• stephane (7/5): Studio agréable pour y passer les nuits. - Le calme de l appartement et du quartier en général. Un grand lit très confortable. La Wifi. L ascenseur . La propreté du studio. Le modèle de machine à Café ( nespresso vertuo ). Les capsules ne se trouvent pas dans le commerce , uniquement dans les boutiques Nespresso. Pas de restaurant ou commerce vraiment proche. La ligne de TRAM 10 qui dessert le studio est en travaux pour 1 an.

Connexion facile avec la gare par tram (où on paye le trajet en CB, pratique) Avec distributeur de monnaie et tous commerces proches. Proximité d'un grand jardin et d'un bois au coin de la rue.
• Novack (6/5): My stay in Brussels was wonderfool, but will never book this property again - Traffic Noise; Broken kitchen tap. No welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. Shower in bath tub. Most ennoying, not a single line of advice which of the 3 apartments of 6th floor was the one booked for. Lounge/Bedroom not heated!!! A general feeling of meaness.

• Ron (1/5): Horrible, stay away!!! - Nothing. Worst experience ever. No bath stop, so false advertising. No response from owner, only after checkout time a blunt reply. You need to get the key from mailbox nr 20, in the entry hall, which is nearly impossible to grab with adult hands. Shouldn’t be more than 70,-

• Iryna (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - Fantastic apartment in an excellent location with an amazing view. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also loved the big smartTV. The transport connections nearby are perfect, making it super easy to explore the city. The windows could be improved, as they do not block street noise very well, and traffic noise can be noticeable, especially at weekdays. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs.

L'accueil de la propriétaire (après un petit souci pour récupérer la clé) Le petit problème de récupération de la clé dans une boîte aux lettres mais qui a été rapidement solutionné par la propriétaire très agréable.

• Aliaksei (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment! Very clean, a comfortable bed. The kitchen has all you need. The view is also great, you see the Brussels Basilica in the distance. It's easily accessible, the Cavell tram stop (#7) is right accross. The apartment is located in Uccle, which is probably the most pleasant residential area of Brussels, very green. The center is also easily accessible by tram. The hosts are very pleasant to communicate with. It's a small suggestion on improvement but maybe buy a simple multi-socket for the living room? There isn't really a socket next to the couch. I was alone so I was fine but if it's a family of 2-3 people then they might fight over it.

• Daljinder (8/5): Cosy and convenient place. - Information received on wifi & apartment straightaway from friendly host. Modern, clean and good location. View of the 6th floor is just lovely. Fully equipped Capturing Wifi was difficult at times. Central heating needs to be a little stronger, the radiators slightly noisy, perhaps they need purging. Could do with more info on apartment facilities in English & even on visiting touristy places.

• Petr (8/5): Very good - Very nice bedroom/living room. The apartment is in a nice and quiet part of Brussels, about 20-25 minutes by tram from the center. The owner was quick to respond to messages Poorly equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, but without tablets, which cost about 20 cents. There is a coffee machine, but only one capsule :-), a basket of approx. 30 l and a bag in it of approx. 10 l, so it did not fit on the basket and it was quite impractical, etc. There was only one small knife, one wooden cutting board, a charred wooden spoon in the kitchen. It's a shame, because these are things that can be bought for a few Euros.

• Ann-marie (10/5): Perfect for a couple looking for a restful weekend with easy access to the center of brussels - Located close to public transport and in a nice neighbourhood with shops and cafes close by. Lots of space for 2 and easy to access. The kitchen facilities were fine for the 2 nights and we ate out every night but equipment was limited for cooking there.
