as expected and no parking space as promised on the web site. Expensive when no view and parking spot available.
• Guest (10/5): Excellent apartment great location well worth the money. - The property was very clean, closely situated to the fantastic beaches. Lots of stuff to keep the kids busy. Everything that we could possibly need for a hassle free holiday could be found in the apartment, it really was like a home from home and there was even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and some scones, jam and clotted cream. Could not find one fault at all.
• Katherine (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was FABULOUS. With the wonderful bonus of the pool. The welcome gift was also very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean and showers good. The kitchen facilities weren't good the oven was very dirty and the oven pans were dirty and greasy. The frying pans were very scratched and not fit for purpose. We didn't cook except to bake part baked rolls and only prepared cold food. I think some of the equipment would benefit from updating. The furniture is also a little tired and not overly comfortable
• Keighley (10/5): Great stay in a clean and spacious property. Walking distance to the beach. - The location of the property was great! Such an easy walk to the park and beach and we walked to Paignton a few times. Apart from going to the supermarket, we didn't need to use our car at all. Everything was perfect

• Hamish (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean and well maintained. A complimentary bottle of prosecco and ingrefor a cream tea on arrival. Other visitors who allowed their dog to swim in the pool.
• Louise (7/5): Good stay with plenty to do for children - great pool - Good communication. Hats off to Pam who was great with any queries. Good location overall. Great beaches. Loads to do and great for kids. Good sized main bathroom. Lovely bedrooms. Absolutely loved the pool and outside space in apartment. Lovely welcome treats on arrival. Parking was an issue. It did seem a little unfair how we couldn't use the main car park and had to be restricted to the road as we were in lodge 6. Even though I was advised of this it still seemed unfair when arriving to see others parking there staying in same building. Had a leak in shower and informed owner. We really struggled with size of kitchen, it was on the small size. The living room could have been bigger or looked bigger in photos maybe more natural light needed. Main bedroom mattress we found uncomfortable same with pillows in there.

• Roger (9/5): Brilliant, love the area and the weather was amazing for October, we were very lucky. - It was well appointed, everything was in good condition, good cupboard space and coat hangers in bedroom The property was excellent, we were a bit disappointed there was no view and the outside table/ chairs were in the shade most of the time, but we were out and about most of the time so it wasn’t so bad!
